El m\u00e9s habitual \u00e9s que es necessitin entre 6 setmanes i 3 mesos per tornar a tenir una vida relativament normal. Per contra, amb t\u00e8cniques menys invasives, a les quals es sol anomenar l\u00e0ser encara que no sempre ho siguin t\u00e8cnicament, la reincorporaci\u00f3 al moviment \u00e9s m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ambd\u00f3s casos, els exercicis per despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una operaci\u00f3 de galindons s\u00f3n fonamentals. El que canvia \u00e9s el moment d&#8217;iniciar-los. Tot i que poden variar, els m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase inicial (a partir de la 3a-4a setmana):<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobilitzaci\u00f3 passiva del dit gros amb ajuda de la m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexi\u00f3 i extensi\u00f3 suau del peu sense c\u00e0rrega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercicis de circulaci\u00f3, com moure els dits o elevar el peu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase interm\u00e8dia:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recollir una tovallola amb els dits del peu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rodar una pilota petita sota la planta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separar i ajuntar els dits per millorar la mobilitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase avan\u00e7ada:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caminar descal\u00e7 en superf\u00edcies segures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercicis d&#8217;equilibri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfortiment amb bandes el\u00e0stiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consells de fisioter\u00e0pia per galindons a casa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La const\u00e0ncia \u00e9s el que m\u00e9s importa en la recuperaci\u00f3. No obstant aix\u00f2, no es tracta de fer molts exercicis en un sol dia, sin\u00f3 de mantenir una rutina di\u00e0ria. La reeducaci\u00f3 de la passada \u00e9s clau en aquesta fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa si no faig els exercicis de rehabilitaci\u00f3 recomanats?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No realitzar els exercicis per despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una operaci\u00f3 de galindons pot provocar rigidesa, p\u00e8rdua de mobilitat i fins i tot dolor cr\u00f2nic.
