Tot i que no est\u00e0 reconeguda oficialment com a f\u00f2bia als manuals de psiquiatria, s\u2019estima que un <strong>16% de la poblaci\u00f3 mundial<\/strong> experimenta reaccions f\u00edsiques i emocionals intenses en veure imatges amb aquestes caracter\u00edstiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El terme prov\u00e9 del grec <em>\u201ctr\u00fdpa\u201d<\/em> (forat) i <em>\u201cphobos\u201d<\/em> (por). Es tracta d\u2019un concepte relativament recent, que <strong>es va fer popular a les xarxes socials l\u2019any 2009<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 va fer que moltes persones s\u2019adonessin que experimentaven reaccions similars davant d\u2019imatges amb patrons repetitius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanmateix, la reacci\u00f3 no \u00e9s sempre la mateixa. Algunes persones nom\u00e9s senten incomoditat, potser perqu\u00e8 el cervell necessita m\u00e9s oxigenaci\u00f3 per processar aquestes imatges. En canvi, qui pateix tripof\u00f2bia extrema pot experimentar<strong> ansietat, n\u00e0usees o fins i tot atacs de p\u00e0nic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La tripof\u00f2bia en humans \u00e9s una malaltia real?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La comunitat cient\u00edfica encara debat si la tripof\u00f2bia \u00e9s una f\u00f2bia leg\u00edtima o simplement una aversi\u00f3 intensa. <strong>No est\u00e0 reconeguda com a trastorn<\/strong> al <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.federaciocatalanatdah.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/dsm5-manualdiagnsticoyestadisticodelostrastornosmentales-161006005112.pdf\">Manual Diagn\u00f2stic i Estad\u00edstic dels Trastorns Mentals (DSM-5)<\/a><\/em>. Per tant, de moment no es pot parlar de la malaltia de la tripof\u00f2bia de manera oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgrat aix\u00f2, alguns estudis suggereixen que la reacci\u00f3 davant certs patrons podria ser una resposta evolutiva. La hip\u00f2tesi planteja que aquests patrons recorden organismes perillosos com animals verinosos o malalties cut\u00e0nies i parasit\u00e0ries, com la miasi. Aix\u00f2 explicaria la resposta de rebuig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipus_de_tripofobia\"><\/span><strong>Tipus de tripof\u00f2bia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La tripof\u00f2bia no es manifesta igual en totes les persones. Algunes teories apunten a una resposta evolutiva per <strong>evitar organismes perillosos<\/strong>, com r\u00e8ptils o pat\u00f2gens infecciosos. No obstant aix\u00f2, no hi ha cap explicaci\u00f3 clara a nivell neurol\u00f2gic o bioqu\u00edmic ni vinculada amb l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostic_de_la_tripofobia_Com_es_detecta\"><\/span><strong>Diagn\u00f2stic de la tripof\u00f2bia: Com es detecta?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com que la tripof\u00f2bia no est\u00e0 reconeguda com a malaltia als manuals de psiquiatria, <strong>no existeix un diagn\u00f2stic oficial<\/strong>. Es considera una f\u00f2bia simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, un professional de la salut mental pot <strong>avaluar els s\u00edmptomes<\/strong> i determinar si la persona pateix ansietat significativa que interfereix en el seu dia a dia.
