Un d&#8217;ells \u00e9s que <strong>\u00e9s dolent empassar-se els xiclets<\/strong>, que si ho fas et pots morir o, el cl\u00e0ssic, pren-te el suc r\u00e0pid que se li&#8217;n van les vitamines o, has d&#8217;esperar-te dues hores per banyar-te al mar despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver menjat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunes d&#8217;aquestes frases nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n mites, per\u00f2 algunes s\u00f3n veritat. I avui, volem aclarir si empassar-se el xiclet \u00e9s dolent, \u00e9s una realitat o un mite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_no_has_dempassar-te_els_xiclets\"><\/span>Per qu\u00e8 no has d&#8217;empassar-te els xiclets?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T&#8217;has parat a preguntar-te alguna vegada qu\u00e8 passaria si t&#8217;empassaves un xiclet? Sempre t&#8217;han recomanat que no ho facis, per\u00f2 saps el perqu\u00e8? La veritat \u00e9s que el nostre cos no sap com descompondre i digerir un xiclet. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s pel fet que molts dels components del xiclet no es troben en la naturalesa, per aix\u00f2 el nostre organisme no compta amb els enzims necessaris per a descompondre&#8217;ls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalment, els xiclets estan composts de goma base, glicerina, compostos basats en oli vegetal, sacarina o sorbitol i mannitol (edulcorants), conservants, saboritzants i colorants. El nostre cos, com hem vist, no pot digerir la base de goma. Malgrat aix\u00f2, si per error ens empassem un xiclet, no cal t\u00e9mer que vagi a romandre enganxat a les parets de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac o de l&#8217;intest\u00ed com hem sentit moltes vegades. El xiclet far\u00e0 el recorregut habitual de qualsevol altre menjar i, com qualsevol altre menjar, ser\u00e0 expulsat. Cal recordar que <strong>\u00e9s dolent empassar-se els xiclets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En algunes ocasions, especialment en els nens, pot implicar problemes greus el fet de mastegar molt de xiclet o empassar-se&#8217;l. Per exemple, en empassar-lo, poden no saber com gestionar la situaci\u00f3, el xiclet pot arribar a la tr\u00e0quea i aix\u00f2 pot provocar una ennuegada, fent que la persona s&#8217;ofegui. Un altre problema associat amb els xiclets \u00e9s la quantitat de sucre o edulcorant que, inconscientment, acabes consumint. Si abuses del xiclet, estar\u00e0s consumint molts edulcorants i sucres i, especialment en els nens, pot implicar problemes dentals en l&#8217;etapa formativa de les seves dents que pot afectar les seves dents definitives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, molts dels elements de la goma de mastegar s\u00f3n components qu\u00edmics que, com ja hem comentat, el nostre cos no pot digerir i no \u00e9s molt recomanable ingerir, per la qual cosa \u00e9s recomanable no abusar del xiclet i reduir el seu consum al m\u00e0xim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Si_mempasso_un_xiclet_Puc_tenir_problemes_gastrointestinals\"><\/span>Si m&#8217;empasso un xiclet, Puc tenir problemes gastrointestinals?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com ja hem comentat en aquest article, \u00e9s dolent empassar-se els xiclets. Si t&#8217;empasses un xiclet per error, normalment, no passa res greu. El cos l&#8217;expulsa al cap d&#8217;entre un i tres dies. Tanmateix, el xiclet pot suposar un problema si una persona s&#8217;arriba a empassar una gran quantitat de gomes de mastegar, ja que pot formar una bola que arribi a obstruir les vies intestinals. En aquests casos \u00e9s necessari tractament m\u00e8dic o una intervenci\u00f3 per a expulsar-ho i descongestionar les vies intestinals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, algunes gomes de mastegar endolcides amb sorbitol poden causar diarrea si se&#8217;n consumeixen moltes de manera regular, car aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un dels efectes secundaris d&#8217;aquest edulcorant. Tamb\u00e9 cal tenir en compte el sabor que s&#8217;escull, puix que n&#8217;hi ha alguns que poden causar certes afeccions. El simple fet d&#8217;emportar-se alguna cosa a la boca i mastegar, genera l&#8217;inici dels processos digestius, generant un mitj\u00e0 \u00e0cid en l&#8217;est\u00f3mac, l&#8217;objectiu del qual \u00e9s digerir aliments. No obstant aix\u00f2, si no arriben aliments a l&#8217;est\u00f3mac perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;est\u00e0 mastegant un xiclet, l&#8217;\u00e0cid digereix la mucosa protectora de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac. Quan aix\u00f2 passa sovint, existeix un perill d&#8217;\u00falcera. Una \u00falcera estomacal afecta directament a la nostra digesti\u00f3 i al nostre aparell digestiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els casos en els quals es produeix un bloqueig intestinal o restrenyiment a causa del xiclet, en moltes ocasions tamb\u00e9 tenen relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;estil de vida i la salut de la persona. Una persona amb una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i un estil de vida saludable, no hauria de sofrir una obstrucci\u00f3 intestinal per empassar-se una goma de mastegar. Per aix\u00f2, volem aprofitar per a recordar la import\u00e0ncia de portar una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i equilibrada i acompanyar-la d&#8217;un estil de vida saludable i la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;esport de manera regular.
