Per tant, tenir cura del cor i dels m\u00e9s de 150.000 kil\u00f2metres de venes i art\u00e8ries que el componen \u00e9s vital per a la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica del sistema circulatori \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent: la sang viatja als pulmons on es proveeix d&#8217;oxigen (que \u00e9s l&#8217;aliment de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules) i allibera di\u00f2xid de carboni (que s\u00f3n els residus de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules). Aleshores s&#8217;envia al cor, que la bomba al cos. Les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules n&#8217;extreuen l&#8217;oxigen, expulsen el di\u00f2xid de carboni que torna als pulmons i comen\u00e7a de nou el cicle. La sang tamb\u00e9 proporciona al cos els nutrients que contenen els aliments, en concret a l&#8217;aparell digestiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_cal_tenir_cura_de_la_salut_del_sistema_circulatori\"><\/span><strong>Per qu\u00e8 cal tenir cura de la salut del sistema circulatori<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal com vam dir, la malaltia cardiovascular, en particular la malaltia de les art\u00e8ries coron\u00e0ries (que alimenten el cor) i els accidents cerebrovasculars s\u00f3n les causes principals de mort arreu del m\u00f3n. En els pa\u00efsos desenvolupats, la malaltia cardiovascular \u00e9s responsable d&#8217;una de cada tres morts aproximadament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si comparem les dades amb les de fa vint anys, observarem que, certament, hi ha moltes menys defuncions, per\u00f2, en contrapartida, ara hi ha m\u00e9s pacients que mai amb problemes en el sistema circulatori, amb el cor o el cervell lesionats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un atac de cor es pot originar pel mal funcionament del cor, i derivar en insufici\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, que limita l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 que el pacient pot fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al seu torn, l&#8217;ictus (o accident cerebrovascular) pot causar discapacitats com ara l&#8217;hemiplegia (par\u00e0lisi de la meitat del cos), i la malaltia vascular perif\u00e8rica pot afectar les extremitats, fet que, de vegades, exigeix amputacions i tot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, \u00e9s vital de tenir cura de la salut vascular. A continuaci\u00f3 t&#8217;expliquem qu\u00e8 pots fer per tenir-ne cura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"541\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/tomando-tension2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26846\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/tomando-tension2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/tomando-tension2-440x298.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/tomando-tension2-768x519.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_pots_fer_per_la_salut_del_sistema_circulatori\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 pots fer per la salut del sistema circulatori<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha factors de risc que no es poden modificar: per exemple, antecedents familiars de malaltia card\u00edaca o l&#8217;edat de cadasc\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, hi ha altres factors en qu\u00e8 pots intervenir directament. Per simplificar-ho direm que en s\u00f3n un parell b\u00e0sicament: no fumar i fer exercici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) recomana de fer mitja hora d&#8217;exercici al dia (cinc dies a la setmana), amb un m\u00ednim de 150 minuts setmanals, de manera que no es tracta de batre cap r\u00e8cord de dist\u00e0ncia ni res de semblant. Accions tan simples com deixar de banda l&#8217;ascensor i pujar les escales a peu, o baixar de l&#8217;autob\u00fas dues parades abans, ens hi ajudaran for\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa al tabac, fumar \u00e9s gaireb\u00e9 amb certesa el pitjor h\u00e0bit per a la salut. La bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que, al cap de ben poc de deixar-ho, se&#8217;n comencen a notar els beneficis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estr\u00e8s \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un factor de risc i \u00e9s m\u00e9s important que no ens pens\u00e0vem fa vint anys. Altres factors de risc s\u00f3n el son de baixa qualitat, una tensi\u00f3 arterial elevada, el sucre a la sang, una taxa de colesterol alta i l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de pes. Els missatges clau que cal tenir en compte s\u00f3n ben pocs: evitar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de sal, els carbohidrats refinats (com ara el sucre) i els productes processats. I, tamb\u00e9, menjar for\u00e7a fruita i verdura: la regla \u00e9s de cinc peces o racions al dia (b\u00e9 de fruita, b\u00e9 de verdura).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Americana del Cor recomanen que la ingesta di\u00e0ria d&#8217;energia no passi del cinc per cent de greixos saturats (com ara la carn o la mantega). No s&#8217;han de confondre amb els greixos saludables, que contenen la fruita seca, el peix blau (com el salm\u00f3, la truita o les sardines), l&#8217;alvocat i, no cal dir-ho, l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_malaltia_vascular_es_hereditaria\"><\/span><strong>La malaltia vascular \u00e9s heredit\u00e0ria?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed, \u00e9s una malaltia heredit\u00e0ria. La consider\u00e0vem com un factor de risc no modificable i, de fet, no hi ha manera de combatre-la. Ara que, ben pensat, s\u00ed que podem seguir una estrat\u00e8gia de defensa: n&#8217;hi hauria prou de controlar els factors de risc modificables que hem esmentat en el par\u00e0graf anterior per fer minvar el risc que es deriva de l&#8217;her\u00e8ncia o, fins i tot, anul\u00b7lar-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Altres_observacions\"><\/span><strong>Altres observacions<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil d&#8217;analitzar la tensi\u00f3 (cal fer-se la prova diversos cops l&#8217;any) i el pes, que s&#8217;ha de controlar gaireb\u00e9 cada dia. Amb aix\u00f2, la majoria de gent, si no t\u00e9 el colesterol alt o cap s\u00edmptoma de problema cardiovascular (mal al pit, manca d&#8217;al\u00e8 despr\u00e9s de fer un exercici m\u00ednim, palpitacions, taquic\u00e0rdia\u2026) pot estar tranquil\u00b7la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, el colesterol pot ser hereditari i, per tant, no modificable, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que es pot controlar.
