Per\u00f2 s\u00ed que \u00e9s un senyal que el cervell agraeix una mica m\u00e9s d&#8217;atenci\u00f3. Aquests exercicis de mem\u00f2ria per a gent gran estan dissenyats per practicar-los a casa, sense material especial, en 15 minuts al dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_es_important_entrenar_la_memoria_cada_dia\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important entrenar la mem\u00f2ria cada dia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El cervell canvia amb l&#8217;edat, igual que la resta del cos. Algunes connexions neuronals es tornen m\u00e9s lentes i certes tasques costen una mica m\u00e9s. \u00c9s normal. El que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s cert \u00e9s que el cervell mant\u00e9 una capacitat notable d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 al llarg de tota la vida: l&#8217;anomenada <strong>plasticitat neuronal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 cognitiva regular (llegir, resoldre problemes, aprendre coses noves, practicar exercicis de mem\u00f2ria) ajuda a mantenir aquestes connexions actives. Diversos estudis publicats en revistes com <em>The Lancet<\/em> o <em>Neurology<\/em> assenyalen que l&#8217;entrenament cognitiu continuat pot retardar l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 o l&#8217;aven\u00e7 del deteriorament cognitiu lleu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quina \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia entre un oblit normal i un senyal d&#8217;alerta?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oblit normal:<\/strong> oblidar on has posat el m\u00f2bil, no recordar un nom en el moment per\u00f2 recordar-lo despr\u00e9s, perdre el fil d&#8217;una conversa per un moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Senyal d&#8217;alerta:<\/strong> perdre&#8217;s en llocs coneguts, no recon\u00e8ixer persones properes, oblidar fets recents de manera repetida, dificultat per gestionar activitats quotidianes b\u00e0siques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota important:<\/strong> si identifiques senyals d&#8217;alerta en tu o en alg\u00fa proper, consulta el teu metge. Els exercicis d&#8217;aquest article s\u00f3n una eina de prevenci\u00f3 i estimulaci\u00f3, no un tractament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exercicis_de_memoria_per_a_gent_gran_com_comencar\"><\/span><strong>Exercicis de mem\u00f2ria per a gent gran: com comen\u00e7ar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No necessites cap material especial. Paper, llapis i entre 10 i 20 minuts al dia s\u00f3n suficients per comen\u00e7ar. El m\u00e9s important no \u00e9s la intensitat dels exercicis sin\u00f3 la const\u00e0ncia: millor 15 minuts cada dia que dues hores el dissabte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapta sempre el nivell al teu punt de partida. Si un exercici et resulta massa f\u00e0cil, puja la dificultat. Si et genera frustraci\u00f3, baixa un gra\u00f3. S\u00f3n aptes per a \u00fas personal, per practicar en fam\u00edlia o per a professionals d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la gent gran que busquen fitxes de mem\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exercici 1: Memoritza i recorda llistes de paraules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com fer-ho:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Llegeix la llista de paraules una sola vegada, a poc a poc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espera 5 minuts (pots fer una altra cosa durant aquest temps).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sense mirar la llista, escriu totes les paraules que recordis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llista de paraules:<\/strong> paraigua \u00b7 taronja \u00b7 escala \u00b7 rellotge \u00b7 jard\u00ed \u00b7 cadira \u00b7 finestra \u00b7 can\u00e7\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3:<\/strong> Les 8 paraules s\u00f3n les que apareixen a la llista. Considera un bon resultat recordar-ne 5 o m\u00e9s. Amb pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria, la xifra puja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exercici 2: Troba les difer\u00e8ncies entre dos textos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegeix els dos par\u00e0grafs i troba les 3 difer\u00e8ncies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Versi\u00f3 A:<\/strong> &#8220;L&#8217;Anna va sortir de casa a les nou del mat\u00ed. Portava un abric blau i una bossa de tela. Va anar al mercat, va comprar tom\u00e0quets i pa, i va tornar abans que comenc\u00e9s a ploure.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Versi\u00f3 B:<\/strong> &#8220;L&#8217;Anna va sortir de casa a les deu del mat\u00ed. Portava un abric verd i una bossa de tela. Va anar al mercat, va comprar tom\u00e0quets i llet, i va tornar abans que comenc\u00e9s a ploure.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3:<\/strong> Les difer\u00e8ncies s\u00f3n: (1) l&#8217;hora: nou vs. deu; (2) el color de l&#8217;abric: blau vs. verd; (3) el que va comprar: pa vs. llet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exercici 3: Recorda detalls d&#8217;una hist\u00f2ria curta<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegeix la hist\u00f2ria una sola vegada i respon les preguntes sense tornar a mirar el text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hist\u00f2ria:<\/strong> &#8220;En Llu\u00eds t\u00e9 68 anys i viu en un poble de muntanya. Cada dimarts va al mercat amb la seva ve\u00efna Carme. Aquesta setmana va oblidar la llista de la compra a casa, per\u00f2 va recordar gaireb\u00e9 tot: oli, cigrons, pomes i sab\u00f3.
