Tot i que aix\u00f2 sovint s\u2019associa amb m\u00e9s energia i millor estat d\u2019\u00e0nim, tamb\u00e9 pot influir en la qualitat del son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La llum \u00e9s un dels principals reguladors del <strong>rellotge biol\u00f2gic<\/strong>, ja que indica al cos quan ha d\u2019estar despert i quan ha de comen\u00e7ar a preparar-se per dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan hi ha molta llum \u2014especialment a \u00faltima hora del dia\u2014 el cos redueix la producci\u00f3 de <strong>melatonina<\/strong>, l\u2019hormona que facilita el son. Per aquest motiu, a la primavera \u00e9s habitual notar que costa m\u00e9s adormir-se o que el son \u00e9s m\u00e9s lleuger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_influeix_la_llum_en_el_son\"><\/span><strong>Com influeix la llum en el son?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El cervell interpreta la llum com un senyal d\u2019activitat. Durant el dia, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s positiu: ens ajuda a mantenir-nos desperts, actius i concentrats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema apareix quan l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a la llum es mant\u00e9 elevada al vespre, especialment en relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019\u00fas de pantalles i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/son-ansietat-i-depressio\/\">altres factors que poden afectar el son i el descans<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La llum intensa \u2014especialment la de pantalles\u2014 pot retardar la senyal interna que indica que \u00e9s hora de dormir.
