Aqu\u00ed tens alguns consells clau:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No esperis a tenir set<\/strong>: la set \u00e9s un av\u00eds tard\u00e0. Si no es recuperen, poden apar\u00e8ixer rampes, debilitat muscular o fatiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per compensar aquesta p\u00e8rdua:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pren begudes amb <strong>sals minerals<\/strong> si fas activitat f\u00edsica intensa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclou aliments com el pl\u00e0tan, fruits secs, verdures de fulla verda o llegums cuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulta el teu farmac\u00e8utic si et cal algun suplement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_evitar\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 evitar?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No totes les begudes hidraten igual.
