Tamb\u00e9 pot tenir greus conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies f\u00edsiques o psicol\u00f2giques i causar importants problemes familiars o laborals. De la mateixa manera, s\u2019estima que cap al 50 % dels accidents de tr\u00e0nsit estan relacionats amb l\u2019alcohol, si m\u00e9s no el 30 % dels accidents mortals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vegades \u00e9s dif\u00edcil determinar amb exactitud quant es beu habitualment. Per aix\u00f2, potser \u00e9s una bona idea fer un <a href=\"https:\/\/estilosdevidasaludable.sanidad.gob.es\/consumo\/recomendaciones\/diarioConsumo\/home.htm\">diari de l\u2019alcohol consumit<\/a> durant un per\u00edode de temps o anotar en un calendari sempre que es pren alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En funci\u00f3 de la quantitat d\u2019alcohol que es consumeix a la setmana podem diferenciar entre un consum moderat i un consum de risc. Es parla de consum moderat quan es beu un m\u00e0xim de 20 unitats a la setmana en els homes i fins a 13 en les dones. D\u2019altra banda, podem qualificar de consum de risc una ingesta setmanal d\u2019alcohol superior de 28 unitats en els homes i de 16 unitats en les dones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El perill de complicacions associat al consum d\u2019alcohol \u00e9s especialment alt en el cas de dones prenyades. Al marge d\u2019un risc m\u00e9s elevat d\u2019avortaments espontanis, l\u2019alcohol pot ocasionar un seguit de <a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/eduar\/OneDrive\/Documentos\/COPIA%20DE%20NETDOCTOR\/www.netdoctor.es\/www.netdoctor.es\/articulo\/malformaciones-congenitas.html\">malformacions cong\u00e8nites<\/a>, la m\u00e9s greu de les quals \u00e9s la s\u00edndrome alcoh\u00f2lica fetal. Els infants que neixen amb aquesta s\u00edndrome tenen problemes d\u2019aprenentatge i de conducta que es mantenen de per vida. Tamb\u00e9 poden presentar una diversitat d\u2019anomalies f\u00edsiques. No se sap quina quantitat d\u2019alcohol pot originar aquests defectes cong\u00e8nits, per la qual cosa val m\u00e9s evitar de consumir alcohol durant la gestaci\u00f3, sobretot el primer trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_efectes\"><\/span><strong>Els efectes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En una persona sana els efectes de l\u2019alcohol (quantitat d\u2019alcohol a la sang, expressat en grams per litre) s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entre 0,2 i 0,29 g\/l: disminuci\u00f3 dels reflexos. Estimaci\u00f3 distorsionada de les dist\u00e0ncies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 0,39 i 0,49 g\/l: percepci\u00f3 falsa de la velocitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 0,5 i 0,79 g\/l: euf\u00f2ria, malaptesa en els moviments i reaccions lentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 0,8 i 1,19 g\/l: alteraci\u00f3 del comportament, reaccions imprevisibles i alt risc al volant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 1,2 i 1,79 g\/l: fatiga molt acusada i possible p\u00e8rdua de visi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,80 g\/l: embriaguesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_que_equival_una_unitat_dalcohol\"><\/span><strong>A qu\u00e8 equival una unitat d\u2019alcohol<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Va b\u00e9 saber quina quantitat d\u2019alcohol pur cont\u00e9 cada beguda. Habitualment es calcula en unitats de beguda est\u00e0ndard, cadascuna de les quals equival a deu grams d\u2019alcohol. Una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanidad.gob.es\/campannas\/campanas07\/alcoholmenores9.htm#:~:text=En%20Espa%C3%B1a%20una%20%C2%ABunidad%20de,1992)%20(Figura%209).\">unitat d\u2019alcohol<\/a> equival a un got o una copa de vi (d\u2019uns 100 ml), a una canya de cervesa (200 ml) de graduaci\u00f3 mitjana, a un cigal\u00f3 o un rebentat i a un aperitiu de xer\u00e8s o de vermut (d\u2019uns 50 ml). D\u2019una banda, una ampolla de litre de cervesa equival a prop de deu unitats, mentre que una ampolla de vi correspon a unes set unitats. De l\u2019altra, un combinat amb rom, ginebra o whisky en cont\u00e9 entre dues i quatre unitats segons si se serveix gaire carregat o no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vegades \u00e9s \u00fatil pensar m\u00e9s en termes de consum diari en comptes de setmanal. Els homes que sistem\u00e0ticament beuen m\u00e9s de quatre unitats di\u00e0ries d\u2019alcohol i les dones que en prenen m\u00e9s de dues o tres unitats sovint se situen en nivells de risc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_efectes_practics\"><\/span><strong>A efectes pr\u00e0ctics<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una consumici\u00f3 equival a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 gotets de vi de 12\u00b0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 canya de cervesa (entre 4\u00b0 i 6\u00b0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 copa de cava (12\u00b0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd whisky (40\u00b0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cubalibre (38\u00b0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dades de la taula de sota corresponen a l\u2019alcohol a la sang en els homes, amb un pes entre 76 i 85 kg i sense tastar res. Entre par\u00e8ntesis afegim la xifra resultant si s\u2019acompanya la beguda d\u2019una mica de menjar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 consumici\u00f3 = 0,35 g\/l (0,25).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 consumicions = 0,65 g\/l (0,45).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 consumicions = 1,00 g\/l (0,75).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 consumicions = 1,30 g\/l (0,90).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 consumicions = 1,60 g\/l (1,20).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 consumicions = 1,90 g\/l (1,40).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 es mostra la mateixa taula per a les dones, amb un pes entre 56 i 65 kg i sense tastar res. Entre par\u00e8ntesis afegim la xifra resultant si s\u2019acompanya la beguda d\u2019una mica de menjar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 consumici\u00f3 = 0,20 g\/l (0,10).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 consumicions = 0,40 g\/l (0,20).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 consumicions = 0,60 g\/l (0,40).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 consumicions = 0,80 g\/l (0,60).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 consumicions = 1,00 g\/l (0,80).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 consumicions = 1,20 g\/l (0,90).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alcohol_al_volant\"><\/span><strong>Alcohol al volant<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons la Direcci\u00f3 General de Tr\u00e0nsit, a Espanya l\u2019alcohol est\u00e0 relacionat amb un total d\u2019entre el 30 % i el 50 % dels accidents mortals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgt.es\/muevete-con-seguridad\/evita-conductas-de-riesgo\/consumo-de-alcohol\/\">normes de la Direcci\u00f3<\/a> General de Tr\u00e0nsit en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019alcohol fan els c\u00e0lculs en grams d\u2019alcohol per litre de sang o de mil\u00b7ligrams d\u2019alcohol per litre d\u2019aire expirat i estableixen les correspond\u00e8ncies seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conductors <strong>no professionals amb m\u00e9s de dos anys de carnet<\/strong>: un m\u00e0xim de 0,5 g per litre de sang o de 0,25 mg per litre d\u2019aire expirat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professionals i conductors novells<\/strong> (menys de dos anys de carnet): un m\u00e0xim de 0,30 g per litre de sang o de 0,15 mg per litre d\u2019aire expirat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menors de 18 anys que condueixen patinets, bicicletes o ciclomotors<\/strong>: 0,0 %, \u00e9s a dir tenen prohibit de beure si han de circular.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Controlo_lalcohol_que_bec_per_tant_no_passa_res_oi\"><\/span><strong>Controlo l\u2019alcohol que bec, per tant no passa res, oi?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si alg\u00fa consumeix una quantitat elevada d\u2019alcohol durant un per\u00edode de temps llarg, acaba desenvolupant toler\u00e0ncia als efectes de l\u2019alcohol. Aix\u00f2 significa que cada vegada n\u2019ha de beure quantitats m\u00e9s altes per experimentar els mateixos efectes. Si s\u2019\u00e9s capa\u00e7 de beure quantitats ingents d\u2019alcohol abans de notar embriaguesa, potser no sembla un problema i, en canvi, podria ser el primer senyal d\u2019alarma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el consum perllongat de quantitats excessives d\u2019alcohol els signes naturals del cos que avisen quan es beu massa perden efic\u00e0cia. Amb aix\u00f2 es tendeix a ingerir m\u00e9s alcohol, cosa que fa augmentar el perill de patir <a href=\"https:\/\/medlineplus.gov\/spanish\/alcoholusedisorderaud.html\">danys greus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_pot_reduir_el_consum_dalcohol\"><\/span><strong>Com es pot reduir el consum d\u2019alcohol<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha <a href=\"https:\/\/pnsd.sanidad.gob.es\/profesionales\/atencionIntegral\/red\/recursos_tercer_nivel\/home.htm\">moltes maneres d\u2019ajudar-se<\/a> a deixar de beure. Una persona que beu massa pot trobar que \u00e9s impossible de reduir el consum d\u2019alcohol. Si l\u2019h\u00e0bit de beure ha estat for\u00e7a intens i perllongat en el temps, li pot ser dif\u00edcil de reduir-ne el consum, en part perqu\u00e8 sempre costa canviar de costums. Potser ni tan sols est\u00e0 conven\u00e7uda de si vol deixar de beure o no. Per aquesta ra\u00f3 li pot anar b\u00e9 de reduir-ne el consum de risc a uns nivells m\u00e9s segurs, com a fase pr\u00e8via a aconseguir l\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia total, que ha de ser l\u2019objectiu final quan hi ha una addicci\u00f3 a l\u2019alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_en_podem_reduir_el_consum_pas_a_pas\"><\/span><strong>Com en podem reduir el consum pas a pas<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal com hem explicat, la primera mesura es enregistrar, cada dia o un cop la setmana, tot l\u2019alcohol consumit. En aquest enlla\u00e7 es pot trobar un <a href=\"https:\/\/pnsd.sanidad.gob.es\/eu\/profesionales\/publicaciones\/catalogo\/bibliotecaDigital\/publicaciones\/pdf\/manualautoayuda__ARBA2010.pdf\">manual d\u2019autoajuda<\/a> per deixar de beure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal pensar en la manera de facilitar la reducci\u00f3 del consum d\u2019alcohol. Les recomanacions seg\u00fcents hi poden contribuir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u2019hauria de deixar de beure alcohol entre setmana o els dies feiners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convindria no tenir alcohol a casa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caldria substituir la segona beguda per aigua, cervesa sense alcohol, caf\u00e8 o un refresc, entre d\u2019altres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aniria b\u00e9 canviar de ruta quan es torna de la feina (o en anar-hi) per evitar entrar al bar de sempre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019haurien de substituir les begudes d\u2019alta graduaci\u00f3 per d\u2019altres de m\u00e9s lleugeres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es recomana de comen\u00e7ar a beure m\u00e9s tard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es pot visitar la fam\u00edlia en comptes de fer una trobada amb els amics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es recomana de cercar alternatives sense alcohol per al temps de lleure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta llista, que podria ser molt m\u00e9s llarga, s\u2019hauria d\u2019adaptar a les necessitats i les caracter\u00edstiques de cadasc\u00fa i s\u2019hi haurien d\u2019incloure totes les opcions realistes. Finalment, podr\u00edem posar en pr\u00e0ctica aquests suggeriments o d\u2019altres i avaluar-ne el progr\u00e9s amb un amic o una persona del cercle \u00edntim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_passa_si_no_en_podem_reduir_el_consum_tot_sols\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa si no en podem reduir el consum tot sols<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot ser dif\u00edcil de reduir el consum d\u2019alcohol sense suport extern; la bona not\u00edcia, per\u00f2, \u00e9s que hi ha diversos llocs on \u00e9s possible d\u2019obtenir ajut i un tractament. El metge en pot avaluar la majoria de casos i derivar el pacient als serveis especialitzats. Totes les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes disposen de centres especialitzats per tractar els pacients addictes a l\u2019alcohol. El tractament s\u2019ha d\u2019adaptar a les necessitats de cadasc\u00fa i, ben sovint, cal implicar-hi altres membres de la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_passa_si_tenim_una_sindrome_dabstinencia_forta_quan_provem_de_reduir_el_consum_dalcohol\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa si tenim una s\u00edndrome d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia forta quan provem de reduir el consum d\u2019alcohol<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3 de reduir el consum d\u2019alcohol \u00e9s \u00e0rdua i no hi cap ra\u00f3 per complicar les coses.
