Tal com deus saber, hi ha tres grups b\u00e0sics per classificar els aliments: els hidrats de carboni (o carbohidrats o simplement hidrats), les prote\u00efnes i els greixos. Hi ha diversos r\u00e8gims per aprimar-se que recomanen de suprimir-ne algun; s\u00f3n els coneguts com a dietes per d\u00e8ficit. El cas, per\u00f2, \u00e9s que tots aquests r\u00e8gims s\u2019han posat for\u00e7a en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 i la comunitat cient\u00edfica recomana de manera un\u00e0nime que l\u2019opci\u00f3 ideal \u00e9s menjar de tot, en quantitats raonables i de manera equilibrada, seguint aquests tres par\u00e0metres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 15 % de les calories han de provenir de prote\u00efnes ingerides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els carbohidrats haurien d\u2019aportar entre el 40 i el 60 % de les calories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els greixos haurien de representar el 30 % de l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica en la dieta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La ra\u00f3 \u00e9s que cada grup de nutrients aporta diferents vitamines, minerals i elements que formen un conjunt necessari per al cos. Tota una altra cosa \u00e9s, per exemple, suprimir els <a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/eduar\/OneDrive\/Documentos\/COPIA%20DE%20NETDOCTOR\/www.netdoctor.es\/www.netdoctor.es\/articulo\/intolerancia-lactosa.html\">lactis de la dieta per una al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia<\/a>; per\u00f2 en aquest cas \u00e9s un fet ineludible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suprimir els lactis de la dieta pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies, tant bones com dolentes. Tot seguit s\u2019expliquen quins canvis pot experimentar el cos en prescindir-ne i els motius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Podries_tenir_menys_mals_de_cap\"><\/span><strong>1. Podries tenir menys mals de cap<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El causant en podria ser un component qu\u00edmic (per\u00f2 natural) que sovint trobem al formatge, sobretot en els formatges que tenen una maduraci\u00f3 m\u00e9s llarga: es tracta de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/es\/diseases-conditions\/depression\/expert-answers\/maois\/faq-20058035#:~:text=La%20tiramina%20es%20un%20amino%C3%A1cido,de%20tiramina%20en%20el%20cuerpo.\">tiramina<\/a>, un amino\u00e0cid que ajuda a regular la pressi\u00f3 arterial i que en certes persones fa disminuir les migranyes i els mals de cap. Si tens aquests trastorns amb regularitat valdria la pena de suprimir els lactis una temporada, que potser s\u00f3n a la base del problema. Ara b\u00e9, potser no ho aconsegueixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, els lactis contenen vitamina B<sub>2<\/sub>, que \u00e9s tan important, i el seu d\u00e8ficit justament es podria associar a les migranyes. Per tant, si decideixes d\u2019eliminar-los de la dieta, verifica si n\u2019est\u00e0s ben prove\u00eft: els bolets, les ametlles i els espinacs n\u2019inclouen en quantitats considerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Podries_reduir_la_sensacio_dembotiment\"><\/span><strong>2. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 sovint la gent t\u00e9 un d\u00e8ficit de lactasa, un enzim necessari per digerir b\u00e9 la llet de vaca. Si exclous els lactis de la dieta, et pots trobar que et millora la digesti\u00f3 i que et disminueix la sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019embotiment. Tamb\u00e9 pots experimentar l\u2019efecte contrari, per aix\u00f2, i notar-te m\u00e9s tip per la reacci\u00f3 de l\u2019organisme al canvi de dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_La_teva_salut_intestinal_sen_podria_ressentir\"><\/span><strong>3. La teva salut intestinal se\u2019n podria ressentir<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que millori la digesti\u00f3 \u00e9s un bon s\u00edmptoma, per\u00f2 no vol dir necess\u00e0riament que aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hagi d\u2019afavorir la salut intestinal. El tub digestiu cont\u00e9 moltes classes de bacteris, tant beneficiosos com perjudicials. En altres articles ja hem parlat de la microbiota, que \u00e9s el conjunt d\u2019organismes que viuen a l\u2019intest\u00ed i que s\u00f3n encara m\u00e9s nombrosos que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules que formen el nostre cos. Lactis com el iogurt grec natural o el quefir tenen bacteris bons i probi\u00f2tics en abund\u00e0ncia que ajuden a millorar la salut intestinal. Si decideixes que evitar\u00e0s els lactis, \u00e9s important que substitueixis el iogurt per un aliment adequat o, fins i tot, que et plantegis de prendre suplements <a href=\"https:\/\/fenil.org\/lacteos-probioticos-y-prebioticos\/\">probi\u00f2tics<\/a> per mantenir l\u2019estabilitat de l\u2019intest\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Et_podrien_faltar_nutrients_essencials\"><\/span><strong>4. Els lactis s\u00f3n rics en elements tan importants com el calci o la vitamina D, cosa que obliga a controlar-ne els nivells en cas de suprimir-los de la dieta. Es poden suplir amb peix blau, com ara les sardines, que s\u00f3n una bona font de calci o amb algunes llets vegetals, que sovint s\u2019han refor\u00e7at justament amb aquests components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Podries_emmalaltir_amb_mes_facilitat\"><\/span><strong>5. Aix\u00f2 es podria deure a la manca de vitamina B<sub>12<\/sub>, un regulador b\u00e0sic del sistema immunitari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podries caure malalt amb m\u00e9s facilitat i contreure malalties m\u00e9s sovint. Et pot millorar la pell<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s prou sabut que la supressi\u00f3 dels lactis t\u00e9 un efecte de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vichy.es\/consejo-experto\/acne\/existe-una-relacion-entre-los-productos-lacteos-y-las-imperfecciones-d\">millora de la pell<\/a>. La llet de vaca inclou hormones que poden reaccionar amb les teves i fer augmentar la producci\u00f3 de seu, que tendeix a tancar els porus; \u00e9s a dir, la teva pell podria tenir m\u00e9s bon aspecte. Com advertiment et recordem que hauries de comprovar si la dieta que segueixes \u00e9s equilibrada i si inclou tots els nutrients essencials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Podries_tenir_mes_energia\"><\/span><strong>7. Per exemple, per compensar la manca de calci que obtenies dels lactis hauries d\u2019incorporar altres aliments que et poden aportar diversos nutrients, com ara: els espinacs, la col verda (o la col arrissada) i les mongetes seques, entre d\u2019altres. Aquest canvi, a m\u00e9s, pot fer que tinguis m\u00e9s energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Podries_trobar-te_de_mes_bon_humor\"><\/span><strong>8. Aquestes hormones tamb\u00e9 poden interactuar amb les teves i causar-te canvis d\u2019humor. \u00c9s possible que en suprimir els lactis de la dieta, et millori l\u2019humor general perqu\u00e8 es torna m\u00e9s estable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Podries_tenir_sindrome_dabstinencia\"><\/span><strong>9. Les prote\u00efnes s\u00f3n essencials per enfortir la musculatura i perqu\u00e8, al capdavall, els \u00f2rgans et funcionin com cal. Hi ha molts altres aliments que contenen prote\u00efnes, per\u00f2 val m\u00e9s que paris compte.
