Un somni insuficient de forma perllongada pot tenir un impacte rellevant i posar en risc el nostre estat de salut i benestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Efectes_fisics_i_mentals\"><\/span><strong>Efectes f\u00edsics i mentals<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels primers efectes de la privaci\u00f3 del son \u00e9s la disminuci\u00f3 de la nostra capacitat de concentraci\u00f3 i atenci\u00f3. Aquesta manca de lucidesa pot afectar la nostra capacitat per realitzar tasques simples, com ara conduir un vehicle o operar maquin\u00e0ria, augmentant fins a 11 vegades el risc de patir accidents mortals. De fet, estar despert &nbsp;24 hores seguides \u00e9s equivalent a la manca d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i baixos reflexos, i a tenir nivells d&#8217;alcohol en sang superiors als permesos per a la conducci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la manca de son debilita el nostre sistema immunol\u00f2gic, exposant-nos a patir m\u00faltiples malalties, des d\u2019un refredat com\u00fa fins al c\u00e0ncer. A nivell hormonal, un mal descans desregula la leptina i la grelina, hormones encarregades de controlar la gana i la sacietat. Aquest fet, juntament amb la fatiga i la manca d\u2019energia que ens indueixen al sedentarisme, afavoreix l\u2019aparici\u00f3 d\u2019obesitat i diabetis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de la perspectiva de la salut cardiovascular, el somni tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s crucial. Mentre dormim, el cor i els vasos sanguinis no treballen amb la mateixa intensitat que quan estem desperts, proporcionant-los un descans essencial. De fet, no dormir prou s&#8217;ha relacionat amb una pressi\u00f3 arterial elevada, malalties cardiovasculars i ictus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels efectes f\u00edsics, la manca de son tamb\u00e9 pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives per a la nostra salut mental. De fet, un mal descans prolongat s&#8217;ha associat amb un risc m\u00e9s gran de depressi\u00f3, ansietat i altres trastorns psicol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Incorporar_habits_saludables\"><\/span><strong>Incorporar h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important entendre que, encara que \u00e9s poc probable que una persona mori exclusivament per manca de son, els efectes acumulatius d&#8217;aquesta privaci\u00f3 poden ser molt perillosos i fins i tot letals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporar h\u00e0bits saludables d&#8217;higiene del son, com aixecar-se i ficar-se al llit cada dia a la mateixa hora, mantenir-se actiu durant el dia i evitar els dispositius m\u00f2bils una hora abans de ficar-se al llit, ser\u00e0 fonamental per preservar un envelliment saludable.
