Aquesta regeneraci\u00f3 suposaria la reparaci\u00f3 dels teixits de l&#8217;\u00f2rgan afectat i, en \u00faltima inst\u00e0ncia, allargaria el temps de funcionament correcte de l&#8217;\u00f2rgan en q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es val de diferents t\u00e8cniques biom\u00e8diques, com ara la impressi\u00f3 en 3D aplicada a la biologia, l&#8217;enginyeria de teixits i les ter\u00e0pies cel\u00b7lulars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/investigacion-celulas-madre2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/investigacion-celulas-madre2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/investigacion-celulas-madre2-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/investigacion-celulas-madre2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tecniques_de_que_es_val\"><\/span><strong>T\u00e8cniques de qu\u00e8 es val<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Constantment es publiquen investigacions i estudis sobre noves possibilitats t\u00e8cniques i, encara que la seva arribada als hospitals no \u00e9s immediata, articles com poden quedar obsolets r\u00e0pidament per l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de noves t\u00e8cniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_cellules_mare\"><\/span><strong>Les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3n c\u00e8l\u00b7lules amb una capacitat \u00fanica, que consisteix que poden diferenciar-se i assemblar-se per complet a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules ve\u00efnes. \u00c9s a dir, es poden convertir en molts tipus diferents de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En funci\u00f3 del seu origen, les <a href=\"https:\/\/medlineplus.gov\/spanish\/stemcells.html\">c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare<\/a> poden ser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare adultes, o pluripotencials, que poden generar els tipus cel\u00b7lulars del mateix teixit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare embrion\u00e0ries, que provenen d&#8217;embrions que, o b\u00e9 no es van arribar a utilitzar en un possible tractament de fertilitzaci\u00f3 in vitro (FIV) i que s\u00f3n les que generen m\u00e9s controv\u00e8rsia respecte a l&#8217;\u00e8tica del seu \u00fas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare ja existents, procedents de cultius cel\u00b7lulars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha tamb\u00e9 una classificaci\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 de la capacitat d&#8217;imitaci\u00f3 de les diferents c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En principi, la ter\u00e0pia de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare \u00e9s te\u00f2ricament aplicable a qualsevol \u00f2rgan del cos, per\u00f2 es comprova que s\u00f3n menys efectives en la regeneraci\u00f3 tant del sistema nervi\u00f3s com del cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Enginyeria_de_teixits\"><\/span><strong>Enginyeria de teixits<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nibib.nih.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-05\/Fact-Sheet-Ingenieria-de-Tejidos-y-Medicine-Regenerativa.pdf\">nginyeria de teixits<\/a> consisteix a crear teixits i \u00f2rgans artificials mitjan\u00e7ant la utilitzaci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i materials de car\u00e0cter biol\u00f2gic. Utilitza una combinaci\u00f3 de \u201cbastides\u201d, mol\u00e8cules i c\u00e8l\u00b7lules per crear teixits completament funcionals, capa\u00e7os de restaurar, mantenir o fins i tot millorar un \u00f2rgan danyat per qualsevol causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bioimpressio_3D\"><\/span><strong>Bioimpressi\u00f3 3D<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es basa en sofisticades <a href=\"https:\/\/es.moleculardevices.com\/applications\/3d-bioprinting\">impressores<\/a> en tres dimensions, capaces de crear estructures de diferents teixits mitjan\u00e7ant c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i biomaterials. S\u00f3n capa\u00e7os d&#8217;imprimir en capes seguint patrons donats, de manera que copi\u00efn l&#8217;estructura i la funci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00f2rgans complets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Terapia_genica\"><\/span><strong>Ter\u00e0pia g\u00e8nica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es basa en la modificaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mitjan\u00e7ant la introducci\u00f3 a la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula d&#8217;un o diversos gens de manera que substitueixin gens defectuosos o danyats. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/consumers\/articulos-para-el-consumidor-en-espanol\/que-es-la-terapia-genetica-como-funciona\">t\u00e8cnica<\/a> cerca modificar la informaci\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula del pacient responsable de la malaltia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta t\u00e8cnica \u00e9s aplicable tant en malalties heredit\u00e0ries com en trastorns adquirits, com en immunodefici\u00e8ncies prim\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nanotecnologia\"><\/span><strong>Nanotecnologia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha t\u00e8cniques de producci\u00f3 de materials a escala nano l\u00f2gica. Un nan\u00f2metre equival a una milmilion\u00e8sima part d&#8217;un metre, o 1 dividit per 10 elevat a menys de nou. Pensar en aquestes dimensions \u00e9s pensar a escala at\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aetsa.org\/download\/publicaciones\/antiguas\/AETSA_2007-02_F2_Nanomedicina.pdf\">nanotecnologia<\/a> a la medicina permet actuar des de l&#8217;interior de l&#8217;organisme i detectar i identificar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules alterades. A m\u00e9s, permetria administrar els f\u00e0rmacs nom\u00e9s a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules que ho requerissin, sense afectar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sanes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Estimulacio_electrica_i_magnetica\"><\/span><strong>Estimulaci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica i magn\u00e8tica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una t\u00e8cnica que cerca la reparaci\u00f3 i regeneraci\u00f3 de teixits mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 de corrents el\u00e8ctrics i de camps electromagn\u00e8tics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, es fa servir en el tractament de pacients amb danys cerebrals i el procediment permet la valoraci\u00f3 i el tractament de determinats danys cerebrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aplicacions_de_la_medicina_regenerativa\"><\/span><strong>Aplicacions de la medicina regenerativa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes t\u00e8cniques estan en fase de desenvolupament. Els aven\u00e7os s\u00f3n constants i les \u00e0rees d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 es multipliquen. A hores d&#8217;ara les \u00e0rees de medicina en qu\u00e8 m\u00e9s s&#8217;investiga s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traumatologia: lesions \u00f2ssies i articulars. Aquesta \u00e9s una de les \u00e0rees on m\u00e9s \u00e8xits s&#8217;han obtingut en medicina regenerativa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malalties cardiovasculars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malalties neuronals i degeneratives, com ara el Parkinson, l&#8217;Alzheimer, l&#8217;esclerosi m\u00faltiple i altres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Futur_de_la_medicina_regenerativa\"><\/span><strong>Futur de la medicina regenerativa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La comunitat cient\u00edfica es mostra un\u00e0nime en la predicci\u00f3 que aquestes tecnologies s\u00f3n el futur de la medicina.
