Aquest fenomen no sempre \u00e9s degut a la quantitat d\u2019hores dormides, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s aviat a la <strong>qualitat del descans<\/strong>. Entendre qu\u00e8 vol dir realment \u00abdescansar b\u00e9<a>\u00bb<\/a> \u00e9s essencial per millorar la nostra salut f\u00edsica, mental i emocional.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dormir_%E2%89%A0_Descansar\"><\/span><strong>Dormir \u2260 Descansar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir \u00e9s una funci\u00f3 biol\u00f2gica imprescindible, per\u00f2 no tot son \u00e9s reparador. El descans efectiu implica que el cos i el cervell transiten de manera natural per les diferents fases del cicle del son: son lleuger, son profund i fase REM. Cadascuna d\u2019aquestes fases compleix una funci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica en la regeneraci\u00f3 corporal i cognitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La <strong>fase de son profund (o NREM3)<\/strong> \u00e9s clau per a la recuperaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica. Durant aquesta etapa:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es redueix l\u2019activitat cerebral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El cos allibera hormones de creixement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es produeix la regeneraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es refor\u00e7a el sistema immunitari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, la <strong>fase REM<\/strong>, que acostuma a apar\u00e8ixer en cicles repetits durant la nit, est\u00e0 estretament vinculada amb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La consolidaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La regulaci\u00f3 emocional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si aquestes fases es veuen interrompudes o escur\u00e7ades, el son es torna superficial i deixa de ser realment reparador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_sistema_glimfatic_el_servei_de_neteja_nocturn_del_cervell\"><\/span><strong>El sistema glimf\u00e0tic: el servei de neteja nocturn del cervell<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de les descobertes m\u00e9s interessants dels darrers anys en neuroci\u00e8ncia \u00e9s el sistema glimf\u00e0tic, un mecanisme que actua durant el son profund. Aquest sistema s\u2019encarrega d\u2019eliminar residus metab\u00f2lics i mantenir l\u2019equilibri intern del cervell. En altres paraules, fa una mena de \u00abneteja nocturna\u00bb que afavoreix la claredat mental i el benestar cognitiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan no descansem prou o el son es fragmenta, aquest sistema no pot dur a terme la seva funci\u00f3 amb efic\u00e0cia, cosa que pot afectar la nostra capacitat de concentraci\u00f3, mem\u00f2ria i estat d\u2019\u00e0nim l\u2019endem\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Factors_que_pertorben_el_descans_de_qualitat\"><\/span><strong>Factors que pertorben el descans de qualitat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i dormir 7 o 8 hores, molts adults no aconsegueixen un descans reparador. Alguns dels motius m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exposici\u00f3 a pantalles<\/strong> abans d\u2019anar a dormir, que interfereix en la producci\u00f3 de melatonina (l\u2019hormona que regula el son).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consum de cafe\u00efna<\/strong> o altres estimulants en les hores pr\u00e8vies a dormir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estr\u00e8s i ansietat<\/strong>, que mantenen el cervell actiu i dificulten la transici\u00f3 al son profund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alcohol<\/strong>, que pot afavorir l\u2019adormiment inicial per\u00f2 altera els cicles del son, especialment la fase REM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soroll, llum o temperatura inadequada<\/strong> a l\u2019espai de descans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34743\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/3.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/3-440x248.jpg 440w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes_que_indiquen_que_no_descanses_be\"><\/span><strong>S\u00edmptomes que indiquen que no descanses b\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns senyals que poden alertar-nos que no estem tenint un descans \u00f2ptim s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sensaci\u00f3 de fatiga al despertar, tot i haver dormit moltes hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boira mental: dificultat per concentrar-se o pensar amb claredat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canvis d\u2019humor, irritabilitat o estat d\u2019\u00e0nim baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dolors musculars o rigidesa matinal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poca motivaci\u00f3 o apatia durant el dia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_millorar_la_qualitat_del_descans\"><\/span><strong>Com millorar la qualitat del descans<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adoptar h\u00e0bits saludables abans d\u2019anar a dormir pot marcar la difer\u00e8ncia entre un son superficial i un descans profund i reparador:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Desconnecta de pantalles<\/strong> com a m\u00ednim una hora abans d\u2019anar a dormir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estableix una rutina nocturna<\/strong>, amb activitats relaxants com llegir, fer estiraments suaus o meditar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crea un ambient adequat<\/strong>: foscor, silenci i temperatura agradable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evita menjars pesats<\/strong>, alcohol i cafe\u00efna en les hores pr\u00e8vies al descans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acostuma\u2019t a anar a dormir i llevar-te a la mateixa hora<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 els caps de setmana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dormir_be_es_cuidar-te\"><\/span><strong>Dormir b\u00e9 \u00e9s cuidar-te<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El descans nocturn no \u00e9s un luxe ni una p\u00e8rdua de temps: \u00e9s un <strong>pilar fonamental de la salut<\/strong>.
