Tanmateix, en els mesos de m\u00e9s calor, cal extremar aquestes cures, aix\u00ed com prendre precaucions per a protegir-los de les altes temperatures i del sol. Si vols con\u00e8ixer quins s\u00f3n els problemes m\u00e9s habituals dels peus a l&#8217;estiu i com evitar que et passin, nom\u00e9s has de continuar llegint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Problemes_comuns_als_peus_durant_lestiu_i_com_prevenir-los\"><\/span><strong>Problemes comuns als peus durant l&#8217;estiu i com prevenir-los<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diverses raons per les quals la cura dels peus s&#8217;ha d&#8217;extremar a l&#8217;estiu, i \u00e9s que a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;<strong>exposici\u00f3 solar<\/strong> pel cal\u00e7at obert o perqu\u00e8 prenem el sol, tamb\u00e9 incrementem les activitats a l&#8217;aire lliure, <strong>caminem per superf\u00edcies calentes<\/strong> i la mateixa calor fa que su\u00efn m\u00e9s de l&#8217;habitual. Tot aix\u00f2 fa que puguin apar\u00e8ixer una s\u00e8rie de problemes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dureses i callositats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Caminar descal\u00e7os per llocs com les platges o els passejos mar\u00edtims facilita el desenvolupament de dureses i calls en la pell, en tractar-se de <strong>superf\u00edcies aspres<\/strong>. Per a la cura de la pell i dureses, cal portar sempre algun tipus de cal\u00e7at que sigui c\u00f2mode i que protegeixi als peus de la calor. Una vegada a casa, \u00e9s convenient una <strong>exfoliaci\u00f3 per a eliminar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mortes i aplicar crema hidratant<\/strong> per a evitar la deshidrataci\u00f3 de la pell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cremades solars<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan t&#8217;apliques protector solar abans de sortir al carrer o ja a l&#8217;exterior, recordes aplicar-lo tamb\u00e9 als teus peus? Rares vegades ens en recordem de la part superior del peu i dels dits, que tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n susceptibles de cremar-se. Tingues en compte que <strong>aquesta pell a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s \u00e9s molt fina<\/strong>, per la qual cosa les cremades es produeixen en poc temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Talons esquerdats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La calor i la sequedat a l&#8217;ambient s\u00f3n responsables de les esquerdes que apareixen en els talons. No nom\u00e9s es tracta d&#8217;una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 est\u00e8tica; quan les esquerdes van incrementant la profunditat, arriben a ser doloroses. Per a prevenir la seva aparici\u00f3, aplica regularment cremes espec\u00edfiques per als talons esquerdats i <strong>elimina regularment les dureses<\/strong> amb pedra tosca o amb una llima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Esperons calcanis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sand\u00e0lies resulten molt atractives, per\u00f2 quan s\u00f3n massa planes ocasionen altres problemes. Un d&#8217;ells s\u00f3n els esperons calcanis, que s\u00f3n <strong>un creixement en l&#8217;os del tal\u00f3<\/strong> que sol associar-se a la facilitis plantar. En qualsevol cas, si en pateixes algun dels anteriors, per\u00f2 no sents cap mol\u00e8stia, consulta al metge perqu\u00e8 potser tens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/blog\/pie-diabetico\/\">peu diab\u00e8tic.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mantingues els teus peus frescos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El nostre cos es regula a trav\u00e9s de la suor, at\u00e8s que \u00e9s el m\u00e8tode amb el qual comptem per a fer descendir la temperatura corporal. A m\u00e9s de la incomoditat que suposa, les altes temperatures en l&#8217;ambient incrementen la sudoraci\u00f3, que al seu torn pot produir <strong>mala olor pel c\u00famul de toxines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a mantenir els teus peus frescos, aposta en la mesura que sigui possible per cal\u00e7at i mitjons transpirables. Aquests seran de cot\u00f3 o de fibres sint\u00e8tiques amb la capacitat d&#8217;absorbir la humitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tria cal\u00e7at obert<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9 ens exposa a dureses, en els dies de m\u00e9s calor \u00e9s important usar calcat que faciliti la ventilaci\u00f3 del peu. D&#8217;aquesta manera, <strong>es mantindran secs i s&#8217;evitar\u00e0 l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de fongs<\/strong>. Encara que el pl\u00e0stic acostuma a ser el material m\u00e9s habitual avui dia en la fabricaci\u00f3 pel seu baix cost, \u00e9s preferible apostar pel cuir o la lona; eviten l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;humitat i faciliten l&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 de la suor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Protegeix-te de la calor extrema<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tots hem corregut alguna vegada a la platja per a arribar a l&#8217;aigua sense cremar-nos, i encara que pot resultar divertit si \u00e9s una cosa puntual, els nostres peus es ressenten i poden sofrir cremades. Aposta per <strong>sand\u00e0lies espec\u00edfiques per a l&#8217;aigua o porta sempre cal\u00e7at si \u00e9s paviment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cerca cal\u00e7at amb bon suport<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El cal\u00e7at no nom\u00e9s protegeix els peus, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la nostra esquena. Tant a l&#8217;estiu com a l&#8217;hivern, hem de triar opcions amb <strong>suport en la zona de l&#8217;arc i amb prou amortiment<\/strong> per a absorbir l&#8217;impacte de cada trepitjada. Verifica tamb\u00e9 que la talla \u00e9s la correcta, ni molt ajustat ni molt solt; en tots dos casos provocar\u00e0 rascades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cura_i_prevencio_de_butllofes_fongs_i_altres\"><\/span><strong>Cura i prevenci\u00f3 de butllofes, fongs i altres<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels problemes que esmentem que solen apar\u00e8ixer a l&#8217;estiu, n&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;altres m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils de tractar i que poden arribar a complicar-se. S\u00f3n <strong>les<\/strong> <strong>butllofes i els fongs<\/strong>. Les primeres s\u00f3n sacs plens de l\u00edquid en la capa m\u00e9s externa de la pell i que resulten molt doloroses. A m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n molt delicades, ja que poden trencar-se amb facilitat. Apareixen per la fricci\u00f3 amb el cal\u00e7at o per caminar per superf\u00edcies aspres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els fongs, per contra, es deuen a la <strong>pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;humitat<\/strong>. Solen cr\u00e9ixer en piscines i dutxes p\u00fabliques, i el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/es\/diseases-conditions\/athletes-foot\/symptoms-causes\/syc-20353841#:~:text=El%20pie%20de%20atleta%20(ti%C3%B1a,sarpullido%20escamoso%20y%20con%20picaz%C3%B3n.\">peu d&#8217;atleta<\/a> \u00e9s el cas m\u00e9s habitual. Per a evitar-los, n&#8217;hi ha prou amb utilitzar cal\u00e7at impermeable en aquests espais i eixugar-se b\u00e9 els peus despr\u00e9s de qualsevol bany.
