La salut mental s\u2019ha consolidat com el problema que m\u00e9s preocupa la poblaci\u00f3, per davant del c\u00e0ncer. Al m\u00f3n, el 49%; a Espanya, la xifra puja fins al 59%, nom\u00e9s per darrere de Su\u00e8cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest blog som molt conscients del problema i nom\u00e9s cal escriure estr\u00e8s al cercador perqu\u00e8 apareguin no menys de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/?s=estr%C3%A9s\">243 entrades<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mens_sana_in_corpore_sano\"><\/span><strong>Mens sana in corpore sano<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La medicina tradicional es va ocupar durant segles de la salut f\u00edsica, sense donar gaire import\u00e0ncia a la salut emocional. I cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s evid\u00e8ncies que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infosalus.com\/salud-investigacion\/noticia-estudio-muestra-vinculo-salud-fisica-mental-20231229072148.html\">la connexi\u00f3 entre ambdues \u00e9s profunda<\/a>, fins al punt de fer-les inseparables, de manera que la salut emocional influeix enormement en el benestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per salut emocional s\u2019ent\u00e9n la capacitat de l\u2019individu de gestionar les seves emocions, adaptar-se als canvis i gestionar l\u2019estr\u00e8s. No \u00e9s possible ser feli\u00e7 al cent per cent durant tota la vida, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que ho \u00e9s recon\u00e8ixer, expressar i regular sentiments comuns: ira, tristesa, ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_hormones_de_la_salut_mental\"><\/span><strong>Les hormones de la salut mental<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/per-que-tenim-estres-les-hormones-causants\/\">dues hormones<\/a> que s\u00f3n les que influeixen en l\u2019estr\u00e8s: el cortisol i l\u2019adrenalina. Davant d\u2019emocions intenses o que es perllonguen m\u00e9s del normal (estr\u00e8s cr\u00f2nic, ansietat o depressi\u00f3), l\u2019organisme es defensa alliberant hormones, l\u2019adrenalina i el cortisol, que, si es mantenen elevades durant molt de temps, acaben afectant el sistema immunol\u00f2gic, digestiu, cardiovascular i neurol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_cortisol\"><\/span><strong>El cortisol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Produ\u00efda per les gl\u00e0ndules tiro\u00efdals, el cos se\u2019n serveix per concentrar-se en una situaci\u00f3 an\u00f2mala. A m\u00e9s d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 percebuda com una amena\u00e7a, el cortisol tamb\u00e9 s\u2019eleva amb el dolor, la inflamaci\u00f3, les infeccions, l\u2019estat de vig\u00edlia i l\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cortisol es regula mitjan\u00e7ant les secrecions de l\u2019hipot\u00e0lem, la hip\u00f2fisi i les gl\u00e0ndules suprarenals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ladrenalina\"><\/span><strong>L\u2019adrenalina<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La segreguen les gl\u00e0ndules suprarenals, i s\u2019allibera davant la percepci\u00f3 d\u2019una amena\u00e7a per part de l\u2019organisme. L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/seicap.es\/alergia\/tratamientos\/adrenalina\/\">adrenalina<\/a> t\u00e9 per efecte augmentar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, la dilataci\u00f3 de les vies a\u00e8ries i la contracci\u00f3 dels vasos sanguinis (venes i art\u00e8ries). Aix\u00ed, el cos es prepara per afrontar l\u2019amena\u00e7a percebuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els seus efectes negatius poden controlar-se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Practicant mindfulness, que consisteix a intentar concentrar-se en l\u2019activitat quotidiana que s\u2019est\u00e0 duent a terme en cada moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/importancia-de-la-meditacio\/\">Practicant meditaci\u00f3<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respirant profundament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concentrant-se en records agradables, evitant els perjudicials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb relaxaci\u00f3 muscular, contraient i allargant els diferents m\u00fasculs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_emocions_positives\"><\/span><strong>Les emocions positives<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3n les que proporcionen beneficis f\u00edsics. El riure, l\u2019amor, l\u2019optimisme s\u2019associen a un millor funcionament del sistema immunol\u00f2gic, a una millor recuperaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de les malalties i a una menor inflamaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les emocions positives es poden buscar. Per exemple, est\u00e0 comprovat que les persones que canten durant les seves activitats di\u00e0ries (si els \u00e9s perm\u00e8s, \u00e9s clar) s\u00f3n m\u00e9s felices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3, l\u2019exercici regular, les relacions socials i l\u2019expressi\u00f3 art\u00edstica (com el cant d\u2019abans) ajuden enormement a la salut emocional, \u00e9s a dir, tamb\u00e9 a la salut f\u00edsica. \u00c9s benefici\u00f3s practicar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La consci\u00e8ncia emocional: identificar com et sents i tamb\u00e9 la o les causes de sentir-te aix\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adoptar h\u00e0bits saludables: menja de manera equilibrada, dorm b\u00e9, fes exercici amb regularitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recolza\u2019t en les persones del teu entorn.
