Es tracta d\u2019una zona del sistema digestiu que, generalment, compta amb una quantitat limitada de microorganismes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, quan es produeix aquest desequilibri, pot interferir tant en la digesti\u00f3 com en l\u2019absorci\u00f3 de nutrients. Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, apareixen s\u00edmptomes com gasos, inflor, dolor abdominal i diarrea o restrenyiment cr\u00f2nics. A m\u00e9s, segons el tipus de gasos produ\u00efts pels bacteris, hi haur\u00e0 diferents variants, com ara SIBO per met\u00e0, hidrogen o sulfur d\u2019hidrogen; cadascun amb la seva pr\u00f2pia simptomatologia i tractament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_importancia_duna_dieta_adequada_per_tractar_el_SIBO\"><\/span>La import\u00e0ncia d\u2019una dieta adequada per tractar el SIBO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaptar l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per controlar el SIBO. Hi ha aliments que serveixen de nutrients per als bacteris i en fomenten encara m\u00e9s la proliferaci\u00f3. Al mateix temps, n\u2019hi ha d\u2019altres que s\u00f3n efica\u00e7os per restablir l\u2019equilibri al sistema digestiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dieta per a SIBO positiu, \u00e9s a dir, dissenyada espec\u00edficament per a cada tipus de sobrecreixement bacteri\u00e0, pot alleujar els s\u00edmptomes, millorar la digesti\u00f3 i complementar el tractament m\u00e8dic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aliments recomanats en una dieta per al SIBO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els aliments bons per al SIBO solen ser aquells que tenen un baix contingut en carbohidrats fermentables, ja que aquests alimenten els bacteris intestinals. A continuaci\u00f3, alguns exemples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verdures baixes en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cun.es\/chequeos-salud\/vida-sana\/nutricion\/dieta-fodmap\"> FODMAP<\/a>s, com carabass\u00f3, cogombre, espinacs i pebrots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prote\u00efnes magres, com pollastre, gall dindi, ous i peix blanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greixos saludables, com oli d\u2019oliva, alvocat i nous en quantitats moderades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fruites baixes en sucre, com maduixes, nabius i kiwi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begudes no gasoses i sense sucre, com aigua o infusions suaus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aliments a evitar per controlar el SIBO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De la mateixa manera que hi ha aliments que ajuden a controlar el SIBO, n\u2019hi ha d\u2019altres que cal evitar a tota costa, ja que fomenten el creixement bacteri\u00e0. Entre aquests trobem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Llegums, com llenties, cigrons i fesols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verdures riques en FODMAPs, com br\u00f2quil, coliflor i ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productes lactis amb lactosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aliments processats rics en sucres, aix\u00ed com farines refinades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begudes gasoses i alcoh\u00f2liques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipus_de_dietes_per_al_SIBO\"><\/span>Tipus de dietes per al SIBO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la pregunta de quina \u00e9s la dieta per al SIBO, la resposta \u00e9s que dep\u00e8n. Com ja hem esmentat, no n\u2019hi ha un \u00fanic tipus, sin\u00f3 que en s\u00f3n diversos. Segons el diagn\u00f2stic, l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 unes caracter\u00edstiques determinades. A continuaci\u00f3, veurem els tipus m\u00e9s comuns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta baixa en FODMAPs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta dieta, \u00e0mpliament utilitzada per al SIBO, limita els carbohidrats fermentables que alimenten els bacteris. Inclou aliments bons per al SIBO com verdures baixes en FODMAPs, prote\u00efnes magres i greixos saludables. Per\u00f2 restringeix tots aquells productes rics en fructosa, lactosa i altres compostos fermentables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta per al SIBO met\u00e0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El SIBO per met\u00e0 sol estar associat al restrenyiment. La dieta per al SIBO per met\u00e0 se centra a reduir els aliments que augmenten els gasos i a promoure una digesti\u00f3 saludable. Per a aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important limitar les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/fibra-en-prens-prou\/\">fibres<\/a> insolubles i els aliments rics en midons resistents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta per al SIBO hidrogen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest tipus de SIBO sol estar vinculat a la diarrea. En aquest cas, la dieta per al SIBO per hidrogen inclou aliments f\u00e0cils de digerir i evita tots aquells rics en fibra fermentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta per al SIBO sulfur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La dieta per al SIBO per sulfur d\u2019hidrogen implica evitar tots els aliments rics en sofre, com l\u2019all, la ceba i certs productes lactis. Dissenya un men\u00fa setmanal amb aliments bons per al SIBO per facilitar-ne l\u2019adher\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llegeix les etiquetes. Identifica ingredients ocults com sucres afegits i midons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n un diari d\u2019aliments. T\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a identificar possibles desencadenants i a ajustar la dieta segons els s\u00edmptomes que tinguis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulta un professional. Treballar amb un nutricionista especialitzat en SIBO t\u2019assegurar\u00e0 un enfocament personalitzat i segur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigues constant. Els canvis diet\u00e8tics requereixen temps per mostrar resultats, aix\u00ed que mant\u00e9n la disciplina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_la_dieta_pot_marcar_la_diferencia_en_el_tractament_del_SIBO\"><\/span>Com la dieta pot marcar la difer\u00e8ncia en el tractament del SIBO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dieta adaptada pot marcar un abans i un despr\u00e9s en la vida de les persones amb SIBO.
