Pot eliminar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s acumulat, brindar pau interior, autoconeixement i control de les emocions, i molt m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article volem parlar-te de per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s tan important la meditaci\u00f3, els seus beneficis i com aprendre a meditar a casa per a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/assegurances-de-salut\/\">viure una vida m\u00e9s tranquil\u00b7la<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Meditacio_Per_que_es_tan_rellevant\"><\/span>Meditaci\u00f3. Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s tan rellevant?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria que permet dominar la ment i al mateix temps assolir un estat de consci\u00e8ncia plena. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica ajuda a reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i a augmentar el benestar general. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode d&#8217;entrenament per al cervell, per a enfocar-se o concentrar-se en una cosa i redirigir tots els pensaments a l&#8217;objecte en qu\u00e8 est\u00e0s pensant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>import\u00e0ncia de la meditaci\u00f3<\/strong> resideix en qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una de les pr\u00e0ctiques m\u00e9s simples i econ\u00f2miques d\u2019autocura. \u00c9s una manera perfecta de dedicar-te uns minuts al dia que et servir\u00e0 per a recarregar-te d&#8217;energia, con\u00e8ixer-te millor i estar m\u00e9s present en el teu dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principals beneficis de la meditaci\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com hem comentat, la <strong>import\u00e0ncia de la meditaci\u00f3<\/strong> rau en els nombrosos beneficis que porta tant per a la nostra ment com per al nostre cos. En ser ben coneguts aquests beneficis, cada vegada m\u00e9s persones estan comen\u00e7ant a introduir la meditaci\u00f3 en el seu dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1- Disminueix l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablement aquest \u00e9s el motiu m\u00e9s com\u00fa pel qual les persones comencen a practicar la meditaci\u00f3. Existeixen molts estudis que demostren que la pr\u00e0ctica regular de meditaci\u00f3 pot disminuir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i millorar la qualitat de vida. L&#8217;estr\u00e8s, si no es tracta pot ser f\u00edsicament perjudicial doncs est\u00e0 associat a l&#8217;alliberament de molts elements qu\u00edmics inflamatoris. L&#8217;estr\u00e8s pot comportar pressi\u00f3 arterial alta, ansietat, insomni, depressi\u00f3, p\u00e8rdua de concentraci\u00f3 i fatiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2- Redueix l&#8217;ansietat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat no s\u00f3n el mateix. Gr\u00e0cies a la meditaci\u00f3 es pot bregar amb l&#8217;ansietat i reaccionar de manera positiva a ella. Tamb\u00e9 es pot arribar a con\u00e8ixer el que desencadena l&#8217;ansietat i aprendre a gestionar-ho gr\u00e0cies a practicar de manera regular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3- Millora la salut mental<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el temps i const\u00e0ncia, la meditaci\u00f3 pot portar a millorar la confian\u00e7a en un mateix i a tenir una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s positiva de la vida. Tamb\u00e9 ajuda a disminuir els s\u00edmptomes de depressi\u00f3 i els pensaments negatius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4- Pot\u00e8ncia l&#8217;autoconeixement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3, com ja hem comentat, \u00e9s una gran forma d&#8217;autocura i, per tant, d&#8217;autoconeixement. Meditar de manera regular ajuda a desenvolupar un millor autoconeixement. A m\u00e9s, en refor\u00e7ar la seguretat en un mateix, l&#8217;autoconeixement i el fet de saber gaudir de la companyia d&#8217;un mateix, la meditaci\u00f3 redueix la sensaci\u00f3 de solitud i porta contentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5- Augmenta la concentraci\u00f3 i l&#8217;atenci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En meditar de manera regular, s&#8217;augmenta naturalment l&#8217;enfocament, la concentraci\u00f3 i el per\u00edode d&#8217;atenci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s pel fet que aprens a concentrar-te en una sola cosa (la respiraci\u00f3, un mantra, etc.) i a redirigir els altres pensaments que et puguin fer perdre el focus. Tamb\u00e9 pot millorar la mem\u00f2ria i ajuda a prevenir-ne la p\u00e8rdua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6- Millora el son<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre benefici com\u00fa pel qual la gent comen\u00e7a a meditar, \u00e9s la millora en la qualitat del son. Si tens dificultats per a dormir, meditar abans d&#8217;anar al llit pot ajudar-te a agafar millor el son, a tenir-lo m\u00e9s profund i a dormir m\u00e9s i millor. La meditaci\u00f3 relaxa el cos, alleuja la tensi\u00f3 en els m\u00fasculs i indueix un estat de pau, facilitant tot plegat que sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil tenir un son de bona qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7- Redueix el dolor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El dolor est\u00e0 molt vinculat a la ment i si estem sota estr\u00e8s pot augmentar. Hi ha estudis que demostren que la meditaci\u00f3 augmenta el llindar de dolor i disminuir la percepci\u00f3 de dolor en el cervell. Aix\u00f2, a llarg termini, es tradueix en una millor qualitat de vida i millor humor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_meditar_a_casa\"><\/span>Com meditar a casa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comen\u00e7ar a meditar a casa \u00e9s senzill, encara que pugui semblar aclaparador. El m\u00e9s important \u00e9s no posar pressi\u00f3 ni expectatives sobre com \u00e9s meditar. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s rellevant comen\u00e7ar a poc a poc, amb pocs minuts al dia i amb el pas de les setmanes, anar augmentant el temps de meditaci\u00f3. Hi ha diferents tipus de meditaci\u00f3, et recomanem que investiguis i provis fins a trobar la que millor et funcioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 compartim alguns consells que et poden ajudar a iniciar-te en la meditaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tria roba c\u00f2moda, que no t&#8217;estrenyi.<\/strong> Si pot ser lleva&#8217;t les sabates, rellotge, i altres complements. La idea \u00e9s que estiguis c\u00f2mode i centrat en l&#8217;aqu\u00ed i l&#8217;ara.<\/li><li><strong>Troba un lloc tranquil<\/strong>, on puguis estar relaxat i sense que ning\u00fa t&#8217;interrompi.<\/li><li><strong>Asseu-te correctament<\/strong>, a terra o damunt d&#8217;una estoreta o coix\u00ed de meditar, amb l&#8217;esquena recta i sense tensi\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Centra la teva atenci\u00f3 en la respiraci\u00f3<\/strong>, aix\u00f2 t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a estar present. Mantingues els ulls tancats per a una major connexi\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Accepta els pensaments que vagin sorgint<\/strong>, sense jutjar-te i segueix endavant sense parar-los m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Medita di\u00e0riament<\/strong> per a millorar i dominar la t\u00e8cnica.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coneixes la import\u00e0ncia de la meditaci\u00f3?
