Tanmateix, quan els term\u00f2metres es disparen, una realitat cada cop m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent, la calor fa apar\u00e8ixer estats m\u00e8dics seriosos que poden arribar a posar en risc la vida d&#8217;una persona. Avui et comptem quins s\u00f3n els <strong>s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;un cop de calor<\/strong> i com hem d&#8217;actuar, tant en aquests casos com per a la prevenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_un_cop_de_calor\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un cop de calor?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop de calor \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 en la qual es produeix un <strong>augment de la temperatura interna del cos i aquest no \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de regular-la<\/strong> per si mateix. Sol ser la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una exposici\u00f3 prolongada al sol o a temperatures altes, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 pot ser causat per una activitat f\u00edsica intensa en espais amb poca ventilaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>suor \u00e9s el mecanisme del qual disposa el nostre organisme<\/strong> per a regular-se i mantenir una temperatura constant. Per\u00f2 en les situacions anteriors, aix\u00ed com quan la humitat \u00e9s molt elevada, pot tenir dificultats per a fer-ho, i \u00e9s aqu\u00ed quan es presenten els s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;un cop de calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9 pot afectar qualsevol persona, s\u00f3n <strong>especialment vulnerables nens i nenes de poca edat, persones d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada i aquelles amb estats m\u00e8dics preexistents<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtve.es\/noticias\/20230627\/calor-extremo-disparo-mortalidad-espana-entre-mayo-agosto-2022\/2450556.shtml\">Els \u00faltims informes del nostre pa\u00eds<\/a> revelen que en 2022, durant els mesos de la primavera i estiu en els quals es van registrar m\u00e0xims hist\u00f2rics en les temperatures, es van produir 122 cops de calor, que suposen un augment del 159% respecte al 2021. Els casos de deshidrataci\u00f3 van ser 233, un 113% m\u00e9s que l&#8217;any anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones amb patologies cr\u00f2niques pr\u00e8vies s\u00f3n les que presenten un risc major, i de fet, les defuncions van afectar principalment persones amb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/hipertension-la-enfermedad-silenciosa\/\">hipertensi\u00f3<\/a>, diabetis i trastorns senils i presenils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes_del_cop_de_calor\"><\/span><strong>S\u00edmptomes del cop de calor<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recon\u00e8ixer els s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;un cop de calor permet actuar amb rapidesa i buscar assist\u00e8ncia m\u00e8dica. La simptomatologia \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Febre elevada que pot superar els 40\u00b0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mal de cap i marejos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e0usees i v\u00f2mits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell calenta, seca i amb una tonalitat vermella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confusi\u00f3 mental, balboteig, agitaci\u00f3 o deliri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respiraci\u00f3 i pols accelerats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatiga i hiperventilaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convulsions i desmais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En casos greus, coma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La p\u00e8rdua del coneixement sol ser el s\u00edmptoma del cop de calor que alerta de la situaci\u00f3<\/strong>, per\u00f2 com que la intensitat de la simptomatologia varia d&#8217;una persona a una altra i tamb\u00e9 dep\u00e8n del nivell de deshidrataci\u00f3, cal parar esment a qualsevol dels esmentats. L&#8217;ideal \u00e9s la prevenci\u00f3, per\u00f2 si ja \u00e9s massa tard, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;actuar com m\u00e9s aviat millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mesures_demergencia\"><\/span><strong>Mesures d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ens trobem davant una persona que presenta els s\u00edmptomes del cop de calor, s&#8217;ha de contactar <strong>ajuda m\u00e8dica<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 intervinguin de seguida<strong>. Mentre s&#8217;espera, s&#8217;han de prendre les seg\u00fcents mesures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Buscar un lloc fresc<\/strong>. At\u00e8s que l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 al sol i la calor s\u00f3n els principals causants dels cops de calor, s&#8217;ha de buscar immediatament un lloc que estigui ben ventilat i que tingui ombra. D&#8217;aquesta manera, el cos podr\u00e0 tornar a intentar regular-se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beure aigua<\/strong>. La ingesta d&#8217;aigua en dies de calor \u00e9s indispensable per a evitar la deshidrataci\u00f3; davant el cop de calor, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;ingerir en petits xarrups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retirar roba<\/strong>. Si la persona porta roba d&#8217;abrigar o d&#8217;algun material que dificulti la transpiraci\u00f3, es recomana retirar-la, aix\u00ed com oferir aire a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un ventilador, un ventall o qualsevol altre objecte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aplicar draps<\/strong>. Per a accelerar el descens de la temperatura corporal, es poden aplicar draps xopats en aigua freda o compreses. Aquestes han de col\u00b7locar-se al front, al coll i al clatell; aix\u00ed com en les axil\u00b7les o els engonals. A continuaci\u00f3 tens algunes mesures eficaces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hidrata&#8217;t<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es recomana beure <strong>almenys un litre i mig d&#8217;aigua en condicions normals<\/strong> per a una persona adulta. En el cas d&#8217;altes temperatures, exposici\u00f3 al sol o realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;augmentar la quantitat i mantenir una ingesta freq\u00fcent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vestimenta adequada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Triar una vestimenta apropiada t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir una temperatura corporal adequada. Aquesta mesura \u00e9s <strong>particularment important amb nens de poca edat<\/strong>, ja que es tendeixen a abrigar-los en exc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adaptar-se als horaris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si es duen a terme activitats a l&#8217;exterior, es recomana <strong>evitar les hores centrals del dia<\/strong>, doncs \u00e9s quan s&#8217;incrementa el risc de patir un cop de calor. Si fos inevitable, cal fer descansos freq\u00fcents en zones fresques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Usar proteccions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crema solar, barrets i para-sols<\/strong> s\u00f3n elements indispensables per a protegir-se del sol i de la calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evitar els vehicles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La temperatura dins un cotxe estacionat s&#8217;eleva amb gran rapidesa i \u00e9s un de les <strong>situacions escenaris fatals en els quals es presenten els cops de calor.<\/strong> S&#8217;han d&#8217;evitar costi el que costi romandre-hi esperant, sobretot amb menors de poca edat, persones d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada i animals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;arribada de l&#8217;estiu, amb els seus dies assolellats i altes temperatures, \u00e9s ben rebuda pels qui fa mesos que esperen unes vacances i gaudir d&#8217;activitats a l&#8217;aire lliure.
