Si b\u00e9 aquest impacte no sol ser visible, n&#8217;existeix una excepci\u00f3, i aquesta \u00e9s la pell. L&#8217;envelliment prematur o els <strong>grans per exc\u00e9s de sucre<\/strong> s\u00f3n problemes cada vegada m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents. No obstant aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 pot succeir l&#8217;oposat. \u00c9s a dir, que <strong>el que ingerim repercuteixi de manera negativa<\/strong> sobre el nostre aspecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La pell \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00f2rgan m\u00e9s gran<\/strong> del cos i actua com a reflex de la nostra salut interna. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, una dieta equilibrada i saludable \u00e9s essencial per a mantenir-la en bones condicions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Els_efectes_del_sucre_en_la_salut_de_la_pell\"><\/span><strong>Els efectes del sucre en la salut de la pell<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El sucre \u00e9s <strong>present en pr\u00e0cticament tots els aliments que ingerim<\/strong>, sigui de manera natural o artificial. Tanmateix, cal distingir entre <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/gastronomia\/el-comidista\/2021\/07\/13\/articulo\/1626169178_844238.html\">sucres intr\u00ednsecs i lliures<\/a>. Els primers s\u00f3n aquells que ja porten els aliments sense ser alterats, com per exemple la fruita.
