Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s degut al ritme de vida accelerat, a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s o preocupacions del dia a dia que fan que cada vegada m\u00e9s persones ho sofreixin. L&#8217;insomni no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s la dificultat d&#8217;una persona per a agafar el son, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s <strong>la falta de capacitat per a romandre adormit i\/o de dormir les hores necess\u00e0ries<\/strong> per a tenir un descans adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article volem compartir alguns <strong>remeis per a l&#8217;insomni<\/strong> que t&#8217;ajudaran a descansar com cal a les nits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes_de_linsomni\"><\/span><strong>Causes de l&#8217;insomni<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans d&#8217;endinsar-nos en les causes de l&#8217;insomni o en els <strong>remeis per a l&#8217;insomni<\/strong>, volem destriar els diferents tipus d&#8217;insomni que hi ha. Existeix un insomni transitori, que \u00e9s el que es produeix durant un curt per\u00edode de temps que sol ser inferior a tres mesos o, un insomni cr\u00f2nic. L&#8217;insomni cr\u00f2nic \u00e9s el que persisteix durant mesos i anys. Aix\u00ed mateix, tamb\u00e9 podem diferenciar entre l&#8217;insomni d&#8217;inici, que \u00e9s quan hi ha problemes per a iniciar el son, i l&#8217;insomni de manteniment, quan existeixen problemes per a mantenir-se adormit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent d&#8217;insomni \u00e9s deguda a <strong>alteracions emocionals <\/strong>i a malalties psiqui\u00e0triques. En general, totes aquelles situacions que causin estr\u00e8s, ansietat, preocupaci\u00f3, tensi\u00f3 ps\u00edquica, angoixa, por o tristesa, tendeixen a generar o a produir insomni. Un altre factor a tenir en compte \u00e9s la presa de subst\u00e0ncies. Els estimulants com el caf\u00e8, refrescos amb cafe\u00efna, el te, la xocolata, etc., presos a la tarda-nit poden produir dificultat per a agafar el son, o insomni. <strong>L&#8217;alcohol i les drogues tamb\u00e9 produeixen alteracions del son<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patir malalties metab\u00f2liques, hormonals, neurol\u00f2giques, reumatol\u00f2giques, digestives, urol\u00f2giques o cardiovasculars pot interrompre el son a causa del dolor o les mol\u00e8sties. Etapes com l&#8217;embar\u00e0s i la menopausa tamb\u00e9 afecten el ritme habitual del son. Aix\u00ed mateix, tamb\u00e9 cal tenir en compte tant les causes externes com els factors ambientals que influeixen negativament en la capacitat per a agafar i mantenir el son, com ara un horari de treball inadequat, freq\u00fcents viatges amb canvis horaris, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remeis_contra_linsomni\"><\/span><strong>Remeis contra l&#8217;insomni<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els <strong>remeis per a l&#8217;insomni<\/strong> ajuden a agafar el son i a descansar millor. S\u00f3n m\u00e9s efectius si es realitza una rutina abans de ficar-se al llit a les nits. Aquesta rutina pot ser limitar el consum de cafe\u00efna i d&#8217;alcohol, especialment a la tarda, portar una vida activa, limitar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a pantalles una o dues hores abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, meditar o fer exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 a la nit, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melatonina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La melatonina \u00e9s una hormona que el nostre cos produeix de manera natural i que li indica al cervell que \u00e9s hora de dormir. Els nivells de melatonina augmenten naturalment a la nit i disminueixen al mat\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els suplements de melatonina s\u00f3n una bona opci\u00f3 com a <strong>remei natural per a mitigar l&#8217;insomni<\/strong>, especialment quan el cicle de melatonina s&#8217;interromp, per exemple quan hi ha desfasament horari (<em>jet-lag<\/em>). Tamb\u00e9 ajuda a millorar la qualitat general del son a persones que pateixen insomni. Perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s efectiva, l&#8217;ideal \u00e9s prendre-la un parell d&#8217;hores abans de ficar-se al llit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Magnesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El magnesi \u00e9s un mineral que juga un paper cabdal en diverses funcions del nostre cos i es <strong>important per a la funci\u00f3 cerebral i la salut del cor<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, el magnesi juga un paper crucial en el son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e9 un efecte relaxant a causa de la seva capacitat per a regular la melatonina, la qual cosa ajuda a relaxar la ment i els m\u00fasculs i, per tant, a agafar millor el son i dormir millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valeriana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre dels <strong>remeis per a l&#8217;insomni<\/strong> m\u00e9s destacats \u00e9s la valeriana, que compta amb propietats relaxants per al sistema nervi\u00f3s. Es pot prendre com una infusi\u00f3, bullint aigua i afegint una cullerada d&#8217;aquesta planta medicinal o prenent-la en forma de c\u00e0psula. \u00c9s recomanable prendre-la, almenys, 30 minuts abans de ficar-se al llit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lavanda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>lavanda t\u00e9 propietats relaxants i calmants<\/strong>, fet que la fa ideal per a millorar la qualitat del son. Aix\u00ed mateix, ajuda a reduir els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es pot prendre en forma d&#8217;infusi\u00f3, almenys, 30 minuts abans de ficar-se al llit, en un difusor d&#8217;olis essencials o <strong>aplicant unes poques gotes d&#8217;oli essencial de lavanda<\/strong> al coix\u00ed abans de ficar-se al llit per a relaxar-se i dormir millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remeis_naturals_o_farmacs_Quina_escollir\"><\/span>Remeis naturals o f\u00e0rmacs?
