Els qui tenen aquest trastorn no poden resistir ser en punts alts respecte de l\u2019entorn. Aix\u00f2 els pot arribar a paralitzar o incapacitar i produir-los atacs aguts de p\u00e0nic i ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s estrany tenir una mica de por de les altures. Per exemple, hi ha persones que no poden mirar avall quan s\u00f3n al capdamunt d\u2019una torre, perqu\u00e8 els causa ansietat, per\u00f2 no pas p\u00e0nic i, simplement, eviten de trobar-se en aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a un pacient d\u2019acrof\u00f2bia, en canvi, el sol pensament de travessar un pont elevat o, fins i tot, la vista d\u2019una muntanya i els encontorns, en una fotografia, pot desencadenar por i ansietat. Aquest trastorn \u00e9s prou intens per afectar la vida di\u00e0ria. I, segons uns quants <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6085658\/\">estudis<\/a>, podria ser una de les f\u00f2bies m\u00e9s comunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot seguit t\u2019expliquem qu\u00e8 n\u2019has de saber i com es pot superar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes_de_lacrofobia\"><\/span><strong>S\u00edmptomes de l\u2019acrof\u00f2bia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja n\u2019hem descrit el s\u00edmptoma principal: una basarda extraordin\u00e0ria a les altures, acompanyada d\u2019atacs d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/es\/ataque-de-panico-vs-ataque-de-ansiedad\">ansietat i p\u00e0nic<\/a>. Ocasionalment, un lloc realment elevat pot desencadenar les crisis, per\u00f2 en casos extrems, amb un esgla\u00f3 una mica alt o un tamboret n\u2019hi ha prou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9s sudoraci\u00f3 que no \u00e9s habitual, dolor a la part posterior del cap i acceleraci\u00f3 del ritme card\u00edac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malestar general i atordiment quan som en llocs elevats o hi pensem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tremolors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mareigs i p\u00e8rdua de l\u2019equilibri quan mirem avall des d\u2019una certa altura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La necessitat d\u2019eludir a tot preu els indrets encimbellats, encara que aix\u00f2 ens compliqui la vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes psicol\u00f2gics s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sentiment de p\u00e0nic tan bon punt pensem en un espai elevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Par\u00e0lisi quan som en llocs enlairats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ansietat intensa quan pugem escales altes, mirem per la finestra o condu\u00efm per un pont.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neguit extrem sempre que ens imaginem de fer front a altures en un futur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_causa_lacrofobia\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 causa l\u2019acrof\u00f2bia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De vegades \u00e9s una resposta a una experi\u00e8ncia traum\u00e0tica relacionada amb un lloc elevat. Ens referim a casos com ara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una caiguda d\u2019un lloc elevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ser testimoni de com cau alg\u00fa altre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haver tingut un atac de p\u00e0nic o una altra experi\u00e8ncia negativa en un lloc alt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, sovint l\u2019acrof\u00f2bia, com les altres f\u00f2bies, es poden manifestar de manera espont\u00e0nia, sense saber-ne la causa. En aquestes acrof\u00f2bies cal prendre en consideraci\u00f3 factors gen\u00e8tics o ambientals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per exemple, si hi ha cap familiar amb acrof\u00f2bia, es t\u00e9 m\u00e9s propensi\u00f3 a patir el trastorn. Tamb\u00e9 podria passar que, de petits, ens hagin inculcat aquesta por, per evitar que ens enfil\u00e9ssim als llocs m\u00e9s alts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_diagnostica\"><\/span><strong>Com es diagnostica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com passa amb totes les f\u00f2bies, n\u2019ha de fer el diagn\u00f2stic un professional de la salut mental. Si no sabem on hem d\u2019anar, el metge de fam\u00edlia ens pot recomanar l\u2019especialista m\u00e9s adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e0sicament, ens pot demanar qu\u00e8 experimentem quan som en llocs elevats o hem d\u2019afrontar una situaci\u00f3 inc\u00f2moda per culpa de l\u2019altura. Hem de reportar al metge qualsevol sensaci\u00f3 o s\u00edmptoma mental que tinguem en casos an\u00e0legs. Es diagnostica acrof\u00f2bia quan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u2019eviten de manera sistem\u00e0tica les altures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es pateix intensament, durant for\u00e7a temps, haver de passar per indrets elevats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ens adonem que tot el temps dedicat i els neguits ens afecten la vida del dia a dia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experimentem de manera immediata ansietat i por quan preveiem que hem de ser en un lloc alt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquests s\u00edmptomes duren m\u00e9s de sis mesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/funicular.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31677\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/funicular.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/funicular-440x293.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/funicular-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_tracten\"><\/span><strong>Com es tracten<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les f\u00f2bies no sempre tenen tractament. Sovint \u00e9s relativament f\u00e0cil d\u2019evitar l\u2019objecte temut i no representa cap trasbals per a la vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, si aquesta por ens impedeix de fer les coses que voldr\u00edem o haur\u00edem de fer, ens incapacita per a certes feines, aleshores es fa necessari trobar-hi el tractament adient. A continuaci\u00f3 n\u2019assenyalem els m\u00e9s habituals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Terapia_dexposicio\"><\/span><strong>Ter\u00e0pia d\u2019exposici\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se la considera com una de les ter\u00e0pies m\u00e9s efectives contra les f\u00f2bies conretes. Durant la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.es\/es-revista-revista-psiquiatria-salud-mental-286-articulo-tratamiento-trastornos-ansiedad-con-terapia-S1888989111000735\">ter\u00e0pia d\u2019exposici\u00f3<\/a> el pacient treballa amb el terapeuta, que l\u2019exposa gradualment a l\u2019objecte temut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cas de l\u2019acrof\u00f2bia es podria comen\u00e7ar ensenyant al pacient imatges preses de dalt d\u2019un edifici; o fer-li mirar v\u00eddeos de gent travessant un pont estret o, tamb\u00e9, equilibristes sobre la corda fluixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eventualment, i segons el criteri del terapeuta, potser haurem de treure el cap per un balc\u00f3 alt o b\u00e9 pujar per una escala de m\u00e0. Per a aquesta part del tractament, \u00e9s probable que ja tinguem experi\u00e8ncia en t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 que ens han d\u2019ajudar a superar la por.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Terapia_cognitivoconductual\"><\/span><strong>Ter\u00e0pia cognitivoconductual<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si realment no ens sentim capa\u00e7os de seguir la ter\u00e0pia d\u2019exposici\u00f3, una alternativa viable \u00e9s la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unir.net\/salud\/revista\/todo-lo-que-necesitas-saber-de-la-terapia-cognitivo-conductual\/\">TCC<\/a>. El terapeuta, en aquest cas, prova de modificar els nostres pensaments negatius sobre les altures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, aquesta ter\u00e0pia tamb\u00e9 ha d\u2019incloure una mica d\u2019exposici\u00f3 a l\u2019altura, si b\u00e9 amb la seguretat que aporta el terapeuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Medicacio\"><\/span><strong>Medicaci\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No hi ha medicaments espec\u00edfics per tractar les f\u00f2bies. Malgrat tot, hi ha certs medicaments que poden ajudar a combatre l\u2019ansietat i el p\u00e0nic, com ara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Els blocadors beta<\/strong>. Controlen la pressi\u00f3 arterial i el ritme card\u00edac, perqu\u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciondelcorazon.com\/informacion-para-pacientes\/tratamientos\/betabloqueantes.html\">eviten que s\u2019acceleri<\/a>. Redueixen, tamb\u00e9, els s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics de l\u2019ansietat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les benzodiazepines<\/strong>. S\u00f3n f\u00e0rmacs sedants. Poden reduir els s\u00edmptomes de l\u2019ansietat, per\u00f2 de manera puntual i no pas recurrent, perqu\u00e8, segons com, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.es\/es-revista-offarm-4-articulo-analisis-utilizacion-benzodiacepinas-13059636\">benzodiazepines<\/a> causen addicci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La D-cicloserina<\/strong>. Aquest medicament pot augmentar els beneficis de la ter\u00e0pia d\u2019exposici\u00f3. Hi ha <a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamapsychiatry\/fullarticle\/2599177\">estudis<\/a> fets en pacients amb diversos trastorns relacionats amb l\u2019ansietat que n\u2019avalen l\u2019efectivitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Realitat_virtual\"><\/span><strong>Realitat virtual<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els darrers anys tot d\u2019experts s\u2019han fixat en els avantatges potencials que ofereix la <a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/eduar\/Downloads\/Dialnet-LaAcrofobiaYSuTratamientoATravesDeRealidadVirtual-7894458.pdf\">realitat virtual per tractar<\/a> les f\u00f2bies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En teoria es tracta d\u2019una experi\u00e8ncia que ens endinsa virtualment en les nostres pors, en un ambient cent per cent segur. El programari ens dona l\u2019opci\u00f3 d\u2019aturar immediatament l\u2019experiment si la situaci\u00f3 ens arriba a sobrepassar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha un estudi del 2018 sobre els efectes de la realitat virtual en cent pacients d\u2019acrof\u00f2bia. Una bona part va mostrar satisfacci\u00f3 amb els resultats i tots va tenir nivells baixos d\u2019ansietat durant el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9 els autors van matisar que calia continuar fent recerca, conclogueren que la RV pot ser un recurs f\u00e0cil i accessible, fins i tot per fer-lo servir a casa mateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusio\"><\/span><strong>Conclusi\u00f3<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019acrof\u00f2bia \u00e9s una de les f\u00f2bies m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents. Si ens fan por els llocs elevats i aquesta por ens afecta la quotidianitat \u2014ens impedeix, per exemple, de fer les coses que voldr\u00edem o haur\u00edem de fer\u2014 valdria la pena de consultar-ho a un psicoterapeuta.
