Aquest est\u00e0 format per al voltant de 100.000 milions de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, globalment anomenades neurones, que es connecten entre si (sinapsi) o entre elles i, a trav\u00e9s del complex sistema nervi\u00f3s, amb altres c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la resta del cos. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neurofeedback.cat\/que-es-la-neuroplasticidad\/\">neuroplasticitat<\/a> \u00e9s clau perqu\u00e8, per dir-ho d&#8217;una manera gr\u00e0fica, \u00e9s el que provoca la capacitat que t\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 aprendre des del moment del seu naixement.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/neuronas2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/neuronas2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/neuronas2-440x327.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/neuronas2-768x571.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>\u00c9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquesta caracter\u00edstica de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cerebrals, que \u00e9s capacitat d&#8217;alterar-ne les connexions d&#8217;acord amb la informaci\u00f3 rebuda i adaptar-les a les necessitats.<\/p>\n\n<p>Globalment, la neuroplasticitat es basa en dos processos: la creaci\u00f3 de noves neurones, o neurog\u00e8nesi, i la formaci\u00f3 de noves connexions entre les neurones, o sinapsi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Juga un paper preponderant:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>En l&#8217;aprenentatge i el desenvolupament<\/strong> . Quan el nen neix, el cervell est\u00e0 pr\u00e0cticament en blanc i immediatament comen\u00e7a a rebre tota mena d&#8217;est\u00edmuls, que la neuroplasticitat donar\u00e0 forma per conformar-ne el car\u00e0cter. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Davant d&#8217;un proc\u00e9s patol\u00f2gic<\/strong> , com una lesi\u00f3 cerebral, com l&#8217;accident cerebrovascular, o ictus, que es produeix quan una zona del cervell es queda sense reg sanguini, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es trenca una art\u00e8ria, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es tapona. L&#8217;ictus fa que la zona afectada deixi d&#8217;executar les funcions com abans. En aquest cas, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cerebrals buscaran la manera de suplir el problema mitjan\u00e7ant noves sinapsis.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfront d&#8217;un deteriorament cognitiu<\/strong> , com a dem\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Al llarg de la vida, el cervell canvia de manera que en emprendre noves activitats \u2013no necess\u00e0riament f\u00edsiques\u2013 estableix noves <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/espanol\/publicaciones\/diccionarios\/diccionario-cancer\/def\/sinapsis\">sinapsis<\/a> , per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 elimina connexions relatives a activitats que s&#8217;abandonen. \u00c9s freq\u00fcent sentir coses com \u201ctinc oblidat el meu angl\u00e8s\u201d, i \u00e9s degut a la manca de pr\u00e0ctica. De sempre hem sentit que la capacitat d&#8217;aprenentatge dels nens \u00e9s molt superior a la dels adults, i encara m\u00e9s gran que alg\u00fa a la tercera edat. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hi ha diferents t\u00e8cniques i enfocaments per enfortir l&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 cognitiva en gent gran. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unir.net\/revista\/salud\/evaluacion-neuropsicologica\/\">avaluaci\u00f3 neuropsicol\u00f2gica<\/a> completa es podr\u00e0 determinar quines capacitats conserva el pacient i quines no. L&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 cognitiva es pot fer en grup o individualment. Entrar en profunditat a cada t\u00e8cnica diferent se surt de l&#8217;abast d&#8217;aquest article, per\u00f2 les esmentem a continuaci\u00f3:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ter\u00e0pia d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 a la realitat, dirigida a ubicar espai-temporalment el pacient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ter\u00e0pia de la reminisc\u00e8ncia, que persegueix despertar records amb qu\u00e8 generar una conversa al voltant d&#8217;alguna cosa propera al pacient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psicomotricitat vivenciada, que combina l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 cognitiva, sentit l\u00fadic i rehabilitaci\u00f3 motora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treball en tres \u00e0rees simult\u00e0niament: \u00c0rea cognitiva (mem\u00f2ria, llenguatge, c\u00e0lcul); \u00e0rea psicol\u00f2gica, integrant el pacient en un entorn receptiu; \u00e0rea social, estimulant la comunicaci\u00f3 amb lentorn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, hi ha moltes coses que el pacient pot fer en el seu propi entorn per mitigar aquest fet i el deteriorament i enfortir l&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 cognitiva, i estan a l&#8217;abast de tothom.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_millorar_la_neuroplasticitat\"><\/span><strong>Com millorar la neuroplasticitat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La lectura<\/strong> . \u00c9s un dels exercicis de neuroplasticitat m\u00e9s adequat per als adults. Facilita la reorganitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;escor\u00e7a cerebral  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&#8217;esport i l&#8217;exercici<\/strong> . Sabem que \u00e9s fonamental per al cos fer una mica d&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/mindcrowd.org\/es\/neuroplasticidad-del-cerebro-ejercicio-fisico-como-mantener-mente-agil\/\">exercici<\/a> diari: prev\u00e9 la diabetis, la hipertensi\u00f3 i les malalties cardiovasculars. Tamb\u00e9 incrementa la neurog\u00e8nesi i la sinaptog\u00e8nesi  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Els jocs<\/strong> . Qualsevol activitat l\u00fadica que estimuli la imaginaci\u00f3 i la creativitat: jocs de taula, de rol. Aix\u00f2 inclou els sudokus, els mots encreuats o els puzles. A m\u00e9s, jugar en grup fomenta les relacions socials   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apr\u00e8n alguna cosa nova<\/strong> . Un idioma, o <a href=\"https:\/\/neuro-class.com\/neuroplasticidad-y-aprendizaje-a-lo-largo-de-la-vida\/\">aprendre<\/a> qualsevol altra cosa que requereixi un esfor\u00e7 mental, que estimular\u00e0 el cervell creant noves connexions. La m\u00fasica \u00e9s especialment favorable per a la neuroplasticitat, sobretot si s&#8217;apr\u00e8n a tocar un instrument  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fes servir la m\u00e0 no dominant<\/strong> . Rentar-se les dents, ficar la clau al pany, aquest tipus d&#8217;activitats rutin\u00e0ries estimulen el costat contrari a l&#8217;habitual del cervell. Prova a escriure amb la teva m\u00e0 dolenta  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Altera la rutina<\/strong> . Treure el teu cervell de la rutina \u00e9s treure&#8217;l de la seva zona de confort, i aix\u00f2 ho estimular\u00e0. Canvia de ruta, surt a passejar m\u00e9s aviat, altera el pas ocasionalment  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incrementa la vida social<\/strong> . Fer vida social m\u00e9s intensa i con\u00e8ixer nova gent suposa afavorir l&#8217;empatia i estimular emocions i motivacions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medita<\/strong> . Una estona de <a href=\"https:\/\/impulsaneuropsicologia.com\/meditacion-y-neuroplasticidad\/\">meditaci\u00f3<\/a> di\u00e0ria provoca disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i \u00e9s de les activitats m\u00e9s recomanades davant de la depressi\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha demostrat que la meditaci\u00f3 millora la capacitat cognitiva  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dorm<\/strong> . Dorm b\u00e9.
