L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) aconsella fer 300 minuts setmanals d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica moderada (com caminar a bon pas) o b\u00e9 150 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica m\u00e9s vigorosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-440x233.jpeg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-768x407.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/teams\/health-promotion\/physical-activity\/global-status-report-on-physical-activity-2022?utm\">Informe del 2022<\/a> de la pr\u00f2pia OMS, nom\u00e9s un 20% dels adolescents (d&#8217;11 a 18 anys) segueix la directriu, mentre que el percentatge s&#8217;eleva significativament en l&#8217;edat adulta, arribant al 73% dels que s\u00ed que fan un dels dos tipus d&#8217;exercici. Cal destacar que entre els joves el sedentarisme \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s elevat, a causa en gran mesura a l&#8217;\u00fas abusiu de pantalles: m\u00f2bils, tauletes, ordinadors i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amalgama7.com\/pantallismo-como-identificar-los-sintomas-de-la-adiccion-a-las-pantallas-en-adolescentes\/\">altres<\/a> dispositius tecnol\u00f2gics amb pantalla: se&#8217;n diu pantallisme. I s\u00f3n els joves qui passen m\u00e9s temps davant d&#8217;una pantalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problemes_que_pot_generar_el_pantallisme\"><\/span>Problemes que pot generar el pantallisme:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aspectes f\u00edsics:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sedentarisme, que al seu torn provoca obesitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alteracions del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/son-ansietat-i-depressio\/\">son<\/a>, ja que la llum de les pantalles interromp el cicle circadiari del son<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemes de vista: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/la-sindrome-de-lull-sec\/\">ull sec<\/a>, fatiga visual, lacrimaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemes posturals: dolors d&#8217;esquena, coll<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salut mental<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00efllament social. Les interaccions amb el nostre entorn es deterioren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empitjorament de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ansietat i depressi\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemes de conducta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desenvolupament i rendiment acad\u00e8mic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Baix rendiment escolar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El desenvolupament cognitiu es veu disminu\u00eft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la vida di\u00e0ria s&#8217;ha vist clarament afectada per la tecnologia de qu\u00e8 disposem. La compra es pot fer per internet, es poden tenir amics a les xarxes socials sense haver de veure&#8217;s, o es pot investigar sense aixecar-se de la cadira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&#8217;aspecte laboral, els ordinadors han afectat negativament el grau d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica durant la jornada laboral. \u00c9s habitual enviar un correu electr\u00f2nic a la persona del despatx ve\u00ed i ja no cal gaireb\u00e9 mai aixecar-se a fer una fotoc\u00f2pia. Molts llocs de treball requereixen estar fins a 6 o m\u00e9s hores al dia davant de l&#8217;ordinador, a la qual cosa caldria sumar el temps de connexi\u00f3 a casa amb fins no laborals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels problemes esmentats del pantallisme, cal assenyalar amb car\u00e0cter global (\u00e9s a dir, no nom\u00e9s atribu\u00efble a la tecnologia) que el sedentarisme provoca problemes de salut, com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obesitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hipertensi\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malalties cardiovasculars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/diabetis-tot-el-que-nhauries-de-saber\/\">Diabetis tipus 2<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e0ncer, com el de c\u00f2lon, mama i \u00fater<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e8rdua de massa muscular<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/osteoporosi-un-factor-de-risc-per-patir-fractura-ossia\/\">Osteoporosi<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I un llarg etc\u00e8tera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_tecnologia\"><\/span>La tecnologia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No tot en la tecnologia \u00e9s dolent. Si pensem que des de l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 dels raigs X aplicats a la medicina el 1896 fins avui dia, els aven\u00e7os tecnol\u00f2gics han afavorit millores mete\u00f2riques en mat\u00e8ria de prevenci\u00f3 i ter\u00e0pies.
