Res no garanteix que ens hi veiem b\u00e9 i, per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s essencial tenir cura de la vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 et donem uns quants consells sobre com els has de protegir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Una bona higiene<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No t&#8217;has de tocar els ulls sense rentar-te b\u00e9 les mans abans amb aigua i sab\u00f3. Si duus lents de contacte, no te les posis ni te les treguis sense fer-les net a fons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Descansa la vista<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si t&#8217;est\u00e0s tot el dia davant de l&#8217;ordinador, com tants de nosaltres, no \u00fanicament \u00e9s esgotador, sin\u00f3 que et pot causar problemes als ulls, comen\u00e7ant per la sequedat i la fatiga visual. Hi ha una regla 20-20 que recomana que, per cada per\u00edode de 20 minuts de pantalla, miris cap alguna cosa situada a mitj\u00e0 dist\u00e0ncia (a 5 o 6 metres) durant 20 segons. Et pot ajudar a alleujar la fatiga visual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fes servir ulleres de sol<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els raigs del sol poden perjudicar greument els ulls; fan augmentar el perill de patir degeneraci\u00f3 macular i cataractes. Cal que les ulleres tinguin garantia i retinguin el 99 % de les radiacions UVA i UVB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fes servir ulleres protectores<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si fas feines manuals, amb una barrina o un trepant radial, o practiques certs esports, unes ulleres protectores et poden anar b\u00e9 per prevenir lesions causades per cossos estranys als ulls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No fumis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#8217;ha comprovat que fumar fa augmentar el perill de patir cataractes o b\u00e9 degeneraci\u00f3 macular associada a l&#8217;edat (DMAE), un trastorn greu que anul\u00b7la la visi\u00f3 central. Tamb\u00e9 pot danyar el nervi \u00f2ptic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Segueix una dieta equilibrada<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal que inclogui fruita i verdura en abund\u00e0ncia: recorda&#8217;t de la regla de cinc peces de fruita o racions de verdura al dia. El peix blau, amb un alt contingut en \u00e0cids grassos, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s per a la vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Procura de mantenir el pes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El sobrep\u00e8s o, encara pitjor, l&#8217;obesitat afavoreixen la diabetis, una malaltia greu que pot causar danys irreversibles a la retina, entre moltes altres afeccions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Segueix una bona rutina de son<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon rep\u00f2s nocturn \u00e9s imprescindible per a tot el cos i, naturalment, tamb\u00e9 per als ulls. El son fomenta que tinguem els ulls frescos quan ens llevem. Si pateixes cap mena de sequedat ocular, parla&#8217;n amb el farmac\u00e8utic perqu\u00e8 et prescrigui un col\u00b7liri adequat, de venda sense recepta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"451\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/medico-gafas.jpg\" alt=\". \" class=\"wp-image-28422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/medico-gafas.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/medico-gafas-440x248.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/medico-gafas-768x433.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revisa&#8217;t la vista<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesura que fem anys, cal que ens fem m\u00e9s revisions de la vista. No tan sols perqu\u00e8 inevitablement comencem a tenir problemes generals de visi\u00f3 (miopia o vista cansada), sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 hi ha trastorns greus de la vista que es manifesten amb l&#8217;edat i que, si s&#8217;identifiquen i es tracten aviat, es poden resoldre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot seguit enumerem unes quantes <strong>activitats quotidianes que s\u00f3n pernicioses per a la vista i que caldria evitar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vigila els mals de cap<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No parlem pas d&#8217;una migranya ocasional, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;un mal continuat. Potser n&#8217;\u00e9s la causa un problema de visi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No facis servir tant les pantalles<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Molts de nosaltres ens estem bona part del temps de lleure o de feina enganxats en una pantalla escrivint, navegant, xatejant&#8230; I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s perjudicial per als ulls. M\u00e9s amunt recoman\u00e0vem de passar revisions peri\u00f2diques, de manera que cal tenir en compte el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Controla la sequedat dels ulls<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Certs estudis demostren que les vegades que parpellegem davant de l&#8217;ordinador \u00e9s inferior a cinc, i aix\u00f2 afavoreix la sequedat ocular. El farmac\u00e8utic et pot indicar quines gotes et poden anar m\u00e9s b\u00e9 per a aquest problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No abusis de les lents de contacte<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No les duguis m\u00e9s estona de la recomanada. Si s\u00f3n d&#8217;un sol \u00fas, no les tornis a fer servir i, per descomptat, no hi dormis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No facis servir les ulleres dels altres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O, encara m\u00e9s important, les lentilles dels altres, perqu\u00e8 segurament no seran les adequades (no ens referim a les ulleres amb una graduaci\u00f3 est\u00e0ndard, sin\u00f3 a les ulleres graduades per a una persona concreta). Poden originar vista cansada, visi\u00f3 borrosa, sensaci\u00f3 de fatiga i altres problemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No et facis autoprescripcions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Parlem de les ulleres amb una graduaci\u00f3 est\u00e0ndard, que venen a tot arreu. No \u00e9s una bona pensada de fer-les servir. En primer lloc, perqu\u00e8 tenen la mateixa graduaci\u00f3 per a tots dos ulls, i ben poc sovint els defectes hi s\u00f3n id\u00e8ntics. En segon lloc, perqu\u00e8 els vidres no s\u00f3n d&#8217;una qualitat \u00f2ptima. Si et sembla que no hi veus b\u00e9, val m\u00e9s que et visiti un \u00f2ptic o un oculista, perqu\u00e8 et prescrigui les ulleres que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s apropiades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No facis servir lentilles o ulleres velles<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La vista evoluciona amb el temps, sobretot si treballes davant d&#8217;una pantalla. Aix\u00ed doncs, cal fer les revisions recomanades cada cert temps sens falta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deixa les lentilles ratllades o malmeses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal que les lents de contacte siguin netes i que no tinguin ratllades. Les ratllades poden causar una dispersi\u00f3 o una deformaci\u00f3 de la llum, cosa que \u00e9s molt perillosa, per exemple, al volant.
