Per\u00f2 no \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica manera que el cos (que \u00e9s molt llest) t\u00e9 de protestar, i disposa d&#8217;alguns signes per indicar-nos que all\u00f2 que estem menjant no \u00e9s convenient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cal saber interpretar-los, perqu\u00e8 el problema \u00e9s que poden ser signes molt subtils. Quan el cos no t\u00e9 prou glucosa per generar energia, recorre al greix emmagatzemat, cosa que genera uns compostos anomenats cossos cet\u00f2nics. Aquests compostos poden ser la causa del teu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msdmanuals.com\/es\/hogar\/trastornos-bucales-y-dentales\/s%C3%ADntomas-de-los-trastornos-orales-y-dentales\/mal-aliento?ruleredirectid=756#Causas_v6528077_es\">mal al\u00e8<\/a> i l&#8217;olor recordaria l&#8217;acetona, el dissolvent usat per treure l&#8217;esmalt d&#8217;ungles.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els m\u00e9s proclius a tenir cet\u00f2nics a l&#8217;al\u00e8 s\u00f3n els que segueixen dietes baixes en hidrats de carboni (o carbohidrats). El cas extrem s\u00f3n els diab\u00e8tics tipus 1, els quals, si detecten cossos cet\u00f2nics al seu al\u00e8, han d&#8217;acudir al seu metge, ja que podria tractar-se que el p\u00e0ncrees no allibera prou insulina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal indicar, dit aix\u00f2, que els cossos cet\u00f2nics no s\u00f3n l&#8217;\u00fanica causa de mal al\u00e8: el caf\u00e8, el tabac i una mala salut dental tamb\u00e9 poden causar-lo i en aquests casos la dieta no influiria en absolut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pel_mes_fi_Tens_manca_de_ferro\"><\/span><strong>P\u00e8l m\u00e9s fi: Tens manca de ferro.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El ferro \u00e9s un mineral necessari per a la producci\u00f3 dels gl\u00f2buls vermells, que serveixen per portar l&#8217;oxigen a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a trav\u00e9s de la sang. Si tens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cun.es\/enfermedades-tratamientos\/enfermedades\/anemia\">falta de ferro<\/a>, els cabells poden aprimar-se. A m\u00e9s, es podria presentar un estat tendent a la letargia (somnol\u00e8ncia, cansament).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verdures com els espinacs o el br\u00f2quil, els llegums (llenties, cigrons, mongetes, p\u00e8sols) o la carn vermella poden pal\u00b7liar aquesta car\u00e8ncia. Les dones en edat f\u00e8rtil han d&#8217;assegurar-se especialment de seguir una dieta rica en ferro, ja que la menstruaci\u00f3 pot afectar els nivells d&#8217;aquest mineral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diarrea_persistent_Podries_ser_celiac\"><\/span><strong>Diarrea persistent: Podries ser cel\u00edac.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La malaltia cel\u00edaca, o <a href=\"https:\/\/celiacos.org\/enfermedad-celiaca\/que-es-la-enfermedad-celiaca\/\">celiaquia<\/a>, va ser descrita fa relativament poc temps, i \u00e9s una reacci\u00f3 al gluten, una prote\u00efna que es troba en el blat i altres cereals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els cel\u00edacs no poden assimilar-lo i la resposta a la ingesti\u00f3 de gluten t\u00e9 lloc a l&#8217;intest\u00ed prim i pot inc\u00f3rrer diarrea, inflor, p\u00e8rdua de pes, indigesti\u00f3 i dolor abdominal. Els s\u00edmptomes desapareixen en suprimir el gluten de la dieta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal assenyalar que la celiaquia no \u00e9s el mateix que la intoler\u00e0ncia al gluten, encara que els s\u00edmptomes siguin similars. Qualsevol persona amb els s\u00edmptomes descrits hauria d&#8217;acudir al metge per investigar les causes del problema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Estrenyiment_No_beus_prou_aigua\"><\/span><strong>Estrenyiment: No beus prou aigua.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tens problemes per defecar, s&#8217;assumeix com a norma que la teva dieta \u00e9s falta de fibra. Probablement \u00e9s cert, per\u00f2 no menys cert -i m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent- \u00e9s que es tracta d&#8217;un problema de manca d&#8217;aigua, \u00e9s a dir, una deshidrataci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanta la fibra com l&#8217;aigua s\u00f3n necessaris per al moviment regular de l&#8217;intest\u00ed. La fibra atrau l&#8217;aigua, que ajuda el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal (el pas dels aliments cap a l&#8217;intest\u00ed gruixut). Les persones <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludigestivo.es\/mes-saludigestivo\/estrenimiento\/\">amb restrenyiment<\/a> haurien de beure m\u00e9s aigua i incrementar-ne la ingesti\u00f3 de fibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Esquerdes_a_la_comissura_de_la_boca_possible_manca_de_ferro\"><\/span><strong>Esquerdes a la comissura de la boca: possible manca de ferro<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O estomatitis angular o, comunament, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cun.es\/diccionario-medico\/terminos\/queilitis-angular\">boqueres<\/a>, aquestes molestes i doloroses esquerdes que es produeixen a les comissures de la boca. Poden ser conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de manca de ferro o d&#8217;una infecci\u00f3, sigui bacteriana o v\u00edrica. Val la pena que provis d&#8217;aplicar-te mantega de cacau o vaselina; per\u00f2 si en uns dies no milloren, cal acudir al metge perqu\u00e8 investigui la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Baix_denergia_o_cansament_Estas_prenent_massa_sucre\"><\/span><strong>Baix d&#8217;energia, o cansament: Est\u00e0s prenent massa sucre.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De vegades, l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de carbohidrats (com el sucre) pot causar \u201cbaixons\u201d de forma i d&#8217;energia. El problema rau en el fet que el sucre provoca inicialment una pujada d&#8217;insulina a l&#8217;organisme, per\u00f2 la baixada conseg\u00fcent del nivell de sucre a la sang (la gluc\u00e8mia) pot causar aquesta manca d&#8217;energia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"501\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/botella-vaso-agua.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34638\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/botella-vaso-agua.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/botella-vaso-agua-440x276.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/botella-vaso-agua-768x481.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Molta gent atribueix aquesta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/es\/fatiga-por-diabetes\">falta d&#8217;energia<\/a> a una falta de sucre i el que fa \u00e9s prendre encara m\u00e9s sucre. I el cercle vici\u00f3s continua, quan no empitjora. Per contra, reduir la ingesta de sucre estabilitzar\u00e0 de mica en mica els nivells energ\u00e8tics, i a m\u00e9s ho far\u00e0 en poc temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Necessites_orinar_cada_poc_Pots_estar_deshidratat\"><\/span><strong>Necessites orinar cada poc: Pots estar deshidratat.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 resulta conf\u00fas, \u00bfveritat?, perqu\u00e8 es diria que hauria de ser al contrari. Per\u00f2 si b\u00e9 la bufeta plena envia al cervell un senyal urgint anar a la cambra de bany, un altre desencadenant \u00e9s el fet que l&#8217;o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msdmanuals.com\/es\/hogar\/trastornos-renales-y-del-tracto-urinario\/s%C3%ADntomas-de-los-trastornos-del-ri%C3%B1%C3%B3n-y-de-las-v%C3%ADas-urinarias\/micciones-excesivas-o-frecuentes-poliuria\">rina estigui massa concentrada<\/a>, cosa que podria indicar un principi de deshidrataci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et succeeix amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la bufeta podria irritar-se i requerir anar a la cambra de bany una vegada i una altra, la cafe\u00efna pot tenir efectes an\u00e0legs en els receptors qu\u00edmics de la bufeta, irritant-la.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reflux_gastroesofagic_Beus_massa_alcohol\"><\/span><strong>Reflux gastroesof\u00e0gic: Beus massa alcohol.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;alcohol no \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica causa del reflux, per\u00f2 \u00e9s un factor desencadenant important. El <a href=\"https:\/\/medlineplus.gov\/spanish\/ency\/article\/000265.htm\">reflux gastroesof\u00e0gic<\/a> (ERGE) \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, en general, que el m\u00fascul en forma d&#8217;anell (\u201cesf\u00ednter esof\u00e0gic\u201d) al final de l&#8217;es\u00f2fag (que \u00e9s el tub que porta el menjar de la boca a l&#8217;est\u00f3mac) no funciona com caldria, obrint-se per permetre el pas del menjar a l&#8217;est\u00f3mac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha altres factors que provoquen la s\u00edndrome: fumar, caf\u00e8, embar\u00e0s i exc\u00e9s de pes.
