No cal fer moviments bruscos ni accelerar el ritme des del primer moment. Un moviment lent i constant ajuda a activar la musculatura, les articulacions i la circulaci\u00f3 de manera m\u00e9s segura i eficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caminar uns minuts, moure suaument els bra\u00e7os o fer estiraments lleugers \u00e9s suficient per preparar el cos per comen\u00e7ar el dia amb m\u00e9s comoditat i menys tensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_importancia_de_la_hidratacio\"><\/span><strong>La import\u00e0ncia de la hidrataci\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de les hores de descans, el cos necessita rehidratar-se. Beure aigua al llarg del mat\u00ed ajuda a recuperar l\u2019equilibri intern i afavoreix funcions b\u00e0siques com la concentraci\u00f3, la regulaci\u00f3 de la temperatura corporal i el nivell d\u2019energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir una ampolla d\u2019aigua a prop i recordar-nos de beure sovint \u00e9s un h\u00e0bit senzill que aporta beneficis reals al llarg del dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Deixa_entrar_la_llum_natural\"><\/span><strong>Deixa entrar la llum natural<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La llum natural \u00e9s un gran aliat per al nostre rellotge biol\u00f2gic. Dedicar uns instants a respirar profundament, de manera lenta i conscient, ajuda a reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s i aporta claredat mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inhalar pel nas, omplint els pulmons, i exhalar a poc a poc permet comen\u00e7ar el dia amb una sensaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran de calma i pres\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Avancar_amb_calma_tambe_es_avancar\"><\/span><strong>Avan\u00e7ar amb calma tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s avan\u00e7ar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No tot ha de passar r\u00e0pid. El gener no demana grans canvis, sin\u00f3 const\u00e0ncia i cura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gener convida a baixar el volum. A comen\u00e7ar els dies amb menys soroll i m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3. A escoltar el cos quan s\u2019estira, quan respira, quan demana aigua o una mica de llum natural. S\u00f3n gestos petits, gaireb\u00e9 imperceptibles, per\u00f2 constants.
