La conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquesta falta d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 s\u00f3n els <strong>peus inflats<\/strong>, a causa d&#8217;una mala circulaci\u00f3. Si despr\u00e9s de llegir-les segueixes sense tenir clar quin \u00e9s el teu cas, seria recomanable consultar un metge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Passar moltes hores dempeus o sense moure&#8217;s<\/strong>. \u00c9s habitual en aquelles persones que treballen dempeus i en un espai limitat o que passen diverses hores asseguts, com en una oficina o en un viatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Canvis hormonals<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s de durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, el mateix cicle menstrual o la menopausa poden provocar aquesta afecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Alteracions biomec\u00e0niques<\/strong>, que es deuen al fet que els turmells i els peus no estan ben alineats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Sobrep\u00e8s. L&#8217;exc\u00e9s de pes fa que els peus hagin de fer un esfor\u00e7 major en despla\u00e7ar-nos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids<\/strong>. Pot ser per causa gen\u00e8tica o per una alimentaci\u00f3 inadequada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Altes temperatures<\/strong>. La calor pot provocar aquesta alteraci\u00f3, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s de manera temporal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Problemes vasculars<\/strong>. Quan hi ha una insufici\u00e8ncia venosa, la sang t\u00e9 problemes per a tornar en sentit ascendent cap al cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Cal\u00e7at inadequat<\/strong>. Si el cal\u00e7at \u00e9s massa atape\u00eft o no proporciona una bona ventilaci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 pot ser la causa dels peus inflats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consells_per_a_prevenir_la_inflor_dels_peus\"><\/span><strong>Consells per a prevenir la inflor dels peus<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si pateixes de peus inflats o vols evitar que et passi, aqu\u00ed et donem alguns consells per a evitar-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mantingues els teus peus en moviment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de les formes m\u00e9s efectives de prevenir la inflor dels peus \u00e9s mantenir-los en moviment. Si tens un treball que requereix estar assegut durant hores, assegura&#8217;t d&#8217;<strong>aixecar-te i fer un passeig curt cada hora<\/strong>. Si passes molt temps dempeus, intenta <strong>canviar el pes d&#8217;un peu a un altre i elevar-los<\/strong> quan sigui possible. L&#8217;activitat constant ajuda a estimular la circulaci\u00f3 i evitar que els l\u00edquids s&#8217;acumulin als peus. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s convenient <strong>practicar exercici<\/strong> <strong>regularment i fer estiraments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consumeix una dieta equilibrada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dieta alta en sodi pot contribuir significativament a la retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids i, per tant, a la inflor dels peus. Opta per una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elespanol.com\/como\/alimentos-mejoran-circulacion-sanguinea\/497950387_0.html\">dieta equilibrada millora la circulaci\u00f3<\/a>; ha de ser <strong>rica en fruites i verdures fresques<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n naturalment baixes en sal i altes en nutrients essencials i que, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, afavoreixen la circulaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important <strong>beure molta aigua al dia<\/strong>, ja que aix\u00ed eliminem les toxines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Utilitza cal\u00e7at c\u00f2mode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El tipus de cal\u00e7at que usem pot influir en la salut dels nostres peus i cames. Tria sempre <strong>sabates que s&#8217;ajustin a la forma del teu peu i que no t&#8217;estrenyin<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 han d&#8217;oferir-te un bon suport en l&#8217;arc i en el turmell. El cal\u00e7at massa ajustat i els talons dificulten la circulaci\u00f3 i contribueixen a la inflor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Controla l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 al sol<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les hores de m\u00e9s calor, que s\u00f3n les centrals del dia, no es recomana estar en l&#8217;exterior perqu\u00e8 pot cremar-nos la pell, fins i tot si portem protecci\u00f3. Per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s de la pell, <strong>les altes temperatures tamb\u00e9 afecten la circulaci\u00f3<\/strong>, i poden provocar-te inflor de peus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Millorar_la_circulacio_de_les_cames\"><\/span><strong>Millorar la circulaci\u00f3 de les cames<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La circulaci\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia \u00e9s vital si volem gaudir d&#8217;una bona salut a les nostres cames. Quan \u00e9s deficient, \u00e9s habitual que apareguin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/lo-que-hay-que-saber-sobre-las-varices\/?_adin=11734293023\">venes varicoses<\/a> o co\u00e0guls sanguinis, a m\u00e9s dels peus inflats. Si vols millorar la circulaci\u00f3 a les teves cames, prova el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Incorpora exercicis cardiovasculars en la teva rutina<\/strong>, com caminar, nedar o caminar amb bicicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Evita encreuar les cames durant per\u00edodes prolongats<\/strong>, ja que aix\u00f2 pot obstaculitzar el flux sanguini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Fes-te massatges a les cames suaument<\/strong> en direcci\u00f3 ascendent per a estimular el flux sanguini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Si tens tend\u00e8ncia a la inflor o passes moltes hores dempeus, <strong>utilitza mitges de compressi\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cura_dels_peus\"><\/span><strong>Cura dels peus<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s dels consells esmentats, \u00e9s important parar esment a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/ampollas-pies\/?_adin=0258556026\">cura dels peus<\/a> en el dia a dia. Aix\u00f2 implica <strong>mantenir una bona higiene<\/strong>, com la rentada di\u00e0ria, l&#8217;assecat correcte, sobretot entre els dits, que \u00e9s on s&#8217;acumula la humitat i poden apar\u00e8ixer fongs, i la hidrataci\u00f3, per a evitar la sequedat i les esquerdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s interessant realitzar ex\u00e0mens ocasionals per a detectar problemes a temps, com ara canvis en la pell, fongs o callositats.
