Durant el descans, el cos es regenera, el cervell processa informaci\u00f3, elimina toxines i les funcions cognitives s&#8217;optimitzen, cosa que consolida la mem\u00f2ria, l&#8217;aprenentatge i l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim. La manca de son pot augmentar el risc de malalties, disminuir el rendiment i afectar la presa de decisions. Dormir b\u00e9 \u00e9s crucial per al benestar integral i la qualitat de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cinc t\u00e8cniques efectives per agafar el son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Establir_una_rutina_de_son_consistent\"><\/span><strong>Establir una rutina de son consistent<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anar a dormir i despertar-se a la mateixa hora cada dia, fins i tot els caps de setmana, ajuda a regular el rellotge biol\u00f2gic intern (ritme circadi\u00e0). Aquest h\u00e0bit refor\u00e7a els cicles naturals del cos, facilitant el proc\u00e9s de conciliar el son. Amb el temps, el teu cos aprendr\u00e0 a associar aquest horari amb el descans. Intenta limitar les migdiades llargues durant el dia (m\u00e0xim 30 minuts), ja que poden dificultar el son nocturn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Crear_un_ambient_adequat_per_dormir\"><\/span><strong>Crear un ambient adequat per dormir<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 juga un paper clau en la qualitat del son. Per dormir b\u00e9, \u00e9s important que el dormitori sigui fosc, transmeti tranquil\u00b7litat i frescor. Es recomana utilitzar cortines opaques, un &#8220;black-out&#8221; o antifa\u00e7os per bloquejar la llum, i taps per a les orelles. Existeixen uns auriculars de soroll blanc que poden ser \u00fatils si hi ha sorolls molestos. Assegura&#8217;t que el teu llit i coixins siguin c\u00f2modes, i mantingues l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 a una temperatura fresca (al voltant de 18-22\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Evitar_pantalles_i_dispositius_electronics_abans_de_dormir\"><\/span><strong>Evitar pantalles i dispositius electr\u00f2nics abans de dormir<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;L&#8217;\u00fas de dispositius electr\u00f2nics, com tel\u00e8fons, tauletes i ordinadors, just abans d&#8217;anar al llit, sol interferir amb la capacitat per conciliar el son. La llum blava que emeten aquestes pantalles redueix la producci\u00f3 de melatonina, una hormona que regula el son, i enganya el cervell fent-li creure que \u00e9s de dia. Apaga les pantalles almenys 30 minuts abans de dormir i, en el seu lloc, opta per llegir un llibre, escoltar m\u00fasica relaxant o practicar t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Practicar_la_relaxacio_progressiva_o_la_respiracio_profunda\"><\/span><strong>Practicar la relaxaci\u00f3 progressiva o la respiraci\u00f3 profunda<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3, com la relaxaci\u00f3 muscular progressiva o la respiraci\u00f3 profunda, poden ajudar a reduir la tensi\u00f3 f\u00edsica i mental, facilitant el son. La relaxaci\u00f3 muscular progressiva consisteix a tensar i relaxar grups musculars, des dels peus fins al cap, mentre que la respiraci\u00f3 profunda implica inhalar lentament i profundament, omplint els pulmons i exhalant a poc a poc per calmar el sistema nervi\u00f3s. Intenta realitzar aquestes t\u00e8cniques mentre est\u00e0s estirat, concentrant-te en cada part del teu cos o en la teva respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Limitar_la_cafeina_i_altres_estimulants\"><\/span><strong>Limitar la cafe\u00efna i altres estimulants<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El consum de cafe\u00efna i altres estimulants, com la nicotina, pot dificultar el proc\u00e9s de conciliar el son, ja que augmenten l&#8217;activitat cerebral i obstaculitzen la producci\u00f3 de melatonina. La cafe\u00efna pot romandre al cos durant hores, per aix\u00f2 es recomana evitar-ne el consum almenys sis hores abans de dormir.
