Les \u00e0rees d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta t\u00e8cnica s\u00f3n ampl\u00edssimes i tamb\u00e9 han arribat a la medicina. Entenem per <a href=\"https:\/\/es.moleculardevices.com\/applications\/3d-bioprinting\">bioimpressi\u00f3 3D<\/a> la t\u00e8cnica que permet obtenir estructures tridimensionals. La t\u00e8cnica consisteix en l&#8217;addici\u00f3, capa a capa, de materials biol\u00f2gics, fins i tot procedents del propi pacient, alternant, o no, amb materials sint\u00e8tics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"880\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bioprinter-880x587.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36759\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bioprinter-880x587.jpg 880w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bioprinter-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bioprinter-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bioprinter.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes estructures tenen com a funci\u00f3 \u00faltima la replicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un teixit o d&#8217;un \u00f2rgan que posteriorment es podria implantar en el cos del pacient. El fet d&#8217;utilitzar c\u00e8l\u00b7lules pr\u00f2pies del pacient permet personalitzar la bioimpressi\u00f3 a les necessitats pr\u00f2pies del pacient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Algunes_utilitats_de_la_bioimpressio\"><\/span>Algunes utilitats de la bioimpressi\u00f3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, la bioimpressi\u00f3 3D permet fabricar teixits que poden restaurar parts malaltes d&#8217;un \u00f2rgan i en molts aspectes de la investigaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enginyeria de teixits<\/strong>. El potencial d&#8217;aquesta t\u00e8cnica permet crear \u00f2rgans-model, que serviren per estudiar les seves estructures biol\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desenvolupament de nous medicaments<\/strong>. Els models creats podrien servir per analitzar el comportament i resultat dels f\u00e0rmacs en els \u00f2rgans corresponents. Aix\u00f2 podria obviar assaigs en animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Models de malalties<\/strong>. Es podrien crear models similars als del cos, la qual cosa permetria estudiar millor les malalties i desenvolupar tractaments espec\u00edfics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medicina personalitzada<\/strong>. La utilitzaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del propi pacient permetria crear un tractament totalment personalitzat, minimitzant el risc de fracassos farmacol\u00f2gics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medicina regenerativa<\/strong>. La t\u00e8cnica permetria reparar o reempla\u00e7ar teixits d&#8217;\u00f2rgans danyats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tecniques_de_bioimpressio_3D\"><\/span>T\u00e8cniques de bioimpressi\u00f3 3D<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Per l\u00e0ser<\/strong>. Utilitza la llum del l\u00e0ser per posar biomaterials sobre suports espec\u00edfics. T\u00e9 l&#8217;avantatge de l&#8217;assepsia (\u00e9s a dir de no contaminar la impressi\u00f3) i d&#8217;una gran precisi\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Per extrusi\u00f3<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir donar forma a una massa de determinats biomaterials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Per ones ac\u00fastiques<\/strong>, que permetrien manejar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules no intrusivament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SWIFT<\/strong>, que est\u00e0 dirigit a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/es\/bioimpresion-futuro-medicina-180520172\/\">bioimpressi\u00f3 de vasos<\/a> per al reg sanguini d&#8217;\u00f2rgans obtinguts mitjan\u00e7ant c\u00e8l\u00b7lules OBB (Bloques de Construcci\u00f3n de \u00d3rganos, per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s) que s\u00f3n blocs de teixit obtinguts per agregaci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problemes_als_quals_senfronta_la_bioimpressio_3D\"><\/span>Problemes als quals s&#8217;enfronta la bioimpressi\u00f3 3D<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La impressi\u00f3 en tres dimensions \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica recent, datable en la d\u00e8cada dels vuitanta del segle passat. I la bioimpressi\u00f3 no va aconseguir resultats apreciables fins als principis d&#8217;aquest segle. \u00c9s l\u00f2gic pensar que t\u00e9 per davant tota mena de problemes, t\u00e8cnics, econ\u00f2mics i \u00e8tics. A continuaci\u00f3, enumerem alguns d&#8217;ells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problemes t\u00e8cnics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/c4c.cl\/es-es\/portfolio\/biotinta-para-bioimpresion-de-tejidos\/\">biotintes<\/a>&#8220;, que s\u00f3n els materials que es bioimprimeixen, que han de ser compatibles amb el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;impressi\u00f3 i mantenir la viabilitat cel\u00b7lular<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reg, \u00e9s a dir la vascularitzaci\u00f3 dels \u00f2rgans creats, que en tant que compostos per material cel\u00b7lular, necessiten aport sanguini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dany cel\u00b7lular. El proc\u00e9s ha de garantir que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules no s\u00f3n danyades, perqu\u00e8 afectaria la seva viabilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resoluci\u00f3, que encara requereix de millores per no alterar l&#8217;estructura i forma del teixit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, cal mantenir un ambient apte per a la vida de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules al llarg de tot el proc\u00e9s, abans, durant i despr\u00e9s de la bioimpressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problemes \u00e8tics, legals i econ\u00f2mics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que pugui semblar un tema menor, el cert \u00e9s que no se sap si aplicar la regulaci\u00f3 de trasplantaments d&#8217;\u00f2rgans o si crear un marc legal propi. La igualtat d&#8217;acc\u00e9s al tractament (avui, car\u00edssim), la seguretat dels \u00f2rgans impresos i les implicacions cl\u00edniques de la millora del cos hum\u00e0 segueixen plantejant q\u00fcestions sense respostes clares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, el problema econ\u00f2mic \u00e9s que avui per avui, el cost de la bioimpressi\u00f3 \u00e9s molt elevat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_bioimpressio_avui\"><\/span>La bioimpressi\u00f3 avui<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#8217;estan desenvolupant noves t\u00e8cniques que permeten augmentar la velocitat de la bioimpressi\u00f3, reduint el dany cel\u00b7lular.
