A m\u00e9s, no n\u2019hi ha prou amb informar-ne el banc: cal <strong>fer la comunicaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 directament a la companyia asseguradora<\/strong> i seguir el procediment establert a la p\u00f2lissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la contractaci\u00f3 \u00e9s recent, tamb\u00e9 poden existir sup\u00f2sits concrets de desistiment segons com s\u2019hagi formalitzat el contracte. En qualsevol cas, abans de fer cap pas \u00e9s molt recomanable revisar la documentaci\u00f3 per assegurar-te que no perds cobertures importants ni assumeixes un cost hipotecari superior al previst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha una situaci\u00f3 especial que requereix encara m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3: <strong>les assegurances de prima \u00fanica finan\u00e7ada<\/strong>. En aquests casos, el cost de l\u2019asseguran\u00e7a es paga d\u2019una sola vegada i sovint s\u2019incorpora al mateix pr\u00e9stec hipotecari.
