Hi ha moltes circumst\u00e0ncies possibles que la recomanen, de les quals indiquem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/diarrea-simptomes-causes-i-com-ten-pots-deslliurar\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"23023\">Infeccions<\/a> o malalties que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/problemes-digestius-mes-comuns\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"26991\">afecten la digesti\u00f3<\/a>, com gastroenteritis o virus intestinals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com a postoperatori d&#8217;una intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica en l&#8217;aparell digestiu (principalment a l&#8217;abdomen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com a part de la recuperaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una malaltia aguda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemes intestinals, com diarrea, v\u00f2mits, colitis o reflux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemes per mastegar o empassar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Febre, malalties que afecten la toler\u00e0ncia als aliments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La dieta tova facilitar\u00e0 la digesti\u00f3 i reduir\u00e0 la probable inflamaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aparell digestiu. Dit d&#8217;una altra manera, el metge determinar\u00e0 si l&#8217;aparell digestiu ha de descansar i recuperar-se sense gaire esfor\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quant_de_temps_hauras_de_seguir_una_dieta_tova\"><\/span>Quant de temps haur\u00e0s de seguir una dieta tova<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El temps de seguiment de la dieta \u00e9s molt variable, i dependr\u00e0 tant de la gravetat o intensitat dels <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/problemes-digestius-mes-comuns\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"26991\">problemes<\/a> que van exigir instaurar-la com de la velocitat a qu\u00e8 et vagis recuperant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal tenir en compte que la dieta tova pot no contenir tots els nutrients necessaris, per la qual cosa no es pot seguir indefinidament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a guia orientativa, alguns temps s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per gastroenteritis, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/diarrea-simptomes-causes-i-com-ten-pots-deslliurar\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"23023\">diarrees<\/a> o v\u00f2mits: entre 2 i 5 dies, o fins que desapareguin els s\u00edmptomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per gastritis: 1 o 2 setmanes, de nou fins que els s\u00edmptomes remetin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica: Molt variable, des d&#8217;uns pocs dies fins a dues o m\u00e9s setmanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/el-reflux-simptomes-causes-i-com-es-pot-evitar\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"16899\">reflux gastroesof\u00e0gic<\/a>: aquest trastorn pot tornar-se cr\u00f2nic i el metge recomanar\u00e0 l&#8217;acci\u00f3 que hauries de seguir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infeccions intestinals: generalment pocs dies, introduint nous aliments a poc a poc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 com a regla general, quan desapareixen els s\u00edmptomes (n\u00e0usees, v\u00f2mits, diarrees o dolors) la dieta es va abandonant a poc a poc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_que_consisteix_una_dieta_tova\"><\/span>En qu\u00e8 consisteix una dieta tova<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb car\u00e0cter general, es recomana:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menja a poc a poc, mastegant b\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menja en petites quantitats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita els aliments que produeixen gasos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita aliments que produeixin restrenyiment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9s concretament, una <a href=\"https:\/\/medlineplus.gov\/spanish\/ency\/patientinstructions\/000068.htm\">dieta tova<\/a> suprimeix:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els aliments picants o molt condimentats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els picants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els aliments \u00e0cids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els aliments grassos o fregits amb molt oli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El caf\u00e8 i les begudes amb cafe\u00efna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I recomana aliments de f\u00e0cil digesti\u00f3, com poden ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/lactis-deu-arguments-a-favor-i-en-contra-de-suprimir-los\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"33332\">l\u00e0ctics<\/a>: llet, iogurt, formatges frescos (no curats)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patates: bullides o en pur\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cereals refinats: pasta, s\u00e8mola, arr\u00f2s blanc, pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llegums; es desaconsellen (produeixen gasos) per\u00f2 s\u00ed els p\u00e8sols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carns: pollastre o gall dindi a la planxa o bullit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peixos blancs (els peixos blaus s\u00f3n m\u00e9s grassos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ous: en truita o passats per aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli;
