Durant les hores de descans nocturn, el cos realitza funcions essencials com la reparaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular, la consolidaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria i la regulaci\u00f3 del sistema immunol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir poc durant les festes no nom\u00e9s pot afectar el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i nivell d&#8217;energia, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 pot debilitar les defenses, fent-nos sentir cansats i m\u00e9s vulnerables a malalties. A m\u00e9s, les alteracions en l&#8217;horari de son poden provocar desequilibris en el ritme circadi\u00e0, el &#8220;rellotge intern&#8221; que regula el nostre cos. Aix\u00f2 pot derivar en dificultats per concentrar-se i m\u00e9s irritabilitat, afectant la capacitat de gaudir plenament de les festes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consells_per_cuidar_el_teu_son_aquest_Nadal\"><\/span><strong>Consells per cuidar el teu son aquest Nadal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prioritza un horari regular de son:<\/strong> Tot i que les festes poden desordenar les rutines, intenta mantenir l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar a dormir i de despertar-te relativament constants. Opta per \u00e0pats lleugers i evita consumir estimulants com el caf\u00e8 en hores properes a la nit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fes pauses per descansar:<\/strong> Si tens una agenda plena d\u2019activitats, reserva moments per relaxar-te durant el dia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crea un ambient adequat per dormir:<\/strong> Assegura&#8217;t que la teva habitaci\u00f3 sigui tranquil\u00b7la, fosca i fresca. Si est\u00e0s de viatge o comparteixes espai per dormir, considera portar una m\u00e0scara per als ulls i taps per a les orelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestiona l&#8217;estr\u00e8s:<\/strong> Les festes, tot i ser un s\u00edmbol d\u2019alegria, poden ser emocionalment intenses.
