La prevalen\u00e7a de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i de l&#8217;ansietat ha augmentat i, d&#8217;acord amb diversos estudis, una tercera part de la poblaci\u00f3 jove pateix trastorns d&#8217;ansietat per temes ben variats, com ara el canvi clim\u00e0tic, el cost de la vida o la inestabilitat laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, per quina ra\u00f3 l&#8217;ansietat es manifesta amb m\u00e9s intensitat tot just quan et lleves? Es pot superar l&#8217;ansietat matinal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lansietat_matinal\"><\/span><strong>L&#8217;ansietat matinal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pregunta \u00e9s per quin motiu hi ha gent que t\u00e9 una ansietat m\u00e9s aguda a primera hora del mat\u00ed. Una resposta podria ser que al mat\u00ed estem m\u00e9s alerta. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un nit sencera dormint, ens aixequem m\u00e9s frescos i a punt per processar la informaci\u00f3. Qualsevol pensament que crea ansietat ens pot sorprendre amb la gu\u00e0rdia baixa i amb la ment desperta i preparada per aprofundir en aquests pensaments, per tal com ens hem relaxat al m\u00e0xim durant el son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la resta del dia, en canvi, anem m\u00e9s cansats i tenim menys capacitat per entrar a fons en aquestes cab\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes_comunes_de_lansietat_matinal\"><\/span><strong>Causes comunes de l&#8217;ansietat matinal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha un seguit de factors que poden causar ansietat matinal, segons uns quants experts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Temps per pensar<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Som m\u00e9s proclius a centrar-nos en els nostres pensaments al llit. Per als qui tenen ansietat aix\u00f2 pot ser tant bo com dolent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa si&#8230;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El mat\u00ed \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 el moment de pensar en el dia que comen\u00e7a, cosa que pot ocasionar molts hipot\u00e8tics \u201cqu\u00e8 passaria si\u2026\u201d; \u00e9s a dir, estones d&#8217;ansietat per situacions noves o dif\u00edcils que podrien tenir lloc durant el dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Malsons<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Els somnis poden alterar els graus d&#8217;ansietat. Hi ha persones que es desperten amb la sensaci\u00f3 que els somnis s&#8217;han esdevingut de veritat, i poden arribar a experimentar realment l&#8217;ansietat o els s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics associats als seus somnis, per\u00f2 que s\u00f3n ficticis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Resposta a la por<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s gens estrany de desvetllar-nos per una alarma que interromp el rep\u00f2s i ens trasbalsa quan som desperts, fet que tamb\u00e9 pot causar ansietat. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s per culpa de les alarmes que, si s&#8217;activen durant certes fases del son, simulen una resposta a la por semblant a l&#8217;ansietat que experimentem en cas d&#8217;una baralla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_hem_de_superar_lansietat_de_la_primera_hora_del_mati\"><\/span><strong>Com hem de superar l&#8217;ansietat de la primera hora del mat\u00ed<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per superar els sentiments d&#8217;ansietat matinal pots seguir les recomanacions seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dedica&#8217;t m\u00e9s temps<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de les f\u00f3rmules m\u00e9s efectives \u00e9s dedicar-te una mica m\u00e9s de temps: programa l&#8217;alarma del despertador deu minuts abans. Et pot ajudar a evitar la pressi\u00f3 addicional que tens quan t&#8217;has d&#8217;afanyar i el neguit potencial de fer tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Deixa el caf\u00e8<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En comptes de caf\u00e8, pren-te una infusi\u00f3 de camamil\u00b7la. Tamb\u00e9 t&#8217;anir\u00e0 b\u00e9, perqu\u00e8 els estimulants com el caf\u00e8 solen exacerbar els s\u00edmptomes de l&#8217;ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aparca una mica les xarxes social<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No entris a les plataformes digitals aix\u00ed que et despertis, si tens una necessitat constant de comprovar-hi les teves publicacions. Et causar\u00e0 ansietat la pressi\u00f3 a qu\u00e8 et sotmets amb les xarxes socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Prova de practicar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 plena (<em>mindfulness<\/em>)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inverteix temps en la meditaci\u00f3; hi ha aplicacions que t&#8217;ajuden a controlar les emocions i els sentiments, i et preparen per relaxar-te i afrontar el dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Exercici = endorfines<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El teu cos \u00e9s agra\u00eft i, si li regales una estona d&#8217;exercici diari (perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;exercici \u00e9s un regal per al cos), t&#8217;ho tornar\u00e0 amb un augment del benestar a llarg termini i, a curt termini, et compensar\u00e0 segregant endorfines, que s\u00f3n les hormones de la felicitat, \u00e9s a dir, la millor estrat\u00e8gia per combatre l&#8217;ansietat i el mal humor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Parla dels teus problemes<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ho passes realment malament, ha arribat el moment de plantar cara a les raons de fons d&#8217;aquesta ansietat. Per qu\u00e8 no fas una consulta al metge de fam\u00edlia? Et sabr\u00e0 orientar potser per seguir una ter\u00e0pia cognitivoconductual, entre d&#8217;altres.
