Es tracta d&#8217;adoptar un conjunt de mesures o realitzar uns certs tractaments per a evitar el desenvolupament de s\u00edmptomes o una malaltia futura. En el cas de <strong>prevenir al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<\/strong> no \u00e9s diferent, la prevenci\u00f3 juga un paper molt important. Gr\u00e0cies a aquest pas s&#8217;evitaran els s\u00edmptomes al\u00b7l\u00e8rgics (especialment els greus), l&#8217;\u00fas de medicaci\u00f3 o les consultes m\u00e8diques, millorant aix\u00ed la qualitat de vida del pacient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article t&#8217;ho explicarem tot sobre la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<\/strong>, des de com fer-ho i quins els millors aliments per a aconseguir-ho, fins a i com evitar al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies a casa i a l&#8217;exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_puc_prevenir_allergies\"><\/span>Com puc prevenir al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies es produeixen quan el sistema immunitari reacciona davant una subst\u00e0ncia estranya, com pot ser la pols, el pol\u00b7len, el ver\u00ed de les abelles o el p\u00e8l de les mascotes. Aix\u00ed mateix, tamb\u00e9 poden apar\u00e8ixer en ingerir certs aliments, com ara els cacauets, el pr\u00e9ssec, l&#8217;ou, etc. La <strong>prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<\/strong> es pot realitzar a diferents nivells, que veurem a continuaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest tipus de prevenci\u00f3 <strong>es recomana a les persones que no tenen s\u00edmptomes al\u00b7l\u00e8rgics<\/strong> ni sensibilitzaci\u00f3 enfront de cap risc. Tanmateix, es creu que t\u00e9 algun risc augmentat per a desenvolupar al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies. Aquest grup \u00e9s el m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil d&#8217;identificar, ja que existeixen m\u00e9s discrep\u00e0ncies pel que fa a la prevenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dins d&#8217;aquest grup <strong>trobem a familiars de pacients amb antecedents d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia<\/strong>, nens amb alguna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacioncaser.org\/discapacidad\/fisica\/enfermedades-congenitas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">malaltia cong\u00e8nita<\/a> o adquirida que necessitessin repetides operacions quir\u00fargiques, <strong>nens que tenen s\u00edmptomes de dermatitis at\u00f2pica<\/strong>, asma i rinoconjuntivitis amb estudi d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia negatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tractar-se de pacients dif\u00edcils d&#8217;identificar, les mesures de prevenci\u00f3 seran diferents per a cada pacient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevenci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta \u00e9s la prevenci\u00f3 que es duu a terme en persones amb proves d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia positives, per\u00f2 que no han experimentat s\u00edmptomes. Es realitza per a evitar que els s\u00edmptomes es desenvolupin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cas d&#8217;<strong>al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia a uns certs aliments<\/strong>, per exemple, \u00e9s habitual recomanar que el pacient, malgrat la sensibilitzaci\u00f3, consumeixi l&#8217;aliment si l&#8217;est\u00e0 tolerant b\u00e9 i no li genera cap s\u00edmptoma o malestar. No obstant aix\u00f2, en materials com el l\u00e0tex, encara que el pacient el toleri, no es recomana exposar-se a aquest material, ja que \u00e9s probable que acabi desenvolupant s\u00edmptomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevenci\u00f3 terci\u00e0ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest cas, aquesta prevenci\u00f3 es realitza en aquelles persones que ja han tingut s\u00edmptomes al\u00b7l\u00e8rgics per a evitar que tornin a tenir-los o per a intentar que siguin m\u00e9s lleus. Aquest grup \u00e9s el m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment identificable. Els seg\u00fcents aliments s\u00f3n ideals per a la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pomes<\/strong>. Contenen quercetina, un flavonoide que ajuda a enfortir el sistema immunitari.
