Per aquest motiu, en aquest article et comptem en qu\u00e8 consisteix, les seves causes i simptomatologia, aix\u00ed com el tractament adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_i_quins_son_els_seus_simptomes\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s i quins s\u00f3n els seus s\u00edmptomes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s exactament la por d&#8217;empassar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>fagof\u00f2bia<\/strong> \u00e9s un <strong>trastorn psicol\u00f2gic que provoca una por irracional a empassar<\/strong>, ja que es considera que pot produir ofec i posar en risc la vida de la persona. El p\u00e0nic que senten les persones que pateixen aquesta f\u00f2bia \u00e9s tal que <strong>tendeixen a a\u00efllar-se socialment<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquesta manera, s&#8217;incrementa tamb\u00e9 el risc de caure en una depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que pot afectar tant a homes com a dones, aquestes \u00faltimes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s propenses, at\u00e8s que s\u00f3n les qui pateixen m\u00e9s ansietat. Pel que fa a l&#8217;edat, no hi ha l\u00edmits, ja que s&#8217;han registrat casos de pacients de sis anys en endavant. El que aquests solen tenir en com\u00fa \u00e9s un <strong>perfil controlador, perfeccionista i f\u00e0cilment suggestionable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes_de_la_fagofobia\"><\/span><strong>S\u00edmptomes de la fagof\u00f2bia<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;aquesta patologia poden variar en intensitat i durada, i inclouen <strong>tant els f\u00edsics com els ps\u00edquics<\/strong>. Dins dels primers figuren els maldecaps, l&#8217;augment de la tensi\u00f3 muscular i la pressi\u00f3 card\u00edaca, vert\u00edgens i marejos, v\u00f2mits i n\u00e0usees, ofec i falta d&#8217;aire i desmais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes cognitius i conductuals es basen en <strong>pensaments i idees relacionats amb empassar<\/strong>, que es veuen acompanyats de conductes d&#8217;evasi\u00f3, que es tradueixen a evitar menjar i beure i a allunyar-se d&#8217;aquelles situacions que puguin implicar aquests actes. Per exemple, reunions socials que suposin menjar en p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, en ser l&#8217;acte en si el que genera l&#8217;ansietat, <strong>la ingesta en privat tamb\u00e9 es veu afectada<\/strong>, per\u00f2 l&#8217;habitual \u00e9s que no afecti la totalitat dels aliments, sin\u00f3 \u00fanicament a alguns. Si b\u00e9 la por d&#8217;empassar pot ser molt debilitant, \u00e9s important tenir en compte que \u00e9s un trastorn tractable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes\"><\/span><strong>Causes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les causes exactes d&#8217;aquesta patologia s\u00f3n desconegudes, per\u00f2 es creu que poden ser el <strong>resultat d&#8217;una combinaci\u00f3 de factors gen\u00e8tics, ambientals i psicol\u00f2gics<\/strong>.
