El teixit que forma els m\u00fasculs es pot dilatar o contreure, de manera que cada m\u00fascul respongui a les nostres necessitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan sotmetem un m\u00fascul a un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.es\/es-revista-medicina-familia-semergen-40-articulo-rabdomiolisis-secundaria-ejercicio-fisico-un-S1138359311002723\">esfor\u00e7 perllongat<\/a> (com ara mantenir enlaire un pes amb l\u2019avantbra\u00e7, de manera que el bra\u00e7 resti adherit al cos), el mal augmenta de manera progressiva fins que n\u2019acaba limitant el moviment: el m\u00fascul es contreu i es torna r\u00edgid al tacte. Anomenem aquest estat contractura muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_passa\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 passa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les contractures tenen causes molt diverses. A continuaci\u00f3 te n\u2019expliquem algunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mala postura. \u00c9s molt important tenir una bona <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hgc.es\/es\/pacientes-visitantes\/consejos-salud\/rehabilitacion\/higiene-postural-columna\">higiene postural<\/a>, \u00e9s a dir, mantenir una postura correcta per a la salut musculoesquel\u00e8tica; com ara quan seiem a taula mentre treballem o en aixecar un pes de terra sense doblegar els genolls, per dir-ne un parell d\u2019exemples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manca d\u2019activitat. Si t\u2019est\u00e0s un cert temps sense fer cap activitat f\u00edsica, els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msdmanuals.com\/es-es\/hogar\/trastornos-de-los-huesos,-articulaciones-y-m%C3%BAsculos\/biolog%C3%ADa-del-sistema-musculoesquel%C3%A9tico\/m%C3%BAsculos\">m\u00fasculs<\/a> se t\u2019afebleixen i, quan els exigeixes un esfor\u00e7, potser tens una contractura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exc\u00e9s d\u2019activitat, sobretot si dus a terme l\u2019activitat de manera defectuosa o err\u00f2nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un estirament brusc. Per aix\u00f2 els esportistes fan escalfament abans de comen\u00e7ar l\u2019activitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop directe sobre el m\u00fascul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deshidrataci\u00f3, que causa una manca de les sals necess\u00e0ries per mantenir en forma el m\u00fascul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les contractures es poden produir en qualsevol m\u00fascul del cos, per\u00f2, per regla general, les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A la zona lumbar. Probablement \u00e9s la m\u00e9s habitual. Se sol manifestar com un dolor intens acompanyat d\u2019una rigidesa extrema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A les cervicals. S\u2019origina, b\u00e0sicament, per una mala postura assegut davant la taula, quan som a la feina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A les cames.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/masaje-espalda.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30722\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/masaje-espalda.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/masaje-espalda-440x294.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/masaje-espalda-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_es_tracten\"><\/span><strong>Com es tracten<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les contractures poden empitjorar si no es tracten correctament. No \u00e9s gaire recomanable provar de resoldre-les sense ajut; per tant, l\u2019actitud m\u00e9s intel\u00b7ligent \u00e9s rec\u00f3rrer a un metge o, si m\u00e9s no, a un fisioterapeuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre els tractaments m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents trobem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/lafisioterapia.net\/\">fisioter\u00e0pia<\/a>, que engloba una s\u00e8rie de t\u00e8cniques, com ara els estiraments per restablir la mida i l\u2019elasticitat de la musculatura, els massatges i altres exercicis. No s\u2019han de dur a terme sense el guiatge d\u2019una persona experta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalfor, o b\u00e9 fred. Segons el criteri del professional, tant l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019un com de l\u2019altre ajuden a abaixar la inflamaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.estiramientos.es\/\">Estiraments<\/a>, que miren de restablir el m\u00fascul a l\u2019estat ideal. N\u2019hi ha que es poden fer a casa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medicaments: sobretot els antiinflamatoris no esteroidals que redueixen el dolor perqu\u00e8 fan baixar la inflamaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 es poden fer servir relaxants musculars. No cal dir que un metge ha de prescriure tots els medicaments. <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Es_poden_prevenir_les_contractures_musculars\"><\/span><strong>Es poden prevenir les contractures musculars?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No sempre, perqu\u00e8 tenen causes m\u00faltiples. Ara b\u00e9, una certa disciplina pot ajudar molt a evitar-ne una bona part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abans d\u00e8iem que una de les causes m\u00e9s habituals de les contractures \u00e9s la mala postura. Tant si treballes dret com assegut, o sigui quina sigui la postura exigida per l\u2019activitat que determina la teva activitat di\u00e0ria, informa\u2019t de la postura m\u00e9s adequada. Si la teva higiene postural \u00e9s deficient, pots acabar tenint problemes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defuig el sedentarisme. Hauries de mantenir un bon ritme d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica. L\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) aconsella de fer entre tres i cinc hores d\u2019exercici al dia amb una intensitat moderada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fes estiraments, especialment si has de practicar exercici.
