Com accepta el dol cadasc\u00fa \u2014i el gestiona\u2014 va en funci\u00f3 del car\u00e0cter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dol consta d&#8217;un per\u00edode inicial d&#8217;atordiment i d&#8217;un temps variable, durant el qual no acabem d&#8217;assimilar que la persona ja no hi \u00e9s, ni hi ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s. Despr\u00e9s passem a un seguit de sentiments en qu\u00e8 es barregen la tristor, la r\u00e0bia, la perplexitat, l&#8217;enyor i la desesperaci\u00f3. Hi pot prevaler el sentiment d&#8217;incredulitat, quan no acabem de creure&#8217;ns la p\u00e8rdua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha persones capaces de gestionar b\u00e9 la pena, per\u00f2 n&#8217;hi ha que s&#8217;a\u00efllen, es reclouen i tendeixen a caure en un estat depressiu perillosament greu, que pot comportar, fins i tot, pensaments su\u00efcides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article repassem les fases habituals del dol, i tamb\u00e9 oferim unes quantes recomanacions que t&#8217;han d&#8217;ajudar a gestionar-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fases_del_dol\"><\/span><strong>Fases del dol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els psic\u00f2legs experts en la gesti\u00f3 del dol defineixen les fases del proc\u00e9s de la manera seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Fase en qu\u00e8 rebutgem el fet, el neguem i, per tant, evitem de plantar cara a la realitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00f2lera<\/strong>. La crua realitat es revela inapel\u00b7lable i s&#8217;imposa, cosa que ens mou a la ira pel fet ocorregut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esperan\u00e7a<\/strong>. Tenim el sentiment que tornarem a veure la persona, encara que sigui \u00fanicament a l&#8217;altre m\u00f3n. En el cas d&#8217;una ruptura emocional amb la parella, es manifesta l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a d&#8217;una reconciliaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tristor<\/strong>. Es torna a imposar la realitat, que dilueix l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a i fa reapar\u00e8ixer la tristor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acceptaci\u00f3<\/strong>. \u00c9s la fase en qu\u00e8, a la fi, entenem que el fet \u00e9s irreversible i, idealment, aixequem cap i continuem endavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_hem_de_gestionar_el_dol\"><\/span><strong>Com hem de gestionar el dol<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Cal acceptar els sentiments<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans hem vist que, durant el dol, es passa per sentiments molt diversos i, de vegades, oposats. Al marge dels que hem esmentat, poden apar\u00e8ixer la culpa, l&#8217;esgotament, l&#8217;angoixa i la impot\u00e8ncia. Potser semblen fr\u00edvols i, fins i tot, perversos als qui els experimenten, per\u00f2 s\u00f3n ben reals. S\u00f3n innegables, i val m\u00e9s que els acceptem amb una actitud assenyada. La ment els acaba bandejant i accepta la nova realitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hem de cercar suport social<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s convenient de demanar suport al cercle \u00edntim: la fam\u00edlia i els amics, i no isolar-se mai. Quan esplaiem els sentiments sempre fem m\u00e9s passadora la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explica a la fam\u00edlia i als amics qu\u00e8 penses i sents i fes-los-en part\u00edcips, i veur\u00e0s que aix\u00f2 es converteix en una ajuda impagable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tingues cura de la salut<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No siguis gota negligent amb la salut. \u00c9s essencial que mengis com cal i de manera equilibrada; que dormis i reposis prou temps i que facis exercici, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed alliberes endorfines i aix\u00f2 fa que et trobis m\u00e9s b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Recorda els bons moments<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 pot semblar contradictori perqu\u00e8 pensem que, sobretot, cal oblidar. Amb tot, recordar els bons moments que hem passat al costat de la persona absent pot esborrar els mals records que ens en va deixar la mort, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es va tractar d&#8217;una malaltia llarga o b\u00e9 pel trasbals que ens va causar, si va ser sobtada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Demana ajuda professional<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans hem parlat del suport que et poden donar els amics i els familiars i, no cal dir-ho, aquest ajut \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important. Ara b\u00e9, no descartis l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia professional.
