No obstant aix\u00f2, quan aquest proc\u00e9s es torna excessiu, passa a convertir-se en una preocupaci\u00f3. Al fenomen de sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva se&#8217;l coneix com a hiperhidrosi, i at\u00e8s que pot afectar significativament la qualitat de vida dels qui la pateixen, en aquest article t\u2019expliquem<strong> per qu\u00e8 se sua tant<\/strong> i com pot tractar-se.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_se_sua_tant\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 se sua tant?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La sudoraci\u00f3 \u00e9s una <strong>resposta fisiol\u00f2gica que est\u00e0 controlada pel sistema nervi\u00f3s aut\u00f2nom<\/strong>. En diferents situacions, com quan es realitza una activitat f\u00edsica, fa molta calor o estem estressats, la temperatura del cos augmenta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les responsables s\u00f3n les<strong> gl\u00e0ndules sudor\u00edpares<\/strong>, que s&#8217;activen per alliberar l\u00edquid a trav\u00e9s dels porus de la pell. Aquest l\u00edquid est\u00e0 compost principalment per <strong>aigua i sals<\/strong>, i en evaporar-se a la superf\u00edcie de la pell, la calor es dissipa i el cos es refreda. Aquest \u00e9s el proc\u00e9s normal del cos, per\u00f2 a vegades, aquesta sudoraci\u00f3 \u00e9s massa elevada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes_de_la_sudoracio_excessiva\"><\/span><strong>Causes de la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et preguntes per qu\u00e8 se sua tant, has de saber que hi ha diverses causes i que aquestes s\u00f3n variades. Les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents s\u00f3n les que et deixem a continuaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Hiperactivitat del sistema nervi\u00f3s aut\u00f2nom. <\/strong>En algunes persones, el sistema nervi\u00f3s aut\u00f2nom pot estar sobreactivat. \u00c9s a dir, que hi ha una estimulaci\u00f3 excessiva de les gl\u00e0ndules sudor\u00edpares i estan constantment produint suor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Factors gen\u00e8tics. <\/strong>La predisposici\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica juga un paper important en la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva. Si un o els dos progenitors sofreixen d\u2019hiperhidrosi, \u00e9s m\u00e9s probable que la seva descend\u00e8ncia tamb\u00e9 compti amb la mateixa problem\u00e0tica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Trastorns m\u00e8dics.<\/strong> Algunes condicions m\u00e8diques, com la diabetis, la menopausa, l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/como-se-si-tengo-hipotiroidismo-o-hipertiroidismo\/\">hipertiro\u00efdisme<\/a> i l&#8217;obesitat, poden estar associades a la producci\u00f3 excessiva de suor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Medicaments. <\/strong>Certs medicaments, com els antidepressius, els medicaments per baixar la pressi\u00f3 arterial i alguns tractaments hormonals, poden tenir com a efecte secundari l&#8217;augment de la sudoraci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Factors emocionals. <\/strong>Algunes persones sofreixen episodis temporals de sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva quan estan estressades, amb ansietat o tensi\u00f3 emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quan_la_sudoracio_excessiva_es_un_problema\"><\/span><strong>Quan la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva \u00e9s un problema<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9, com hem vist, la sudoraci\u00f3 \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s normal en situacions espec\u00edfiques, com durant l&#8217;exercici o en climes c\u00e0lids, fins i tot es pot veure elevada per les causes esmentades. No obstant aix\u00f2, <strong>quan es converteix en excessiva de manera regular, passa a ser un problema<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 interfereix en les activitats di\u00e0ries i en les relacions socials. Alguns senyals que la sudoraci\u00f3 es pot estar convertint en patol\u00f2gica s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Taques de suor visibles.<\/strong> Aquestes apareixen durant l&#8217;exercici o en dies de molta calor, per\u00f2 es tracta que siguin visibles quan no es dona cap d&#8217;aquestes condicions. Aquest fenomen pot resultar inc\u00f2mode i repercuteix negativament en l&#8217;autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Dificultat per a realitzar activitats quotidianes. <\/strong>Quan se sua en exc\u00e9s de manera incontrolada, es dificulten tasques habituals avui dia, com escriure en un teclat o subjectar el tel\u00e8fon o un bol\u00edgraf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Impacte en les relacions socials.<\/strong> Les persones que sofreixen d\u2019hiperhidrosi poden evitar situacions socials o tenir dificultats per establir relacions interpersonals, a causa de la incomoditat causada per la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remeis_casolans_per_a_la_sudoracio_excessiva\"><\/span><strong>Remeis casolans per a la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lloc, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;<strong>acudir a un metge<\/strong> per determinar per qu\u00e8 se sua tant. En funci\u00f3 de quina sigui la causa, es podr\u00e0 donar una soluci\u00f3 personalitzada. No obstant aix\u00f2, at\u00e8s que no existeix una soluci\u00f3 concreta per resoldre la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva, existeixen diversos remeis casolans que poden ajudar a controlar-la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Higiene adequada. <\/strong>Mantenir una bona higiene personal, com dutxar-se di\u00e0riament i utilitzar desodorant, pot ajudar a reduir l&#8217;olor associada amb la suor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong> Roba que transpiri.<\/strong> Utilitzar roba lleugera i de materials transpirables, preferiblement de cot\u00f3, pot ajudar a mantenir el cos fresc i reduir aix\u00ed la producci\u00f3 de suor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Evitar aliments i begudes desencadenants. <\/strong>Els menjars picants, les begudes amb cafe\u00efna i l&#8217;alcohol poden produir un augment de suor en algunes persones. Tractar d&#8217;evitar aquests desencadenants pot ajudar a controlar la hiperhidrosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>T\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3. <\/strong>Pel que fa als factors emocionals, com l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat, aprendre a gestionar-los pot alleujar tamb\u00e9 la producci\u00f3 de suor si aquestes s\u00f3n les causes. Per exemple, practicar t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3, com la meditaci\u00f3 o la respiraci\u00f3 profunda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tractaments_medics_per_la_sudoracio_excessiva\"><\/span><strong>Tractaments m\u00e8dics per la sudoraci\u00f3 excessiva<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si els consells anteriors no s\u00f3n efica\u00e7os per controlar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de suor, existeixen diversos tractaments m\u00e8dics disponibles.
