Per als nens i adolescents, el son no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s crucial per al seu desenvolupament f\u00edsic i mental, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per al seu rendiment acad\u00e8mic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge est\u00e0 \u00edntimament lligat al son. Durant les hores de son, el cervell treballa activament per consolidar la mem\u00f2ria i processar la informaci\u00f3 adquirida durant el dia. Aquesta consolidaci\u00f3 \u00e9s vital per a la retenci\u00f3 a llarg termini i la consolidaci\u00f3 del coneixement. Sense un son adequat, els estudiants poden experimentar dificultats per recordar all\u00f2 apr\u00e8s i connectar nous conceptes amb coneixements previs. Per contra, un estudiant ben descansat ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s capa\u00e7 de parar atenci\u00f3, participar activament a classe i absorbir nova informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversos estudis ja han demostrat que la manca de son afecta negativament les funcions cognitives, incloent-hi l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, la mem\u00f2ria i la capacitat de resoldre problemes. Els estudiants que no dormen prou tendeixen a tenir un rendiment acad\u00e8mic inferior, ja que la seva capacitat per aprendre i processar informaci\u00f3 es veu compromesa. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s essencial que els estudiants mantinguin una rutina de son regular que els permeti descansar adequadament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, en \u00e8poques d&#8217;ex\u00e0mens, \u00e9s com\u00fa que els estudiants redueixin les hores de son per estudiar-ne m\u00e9s. Tot i aix\u00f2, aquesta pr\u00e0ctica ser\u00e0 contraproduent. La privaci\u00f3 de son pot disminuir la capacitat de concentraci\u00f3, augmentar l&#8217;ansietat i afectar-ne negativament tant a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;estudiar com durant els ex\u00e0mens. Aix\u00f2 repercuteix en pitjors qualificacions en comparaci\u00f3 dels que dormen el que necessiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per maximitzar el rendiment acad\u00e8mic i el benestar general, aqu\u00ed us deixem alguns consells:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Establir rutines de son:<\/strong> mantenir un horari regular de son, ficant-se al llit i aixecant-se a la mateixa hora cada dia, fins i tot els caps de setmana, li permetr\u00e0 obtenir les hores de son que necessita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Crear un ambient propici per dormir:<\/strong> assegurar-se que el lloc de descans sigui c\u00f2mode, fosc i silenci\u00f3s. Limitar l\u2019\u00fas de dispositius electr\u00f2nics abans de dormir, ja que la llum blava pot interferir amb el son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Gestionar el temps d&#8217;estudi<\/strong>: planificar el temps d&#8217;estudi per evitar la necessitat de dormir. Utilitzar t\u00e8cniques de gesti\u00f3 del temps com el m\u00e8tode Pomodoro per estudiar de manera m\u00e9s eficient, i posar com a hora l\u00edmit d\u2019estudi, una hora abans de ficar-se al llit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Practicar t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3:<\/strong> incorporar activitats relaxants abans de dormir, com ara la lectura, la meditaci\u00f3 o exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 profunda, per preparar el cos i la ment per al son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assegurar-se que els estudiants dormen prou i de manera adequada no nom\u00e9s millorar\u00e0 la capacitat d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i d\u2019aprenentatge, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 contribuir\u00e0 al benestar general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article elaborat per <a href=\"https:\/\/adsalutem.es\/\"><em><strong>Ad Salutem, Instituto del Sue\u00f1o<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El son \u00e9s un element fonamental a les nostres vides, que influeix directament en m\u00faltiples aspectes de la nostra salut i benestar.
