Els <strong>tipus de mal de cap<\/strong> s\u00f3n tants que sempre podem ser susceptibles d&#8217;experimentar-los. No obstant aix\u00f2, identificar quina \u00e9s la causa exacta \u00e9s el que ens permetr\u00e0 poder posar-li remei per a recuperar el benestar i evitar que torni a apar\u00e8ixer. En aquest article, et contem quins s\u00f3n els tipus m\u00e9s habituals i com pots tractar-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mal_de_cap_tensional\"><\/span><strong>Mal de cap tensional<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com el seu nom indica, aquest mal de cap es deu a la <strong>tensi\u00f3 acumulada<\/strong>. Produeix una mol\u00e8stia intensa que es concentra en les temples; \u00e9s a dir, a <strong>banda i banda del front, i darrere del cap<\/strong>, per la qual cosa la sensaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la d&#8217;una pressi\u00f3 general al seu voltant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s de per situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s, es pot produir per <strong>contraccions musculars al coll<\/strong> a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una mala postura, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed ve que tamb\u00e9 es puguin presentar mol\u00e8sties en el coll o a les espatlles. De fet, \u00e9s freq\u00fcent que sigui una contractura dels m\u00fasculs de les cervicals els que causen el dolor al cap. Tamb\u00e9 pot haver-hi aversi\u00f3 a la llum o al soroll, per\u00f2 mai els dos junts. Es recomana realitzar estiraments o posar en pr\u00e0ctica t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Migranya\"><\/span><strong>Migranya<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/migranas-6-consejos-que-te-ayudaran-a-sobrellevarlas\/\">migranya<\/a> \u00e9s un altre dels tipus de mal de cap m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents. Aqu\u00ed s\u00ed que es presenta l&#8217;<strong>aversi\u00f3 a la llum i el soroll de manera conjunta<\/strong>, i aquest sol ser un dels s\u00edmptomes que m\u00e9s facilita el seu diagn\u00f2stic. En aquestes, el dolor es dona en forma de <strong>punxades o batecs en un sol costat del cap<\/strong>, i pot veure&#8217;s acompanyat d&#8217;alteracions en la vista o en la parla, n\u00e0usees i formigueig a les mans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La seva durada pot anar des d&#8217;unes hores fins a alguns dies i, si \u00e9s molt intensa, arriba a ser invalidant. La causa es deu a <strong>estrenyiments i eixamplaments d&#8217;una art\u00e8ria<\/strong> al cap, que s&#8217;originen per factors hormonals o gen\u00e8tics, principalment. Per la seva intensitat, el tractament consisteix en analg\u00e8sics i medicaments que poden ser preventius o per a alleujar el dolor, depenent quines siguin les causes i el perfil de qui les pateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cefalea_en_raims\"><\/span><strong>Cefalea en ra\u00efms<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cefalea en ra\u00efms \u00e9s aquella on les mol\u00e8sties <strong>parteixen del front fins a envoltar un ull i el lateral del cap<\/strong>. Junt amb el dolor, pot haver-hi llagrimeig, inflamaci\u00f3 de la parpella i degoteig nasal. Apareix sobretot de nit, per\u00f2 la causa no \u00e9s clara, encara que segons sembla, es deu a desc\u00e0rregues sobtades d&#8217;hormones, com la histamina o la serotonina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes fan que <strong>els vasos sanguinis experimentin una dilataci\u00f3 sobtada<\/strong>, que causa dolor. Encara que aquest \u00e9s molt intens, les crisis tendeixen a ser de curta durada. La part negativa d&#8217;aquesta rapidesa \u00e9s que en dificulta l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i el tractament. Quan no desapareixen immediatament, tamb\u00e9 es recepten analg\u00e8sics, tractaments amb hormones o oxigen, entre altres. Es recomana evitar l&#8217;alcohol i els cigarrets, ja que poden incrementar les mol\u00e8sties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mal_de_cap_sinusal\"><\/span><strong>Mal de cap sinusal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia de la resta de tipus de maldecaps, aquest acostuma a ser causat per una <strong>infecci\u00f3 en les vies respirat\u00f2ries superiors<\/strong>, en concret en els sins paranasals, i se&#8217;l coneix com a sinusitis. La cefalea en aquest cas seria conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la mateixa congesti\u00f3 nasal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La simptomatologia \u00e9s la <strong>pressi\u00f3 tant en el front com en les galtes i al voltant dels dos ulls<\/strong>, que empitjora en inclinar-se cap endavant o en tombar-se. Tamb\u00e9 es pot experimentar un batec al cap. Tots aquests s\u00edmptomes s\u00f3n comuns amb la migranya, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed ve que a vegades es confonguin tots dos dolors i no es receptin els medicaments adients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a distingir el dolor sinusal de la migranya, cal saber que aquesta \u00faltima sol anar acompanyada de n\u00e0usees o v\u00f2mits i d&#8217;un augment del dolor amb la llum brillant o el soroll. Mentre que en l&#8217;anterior, hi ha <strong>mucositat espessa i sense color i se sol perdre part del sentit de l&#8217;olfacte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mal_de_cap_per_estres\"><\/span><strong>Mal de cap per estr\u00e8s<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/consultaiglesias.com\/articulos\/el-estres-aumenta-los-dolores-de-cabeza\/\">El mal de cap per estr\u00e8s entra dins del tensional<\/a>, ja que es produeix per l&#8217;<strong>acumulaci\u00f3 de tensi\u00f3 davant diferents esdeveniments<\/strong>. La difer\u00e8ncia rau en el fet que en aquest cas, la causa est\u00e0 ben identificada i \u00e9s la pressi\u00f3 per fer m\u00e9s del que realment som capa\u00e7os i del que ens permeten les vint-i-quatre hores que t\u00e9 un dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Es pot identificar f\u00e0cilment perqu\u00e8 apareix despr\u00e9s del detonant<\/strong>. Per exemple, una reuni\u00f3 o una trobada tibant, un emb\u00fas de tr\u00e0nsit o una data de lliurament a la qual s&#8217;arriba tard. La part positiva \u00e9s que pot controlar-se amb t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3, amb la hidrataci\u00f3 i amb l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;analg\u00e8sics senzills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si presentes algun d&#8217;aquests tipus de maldecaps de manera recurrent, impliquen s\u00edmptomes de major gravetat o <strong>no desapareixen amb la medicaci\u00f3 tradicional, es recomana consultar un metge<\/strong> per a dur a terme les proves pertinents que permetin un diagn\u00f2stic correcte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les cefalees s\u00f3n una mol\u00e8stia habitual que afecta en un grau o un altre a tota la poblaci\u00f3.
