Dormir menys del necessari durant dies seguits pot augmentar la probabilitat de tenir malsons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidar la rutina abans d\u2019anar a dormir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s recomanable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/saber-agafar-el-son\/\">evitar est\u00edmuls intensos a \u00faltima hora<\/a>, com ara pantalles, continguts angoixants, discussions o activitats que activin en exc\u00e9s el sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s acumulat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3 pausada, les t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 o, senzillament, crear un entorn favorable per al descans poden ajudar a rebaixar la tensi\u00f3 al final del dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consultar-ho si persisteixen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si els malsons s\u00f3n freq\u00fcents o interfereixen en el dia a dia, \u00e9s recomanable comentar-ho amb un professional m\u00e8dic, especialment si van acompanyats d\u2019insomni, ansietat o sensaci\u00f3 de son poc reparador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_resum\"><\/span>En resum<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els malsons puntuals formen part d\u2019una experi\u00e8ncia relativament comuna i, en la majoria dels casos, no indiquen cap problema de salut important.
