O sigui, aquest circuit tancat al voltant de 160.000 quil\u00f2metres d&#8217;art\u00e8ries, venes i capil\u00b7lars que el cor se serveix per bombar la sang a tot el cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e0sicament, la sang viatja als pulmons on es carrega d&#8217;oxigen i descarrega di\u00f2xid de carboni. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed s&#8217;envia al cor que la bomba a tot el cos. Les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules extreuen l&#8217;oxigen, que \u00e9s el nutrient fonamental, expulsen el di\u00f2xid de carboni i torna als pulmons, comen\u00e7ant un nou cicle. La sang tamb\u00e9 subministra al cos els nutrients que recull dels aliments a l&#8217;aparell digestiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_cal_cuidar_la_salut_cardiovascular\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 cal cuidar la salut cardiovascular<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciondelcorazon.com\/informacion-para-pacientes\/enfermedades-cardiovasculares.html\">malaltia cardiovascular<\/a>, com hem dit, -principalment la malaltia de les art\u00e8ries coron\u00e0ries i els accidents cerebrovasculars (ictus)- s\u00f3n les principals causes de mort a tot el m\u00f3n. Al m\u00f3n desenvolupat, \u00e9s responsable aproximadament d&#8217;una de cada tres morts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proc\u00e9s aconseguit al llarg del temps \u00e9s evident: mor molta menys gent, si comparem les dades de fa tot just vint anys. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 vol dir que hi ha m\u00e9s persones que mai vivint amb els efectes d&#8217;un cor o cervell danyat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un atac de cor pot donar com a resultat un deteriorament de la funci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest m\u00fascul, cosa que dona com a resultat una malaltia anomenada insufici\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, que limita l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 que el pacient pot dur a terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva banda, l&#8217;ictus (o malaltia cerebrovascular) pot causar discapacitat, i la malaltia vascular perif\u00e8rica pot afectar les extremitats, cosa que de vegades pot exigir fins i tot amputacions. \u00c9s vital tenir cura de la salut vascular i hi ha moltes coses que es poden fer per millorar-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_pot_fer_per_la_salut_vascular\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 es pot fer per la salut vascular<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha dos tipus de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.texasheart.org\/heart-health\/heart-information-center\/topics\/factores-de-riesgo-cardiovascular\/\">factors de risc<\/a>: modificables i no modificables. Malauradament, ning\u00fa no pot controlar l&#8217;edat ni els antecedents familiars de malaltia card\u00edaca, si n&#8217;hi ha. Per\u00f2 els factors de risc modificables s\u00f3n de vital import\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hagu\u00e9ssim de limitar dos els consells m\u00e9s rellevants per a la bona salut vascular serien sens dubte fer exercici amb regularitat i no fumar. Res d&#8217;aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s nou, per\u00f2 la crua realitat \u00e9s que sempre es repeteixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fer exercici amb regularitat no vol dir c\u00f3rrer una marat\u00f3, ni res semblant. L&#8217;OMS recomana 300 minuts setmanals d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, moderada, aer\u00f2bica, o b\u00e9 150 minuts d&#8217;activitat vigorosa. Per\u00f2 el simple fet de moure \u201cs rutin\u00e0riament m\u00e9s, com baixar de l&#8217;autob\u00fas un parell de parades abans i caminar la resta del cam\u00ed, aix\u00ed com agafar pujar per les escales en lloc d&#8217;agafar l&#8217;ascensor t\u00e9 grans avantatges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciondelcorazon.com\/prevencion\/riesgo-cardiovascular\/fumar-tabaco-tabaquismo.html\">Fumar<\/a> \u2026 B\u00e9, \u00e9s probablement la pitjor cosa que es pot fer per la salut, per\u00f2 la bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que des del moment en qu\u00e8 s \u201capaga l&#8217;\u00faltima cigarreta. El perfil de risc comen\u00e7a a millorar dia a dia i, si s \u201cacompanya d\u201d altres canvis en l&#8217;estil de vida, pot disminuir gaireb\u00e9 fins als mateixos nivells de risc d\u201d alg\u00fa que mai no va fumar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un factor de risc important, probablement m\u00e9s significatiu del que es pensava fins fa uns quants anys. Altres factors de risc modificables s\u00f3n el somni, la pressi\u00f3 arterial, el sucre a la sang, el colesterol a la sang i el pes. Aix\u00ed que cal controlar. El metge de fam\u00edlia ser\u00e0 de gran ajuda per fer-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pot_ajudar_la_dieta\"><\/span><strong>Pot ajudar la dieta?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per descomptat que pot ajudar. El que mengem est\u00e0 intr\u00ednsecament relacionat amb la salut. Els missatges clau s\u00f3n simples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/no-fumar.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35458\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/no-fumar.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/no-fumar-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/no-fumar-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menjar molta fruita i verdura. La recomanaci\u00f3 \u00e9s de cinc peces de fruita o porcions de verdura di\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar els hidrats de carboni refinats (pa blanc, pasta de farina refinada, sucres)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar els aliments processats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els greixos s\u00f3n par\u00e0graf a part. Tant l&#8217;American Heart Association com la Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor recomanen que els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/nutrimedia\/-\/-comer-menos-grasas-saturadas-previene-las-enfermedades-cardiovasculares-\">greixos saturats<\/a> (greix de la carn, mantega\u2026) no suposin m\u00e9s d\u201d un cinc per cent de la ingesta di\u00e0ria d \u201cenergia, i aquesta quantitat s\u201d est\u00e0 revisant a la baixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No s \u201chan de confondre aquests greixos amb els greixos bons, com els que contenen els fruits secs, el pesat gras (salm\u00f3, truita, sardines, cavalles) l&#8217;alvocat i, per descomptat, l&#8217;oli d\u201d oliva verge extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_malaltia_vascular_es_hereditaria\"><\/span><strong>La malaltia vascular \u00e9s heredit\u00e0ria?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malauradament, s\u00ed, ho \u00e9s, tendeix a donar-se en fam\u00edlies senceres. Per\u00f2, compte, aix\u00f2 no vol dir que no es pugui canviar el perfil de risc pel fet de tenir antecedents familiars de malaltia card\u00edaca o d&#8217;ictus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest cas, la import\u00e0ncia de controlar els factors de risc modificable \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s gran. \u00c9s perfectament possible mantenir una excel\u00b7lent salut vascular fins a la vellesa. Es poden tenir trastorns espec\u00edfics com el colesterol elevat, per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que s&#8217;identifiquen amb facilitat i es poden controlar, al darrer extrem, amb medicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_que_es_una_revisio_vascular_necessito_fer-mho\"><\/span><strong>Com que \u00e9s una revisi\u00f3 vascular, necessito fer-m&#8217;ho?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha coses simples, com la pressi\u00f3 arterial (la \u201ctensi\u00f3\u201d) que cal comprovar diverses vegades l&#8217;any i el pes, que s&#8217;ha de mantenir a ratlla, especialment a mesura que envellim. La majoria de la gent no necessita un control m\u00e9s detallat, tret que tinguin el colesterol elevat o s\u00edmptomes de malaltia cardiovascular, que poden ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dolor al pit durant un esfor\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manca anormal d \u201cal\u00e8 despr\u00e9s d\u201d un m\u00ednim exercici<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palpitacions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fins i tot una cosa anomenada atac isqu\u00e8mic transitori o \u201cmini accident cerebrovascular\u201d, en qu\u00e8 un pacient experimenta una debilitat unilateral o una alteraci\u00f3 temporal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si algun es present\u00e9s, el pacient necessitaria un control detallat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva banda, el colesterol elevat, o hipercolesterol\u00e8mia, pot ser hereditari i no ser modificable, per\u00f2 s\u00ed controlable.
