Entendre com funciona el nostre rellotge intern a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un <strong>test de cronobiologia<\/strong> ens ajudar\u00e0 a tenir m\u00e9s energia i benestar i a descansar millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_la_cronobiologia_i_per_que_es_important\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la cronobiologia i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comencem per entendre qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la <strong>cronobiologia<\/strong>. Es tracta de la disciplina que estudia els <strong>ritmes biol\u00f2gics<\/strong> del cos hum\u00e0 i com aquests es sincronitzen amb l\u2019ambient, especialment amb els <strong>cicles de llum i foscor<\/strong>.
