Has notat que t&#8217;aixeques amb el nas tapat o esternuts quan intentes dormir? Si ets dels que pateix <strong>al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies estacionals<\/strong>, a hores d&#8217;ara ja sabr\u00e0s que s\u00f3n molestes, inoportunes i impacten directament la qualitat del nostre descans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fet, s&#8217;estima que <strong>entre el 20 i el 40% de la poblaci\u00f3 mundial pateix rinitis al\u00b7l\u00e8rgica<\/strong>. Els s\u00edmptomes inclouen esternuts, picor o secreci\u00f3 nasal, vertigen i ulls plorosos. I, per a moltes persones, tamb\u00e9 insomni. Les persones amb al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies tenen m\u00e9s del doble de probabilitats de patir insomni que les que no conviuen amb alguna al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia. Per no dir que les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies no nom\u00e9s afecten l&#8217;inici del son, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 interfereixen en la capacitat per mantenir-lo al llarg de la nit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_les_allergies_malteren_el_son\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies m&#8217;alteren el son?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens al nostre entorn, com el pol\u00b7len, irriten les membranes de la mucosa nasal i provoquen s\u00edmptomes que afecten la capacitat per respirar amb facilitat. Aquests s\u00edmptomes tendeixen a empitjorar a la nit. Hi ha dues raons per les quals les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies habitualment condueixen a una mala qualitat del son: la irritaci\u00f3 i la congesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sense un descans de qualitat podem anticipar que et sentir\u00e0s esgotat i molest, &nbsp;i molt probablement, que tindr\u00e0s mal de cap (cefalees). A m\u00e9s, la sensaci\u00f3 de cansament pot perjudicar el teu rendiment acad\u00e8mic i laboral, cosa que afectar\u00e0 negativament la teva salut i benestar a llarg termini. Dormir malament tamb\u00e9 augmenta l&#8217;ansietat i l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, cosa que fa que sigui m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil agafar el son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els nens tampoc no s\u00f3n l&#8217;excepci\u00f3: si pateixen al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia i, per tant, dormen malament, pot ser especialment perjudicial per al seu rendiment acad\u00e8mic, ja que es relaciona amb la p\u00e8rdua de dies lectius, els trastorns del comportament i la dificultat per memoritzar contingut o concentrar-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consells_per_dormir_millor_amb_allergies\"><\/span><strong>Consells per dormir millor amb al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir amb al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies pot ser dif\u00edcil, per\u00f2 \u00e9s possible!
