Uns pocs segons d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 et donen informaci\u00f3 real sobre com treballa el teu cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo essencial:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les pulsacions s\u00f3n els batecs del cor per minut (ppm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El rang normal en adults en rep\u00f2s \u00e9s de 60 a 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pots mesurar-les amb els dits, amb el m\u00f2bil o amb una app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valors fora d&#8217;aquest rang de manera persistent mereixen consulta m\u00e8dica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"880\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/como-medir-las-pulsaciones-correctamente-guia-practica-880x587.jpg\" alt=\"como medir las pulsaciones correctamente guia practica\" class=\"wp-image-39011\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_son_les_pulsacions_i_per_que_es_important_mesurar-les\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les pulsacions i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important mesurar-les?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pulsacions, tamb\u00e9 anomenades <strong>freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca<\/strong>, s\u00f3n el nombre de vegades que el cor batega en un minut. Cada batec expulsa sang cap a les art\u00e8ries, i aquesta ona de pressi\u00f3 \u00e9s el que notes com a &#8220;pols&#8221; quan recolzes els dits sobre una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/que-en-saps-de-les-teves-arteries-i-les-teves-venes\/\">art\u00e8ria<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoritzar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca de manera habitual ajuda a detectar canvis que poden indicar estr\u00e8s, deshidrataci\u00f3, problemes de tiroide o alteracions del ritme card\u00edac. No substitueix una revisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que aporta context \u00fatil sobre la teva salut cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_mesurar_les_pulsacions_a_ma_pas_a_pas\"><\/span><strong>Com mesurar les pulsacions a m\u00e0 pas a pas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No necessites cap dispositiu. El m\u00e8tode manual \u00e9s fiable si segueixes aquests passos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seu i descansa<\/strong> almenys 5 minuts abans de mesurar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Localitza el pols.<\/strong> Tens dues opcions senzilles:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canell (art\u00e8ria radial):<\/strong> col\u00b7loca els dits \u00edndex i del mig a la cara interna del canell, just sota el polze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coll (art\u00e8ria car\u00f2tide):<\/strong> col\u00b7loca aquests mateixos dits a un costat de la gola, entre la tr\u00e0quea i el m\u00fascul lateral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compta els batecs durant 30 segons i multiplica per 2.<\/strong> Si vols m\u00e9s precisi\u00f3, compta durant 60 segons complets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anota el resultat.<\/strong> Repeteix la mesura dues vegades i calcula&#8217;n la mitjana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Per mesurar pulsacions en rep\u00f2s amb precisi\u00f3, fes-ho sempre a la mateixa hora, preferiblement al mat\u00ed abans d&#8217;aixecar-te del llit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valors_normals_de_pulsacions_per_edat\"><\/span><strong>Valors normals de pulsacions per edat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/pulsacions-normals-per-edat\/\">rangs de refer\u00e8ncia varien segons l&#8217;etapa de la vida<\/a>. En esportistes \u00e9s habitual; en altres casos pot requerir revisi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taquic\u00e0rdia:<\/strong> m\u00e9s de 100 ppm en rep\u00f2s. Pot deure&#8217;s a estr\u00e8s, cafe\u00efna, febre o causes card\u00edaques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consulta el teu metge<\/strong> si detectes pulsacions persistentment fora del rang normal, notes batecs irregulars, o experimentes marejos, falta d&#8217;aire o palpitacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_mesurar_les_pulsacions_amb_el_mobil\"><\/span><strong>Com mesurar les pulsacions amb el m\u00f2bil<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els tel\u00e8fons intel\u00b7ligents actuals permeten mesurar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca de diferents maneres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>iPhone:<\/strong> l&#8217;app nativa Salut recull dades si tens un Apple Watch. Sense rellotge, hi ha apps de tercers que fan servir la c\u00e0mera i el flaix per detectar canvis de color al dit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Samsung:<\/strong> els models amb sensor \u00f2ptic posterior (anteriors al S21) mesuren directament des de Samsung Health. Als models nous s&#8217;utilitza el Galaxy Watch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Xiaomi:<\/strong> les polseres Mi Band i els rellotges Redmi inclouen sensors \u00f2ptics que registren l&#8217;historial autom\u00e0ticament a l&#8217;app Mi Fitness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"880\" height=\"670\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/guia-practica-pulsaciones-880x670.jpg\" alt=\"guia practica pulsaciones\" class=\"wp-image-39015\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Apps_i_eines_en_linia_per_mesurar_pulsacions\"><\/span><strong>Apps i eines en l\u00ednia per mesurar pulsacions<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el teu m\u00f2bil no t\u00e9 sensor dedicat, les apps que fan servir la c\u00e0mera s\u00f3n una alternativa raonable per a mesures puntuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com funcionen:<\/strong> en recolzar el dit sobre la c\u00e0mera amb el flaix enc\u00e8s, l&#8217;app detecta les variacions de color que produeix el flux sanguini. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica s&#8217;anomena <strong>fotopletismografia (PPG)<\/strong> i \u00e9s la mateixa base que fan servir els puls\u00edmetres de canell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunes apps populars disponibles a iOS i Android:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cardiograph:<\/strong> senzilla, sense registre obligatori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Heart Rate Monitor:<\/strong> mostra la corba de pols en temps real.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instant Heart Rate:<\/strong> interf\u00edcie clara, exporta dades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha eines en l\u00ednia que funcionen des del navegador de l&#8217;ordinador fent servir la c\u00e0mera web, encara que la seva precisi\u00f3 \u00e9s menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limitaci\u00f3 important:<\/strong> cap app de c\u00e0mera t\u00e9 la precisi\u00f3 d&#8217;un electrocardiograma ni d&#8217;un puls\u00edmetre m\u00e8dic certificat. S\u00f3n \u00fatils per orientar-se, no per a diagn\u00f2stic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consells_per_obtenir_lectures_mes_precises\"><\/span><strong>Consells per obtenir lectures m\u00e9s precises<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Independentment del m\u00e8tode que facis servir, aquests h\u00e0bits milloren la fiabilitat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mesura sempre <strong>en rep\u00f2s<\/strong>, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;almenys 5 minuts assegut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita <strong>cafe\u00efna, tabac o exercici intens<\/strong> l&#8217;hora pr\u00e8via.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No mesuris en moments d&#8217;<strong>estr\u00e8s agut<\/strong>: la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca puja amb l&#8217;activitat del sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeteix la mesura <strong>dues o tres vegades<\/strong> i queda&#8217;t amb la mitjana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distingeix <strong>rep\u00f2s i exercici<\/strong>: durant l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca pot arribar a 150-180 ppm en adults sans. \u00c9s normal.
