Aquest tipus de llum, amb una longitud d\u2019ona curta, t\u00e9 un paper important en la regulaci\u00f3 del ritme circadi\u00e0, el cicle natural de son-vig\u00edlia del cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_la_llum_blava\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la llum blava?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La llum blava \u00e9s un tipus de llum visible amb una longitud d\u2019ona curta que promou l\u2019alerta i el rendiment durant el dia. Tot i que la llum blava es troba principalment en la llum solar, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s emesa per dispositius electr\u00f2nics i certes bombetes LED i fluorescents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_llum_blava_i_la_melatonina\"><\/span><strong>La llum blava i la melatonina<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La melatonina \u00e9s una hormona que ajuda el cos a preparar-se per al son. En condicions normals, els nivells de melatonina augmenten al capvespre i arriben al punt m\u00e0xim a mitjanit. Tanmateix, l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a la llum blava a la nit suprimeix la producci\u00f3 de melatonina, dificultant que els nens sentin son abans d\u2019anar a dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_afecta_la_llum_blava_als_nens\"><\/span><strong>Com afecta la llum blava als nens<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els nens s\u00f3n especialment sensibles a la llum blava. Els seus ulls tenen estructures m\u00e9s receptives i pupil\u00b7les m\u00e9s grans que les dels adults, cosa que incrementa la quantitat de llum que reben. Un estudi va mostrar que l\u2019exposici\u00f3 nocturna a la llum blava suprimeix la melatonina en els nens el doble del que succeeix en els adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_llum_blava_causa_problemes_de_son\"><\/span><strong>La llum blava causa problemes de son?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00fas de dispositius electr\u00f2nics abans d\u2019anar a dormir s\u2019ha associat amb retards a l\u2019hora d\u2019anar a dormir i menys temps total de son en els nens.
