Dormir entre set i vuit hores <strong>no nom\u00e9s<\/strong> millora l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim i la mem\u00f2ria, <strong>sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9<\/strong> enforteix el sistema immunitari. Beure aigua al llarg del dia, hi ajuda tenir sempre una ampolla a la vista o dedicar dos minuts a estirar el coll i les espatlles entre tasques ajuda a mantenir-nos actius i <strong>desperts<\/strong>.
