Segons un estudi de Gallup, els empleats que senten reconeixement i benestar presenten un 41 % menys d&#8217;absentisme i un 21 % m\u00e9s de productivitat. Segons LinkedIn Global Talent Trends, m\u00e9s del 60 % dels professionals prioritzen la cultura i el benestar per damunt del salari econ\u00f2mic a l&#8217;hora de triar o romandre en una empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_salari_ja_no_es_suficient_per_retenir_talent\"><\/span>El salari ja no \u00e9s suficient per retenir talent<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi ha una conversa que els responsables de RH de qualsevol empresa mitjana coneixen b\u00e9: un empleat valu\u00f3s comunica la seva ren\u00fancia, no per motius de salari sin\u00f3 per com se sentia valorat, recolzat i reconegut en el seu dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest fenomen t\u00e9 nom: salari emocional. Hi ha tres raons concretes per les quals el seu impacte emocional supera el d&#8217;altres beneficis de cost similar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cobreix la preocupaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certesa que la fam\u00edlia no quedar\u00e0 desprotegida \u00e9s universal. Quan una empresa es fa c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;aquesta preocupaci\u00f3, l&#8217;alleujament de l&#8217;empleat \u00e9s genu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9s visible per a la fam\u00edlia, no nom\u00e9s per a l&#8217;empleat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un augment de sou el percep l&#8217;empleat. Una asseguran\u00e7a de vida la percep tamb\u00e9 el seu entorn familiar.
