La microbiota \u201cfloreix\u201d amb <strong>menjar real i fibra<\/strong>: fruita sencera, verdures de colors, llegums i cereals integrals. No calen receptes complicades; cal const\u00e0ncia. Una poma a mig mat\u00ed, br\u00f2coli o coliflor com a acompanyament, un plat de cigrons o llenties diverses vegades per setmana i pa o arr\u00f2s integrals sempre que sigui possible.
