Doncs pensa si hi pots fer res per capgirar la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prova de fer canvis en la teva vida: inscriu-te a un parell de sessions setmanals de pilates. Seria ben estrany que, al cap de dos mesos a tot estirar, les coses no haguessin fet un tomb dr\u00e0stic, per a b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00fanicament recuperar\u00e0s l&#8217;equilibri, sin\u00f3 que notar\u00e0s tot una s\u00e8rie de millores f\u00edsiques; i aix\u00f2 repercutir\u00e0 en el teu estat mental, no en dubtis gens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_el_pilates\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el pilates<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un m\u00e8tode basat en exercicis, i semblant al ioga, que inclou tot de moviments per aconseguir un enfortiment global, la correcci\u00f3 de la posici\u00f3, el manteniment de l&#8217;equilibri i l&#8217;augment de la flexibilitat. El va idear l&#8217;alemany Joseph Pilates, que defensava que la salut mental i la f\u00edsica tenen una connexi\u00f3 estreta. S&#8217;ha comprovat a bastament que la pr\u00e0ctica del pilates modern millora tant el benestar global com la forma f\u00edsica general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_beneficis_te_el_pilates\"><\/span><strong>Quins beneficis t\u00e9 el pilates<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;entrenament regular fent pilates t\u00e9 molt beneficis en conjunt. La part positiva del pilates \u00e9s que tant \u00e9s qui i quina edat tingui per comen\u00e7ar-ne a practicar. Els moviments, progressius i ben controlats, poden remodelar completament el cos i serveix tant per a les dones com per als homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal assenyalar que l&#8217;enfortiment obtingut no \u00e9s igual com quan s&#8217;aixequen pesos o amb activitats similars. \u00c9s f\u00e0cil de confondre tots dos exercicis. El pilates, per\u00f2, et fa pensar qu\u00e8 fas. La pr\u00e0ctica conscient, la regulaci\u00f3 de la respiraci\u00f3 i el bon \u00fas de la resist\u00e8ncia interna \u00e9s una manera molt potent de tonificar el cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha quatre aspectes b\u00e0sics en qu\u00e8 el pilates pot millorar el cos (i l&#8217;estat mental):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Pilates i equilibri<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa a la gent amb un equilibri precari, hi nota milloria quan ben just fa poques setmanes que practica pilates; en qualsevol exercici, tant si \u00e9s al gimn\u00e0s com si es tracta de moviments rutinaris. Els moviments que ens espantaven una mica o que ens feien tremolar en certa manera es tornen m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 aconseguim m\u00e9s estabilitat amb accions tan simples com ara posar-nos un pantalons estant drets, per\u00f2 que demanen un cert grau d&#8217;equilibri. A mesura que progressem fent pilates, ens adonem que guanyem r\u00e0pidament coordinaci\u00f3 i equilibri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pilates exigeix m\u00e9s concentraci\u00f3 mental que qualsevol altre exercici basat en moviments repetits, la qual cosa ens reporta el benefici complementari de mantenir el cap actiu i alerta. No \u00fanicament hem d&#8217;aprendre un seguit de moviments, sin\u00f3 que cal que n&#8217;assimilem el concepte. Per exemple, mantenir-nos drets sobre una sola cama, primer amb els ulls oberts i despr\u00e9s tancats, exigeix molt d&#8217;equilibri. I fer moviments lents amb les extremitats amb una fortalesa general s\u00f2lida tamb\u00e9 fa augmentar l&#8217;equilibri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha exercicis de pilates que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils, perqu\u00e8 es basen en l&#8217;assimilaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un concepte que ultrapassa el simple moviment f\u00edsic. De fet, el pilates integra el cos i la ment. La coordinaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau en el flux de l&#8217;exercici, i fa treballar el cos com un tot en comptes de considerar-lo per parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/pilates-suelo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27700\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/pilates-suelo.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/pilates-suelo-440x270.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/pilates-suelo-768x470.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pilates i fortalesa global<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan n&#8217;hagis comen\u00e7at a practicar, no trigar\u00e0s gaire a ser capa\u00e7 de superar exercicis com ara fer el mort, entre d&#8217;altres, orientats a aconseguir m\u00e9s for\u00e7a durant m\u00e9s temps i amb m\u00e9s facilitat. Veur\u00e0s que la musculatura de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac es tonifica, i si treballes assegut davant de l&#8217;ordinador, observar\u00e0s que ara tens una posici\u00f3 m\u00e9s correcta i ser\u00e0s m\u00e9s conscient cada dia de la teva musculatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, com contribueix el pilates a la fortalesa global? Primer de tot, cal entendre qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la fortalesa global; molta gent es pensa que fa refer\u00e8ncia al m\u00fascul recte de l&#8217;abdomen, per\u00f2 el cas \u00e9s que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una definici\u00f3 de fortalesa global \u00e9s la capacitat de mantenir una bona alineaci\u00f3 de la columna vertebral, de les espatlles i la cintura escapular (o pectoral) fins a la pelvis, mentre movem les extremitats. La musculatura global es pot dividir, a grans trets, en dues parts: la musculatura local i la musculatura global. Com a regla general, els m\u00fasculs superficials s\u00f3n els responsables dels moviments extensos i de la for\u00e7a, i ens hi referim com a m\u00fasculs globals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els m\u00fasculs m\u00e9s profunds del cos, \u00e9s a dir m\u00e9s propers a la columna vertebral, tenen funcions m\u00e9s subtils, com ara fer m\u00e9s estable el cos. Els anomenem m\u00fasculs locals o estabilitzadors. S&#8217;encarreguen de fer petits ajustaments per a una alineaci\u00f3 correcta de la columna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molts moviments del pilates exigeixen de mantenir el tors en posici\u00f3, mentre belluguem les extremitats cap a diferents direccions. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil de fer que de dir i demana equilibri, estabilitat i flexibilitat. De manera simult\u00e0nia, ens enforteix en general i ens estilitza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En envellir, el cos s&#8217;encarcar\u00e0 i es torna poc flexible. Al final aix\u00f2 fa que el cos tingui una mala alineaci\u00f3 i, com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, el coll esdev\u00e9 r\u00edgid i tenim mals de cap i d&#8217;esquena. El pilates ens fa treballar les articulacions i moure la columna, cosa que prev\u00e9 possibles problemes, dels genolls fins al coll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pilates i flexibilitat<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre benefici destacat, que notem quan amb prou feines han passat vuit setmanes d&#8217;exercici, afecta la mobilitat i la flexibilitat corporal, que milloren clarament. Ens adonem que ens adaptem amb m\u00e9s facilitat als estiraments i que els nostres moviments es tornen m\u00e9s fluids. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, \u00e9s una del\u00edcia fer una sessi\u00f3 d&#8217;estiraments despr\u00e9s de tota una jornada asseguts davant de l&#8217;ordinador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pilates se centra a estirar i dilatar els m\u00fasculs, en lloc d&#8217;amuntegar-los, cosa que els allarga i els aprima. Aix\u00f2, de retruc, fa que ens trobem m\u00e9s alts i prims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els m\u00fasculs s&#8217;estiren, per\u00f2 no es mantenen en la posici\u00f3 final, que s&#8217;aconsegueix amb el moviment. L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de la t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;estiraments fa que els moviments siguin m\u00e9s fluids. Quan s&#8217;aconsegueix m\u00e9s flexibilitat global, ajudem a prevenir dolors i millorem la posici\u00f3 i la salut general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pilates i salut mental<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha molts estudis que avalen els beneficis de l&#8217;exercici per a la salut mental i, sens dubte, el pilates no n&#8217;\u00e9s l&#8217;excepci\u00f3. Centrar-nos en la respiraci\u00f3 t\u00e9 un efecte calmant i, al capdavall, acabar el dia fent-ne una sessi\u00f3 ens ajuda a tranquil\u00b7litzar-nos i relaxar-nos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb una respiraci\u00f3 profunda durant una sessi\u00f3 de pilates (o de ioga) aconseguim de reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i la pressi\u00f3 arterial. Tamb\u00e9 afavorim el flux sanguini i agafem el son m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pilates pot millorar l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim, perqu\u00e8, com tothom sap, l&#8217;exercici allibera endorfines que tenen un efecte analg\u00e8sic. Uns quants cient\u00edfics afirmen que l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica contribueix al benestar i afavoreix l&#8217;autoconfian\u00e7a, el control sobre nosaltres mateixos i la capacitat de fer front a reptes nous.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tens problemes d&#8217;equilibri?
