Menjar de temporada no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una manera de cuidar la salut, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 un gest de sostenibilitat i una oportunitat per gaudir dels aliments en el seu millor moment, quan s\u00f3n m\u00e9s saborosos i nutritius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_menjar_de_temporada\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 menjar de temporada?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Escollir fruites i verdures de temporada ens connecta amb el cicle natural dels aliments. El novembre, per exemple, \u00e9s un mes que ens convida a plats m\u00e9s consistents i plens de calidesa. Les hortalisses i verdures que trobem ara al mercat han crescut amb el clima de tardor, i aix\u00f2 es tradueix en m\u00e9s sabor, m\u00e9s nutrients i menys necessitat de transport o de conservaci\u00f3 artificial. Aquest senzill esquema garanteix energia estable, sacietat i una bona combinaci\u00f3 de nutrients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_quatre_colors_del_novembre\"><\/span><strong>Els quatre colors del novembre<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon truc \u00e9s pensar en colors. Al contrari: es pot simplificar molt si organitzem una mica la cuina. Dedicar una estona el diumenge a coure llegums i a rostir verdures \u00e9s una estrat\u00e8gia que permet tenir una base sempre a punt. Un bon oli d\u2019oliva, unes esp\u00e8cies o unes herbes fresques donen molt m\u00e9s sabor i ens ajuden a mantenir una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada. En resum, menjar de temporada \u00e9s posar color, salut i consci\u00e8ncia al plat.
